I agree whole heartedly, Ep. III and IV are the best out of all of them. Speaking about the books, the sequel to Revenge of the Sith recently came out. "The Rise of Darth Vader", it is great!! Give it a read, but I would read ROTS first. Of course the books get into the characters heads a little more than the movies. The really neat thing about the book, ROTS, is that Anakin describes is feelings as, " a dragon burning at his heart". I read attack of the clones and revenge of the sith - and the old episode IV, V and VI ones. i must say i preferred the older episode books because they were written more like a trilogy and didnt really need the newer episodes to be incorporated into the story _________________ subsisto silens quod vos mos nunquam desiderium is. It sort of fills in some of the gaps in the span of 19 yrs. beween Ep.III and IV. I just keep adding to your reading list, it ought to keep you busy and entertained. Oh yeah, one more Star Wars book, "Labyrinth of Evil", this one is set between AOTC and ROTS. It's pretty good as well. BTW, I finally found an avatar and finally was able to post it.
