What would have happened if Eragon never found the egg, would Galbotrix be able to track it down?? Or is Cavahall to far away thats his powers don't reach there?

Well, first of all, there was no book called Eragon!

No, seriously, I guess, he wouldn't have discovered it that fast. The Raz'ac came to Carvahall the first time because of Brom (I think) and not because of Saphira. The elves would not have discovered it either, so I think it would have been a while before someone would have noticed...
That would have been a pretty boring book, I reckon!

Yeah but she had the elven spell put on her so she wouldn't have hatched. But would Brom have been able to find her and have to return to the varden because that would make quite a good book. About him returning and trying to find Arya and raise a new dragon rider.

The book would be about Galby taking over Alagesia and destroying the elves and dwarves and also the Varden. Eragon would probably be killed by book one.

man the book would have been really boreing for a while becuase someone wouldn't have found it for a while probably. or the elves would have tracked it down and got it......hmmmm Well then you wouldn't have a story would you! lol

Garrow woudnt be dead,proabably, Ayra woudnt be alive,Roran would be married to Katrina and nothing that drastic would be happening in Alageasia

The egg was meant to be found, so if it were not Eragon then someone else. Of course the world events occuring would have continued to progress and all the teaching and learning of the new dragon rider may have been too late...................

the whole village would have been raided by urgals.

Then there would be no Eragon (book). And the Varden could of lost the battles, Arya would of deid (?), etc.

Galbatorix would take saphire back to his castle and she wouldn't hatch for another few billion years. that would be boring...

if he never found it, then there wouldn't be a story!!! but still, galby would win and the varden would be destroyed and then the elves would too and so would surda. so, yeah... pretty boring
