OOC: Please, if you're going to join don't just randomly stop posting. I can understand a few days, or if you have to go, because I know we all have lives outside of SF, I'm sorry if I sound rude but I'm sick of people joining my rps, posting once or twice, and never posting again or having to be reminded ten times every time it's their turn.

IC: Ephidel sailed on his ship to an uncharted island off of Alagaesia's north west cost. It was surrounded by a dense fog, but he knew something was there waiting for him, what it was, he didn't know. Above him and the ship, he could hear Equinox returning to deck. The ship was huge, large enough to carry a few dragons along with the crew. Ephidel had stolen the ship from Crimson, and had hired several sailors for the job. He gripped his sword as he stared out into the strange mist. He could feel the hair on the edge of his neck stand up, as he looked into the eerie sight. Behind him, a man with a wooden leg, eye patch, and a hook for an arm came to him. His name was Benjamin, but Ben for short. He looked like a mean person, but he was very nice on the inside.
"Are you sure about this Ephidel? They say that island has creatures that even the king, and o' Crimson himself fear." he said puffing into his pipe.
"Quasar said it's our only chance to help beat Crimson. I just hope she's right. Equinox is returning right now."
"Then where is this copper mass you call Quasar?"
"She had other things to do, so she couldn't come. She left me, and Equinox in charge of coming to his island. Others on are the ship or may be coming, but I'm not sure." Ephidel replied.
Equinox landed, the ship barely bobbed because of his weight The island is about a half day away. Nothing attacked me, but I saw bird like creatures that rival Frazer in size. he said.
"Then we will have to be careful. There's something odd about this mist though." Ephidel said.

"I don't know." he replied, gripping his sword and the magic seal, as if someone was listening to their conversation.

OOC: Yeah, you can join Again, sorry if I sounded rude, I can understand if you have to go.

IC: Ephidel stared out into the fog. The ship sailed over surpisingly calm waters with no rocks, or there were some, but something, somehow removed them.
"Something's out there. Besides the creatures on the island. I think its close to the ship." said Ephidel.
"I don't see anything. You're just loosing your nerves kid. Though these waters are sometimes haunted by ghost ships, we would know if one was around." replied Ben.
"Ghost ships?"
"Yes, but its just a rumor, I have seen something that seemed to dissapear, but it was probably my eyes playing tricks on me."
Equinox looked over his shoulder. he could sense odd things out there, the bird thing he saw, was at least twice as large as he was.
"Sir! A dragon has been spotted!" shouted one of the crewmen.
Without being told, Equinox flew into the air, in seach for the dragon. He eventually found it, but it was hard to make out who it was due to the fog.
What is your name dragon? Do you serve Crimson or Galbatorix? he demanded then added, We mean you no harm. We are just passing by to the island..

Be glad you did not attack her. Said Braith as he dove out of the fog above the green dragon. She had done nothing to you and I would have had to attack you had you harmed her. Braith flew down closer ot the green dragon. He was big, but Braith was slightly bigger. Braith was young, but huge for his age. He said, If you go to the island, then, I can lead you. Said Braith as he went up to the black dragoness. Hello, I amcalled Braith, what are your names? Asked Braith to the two dragons.

After he had gotten his answers, Braith dissappeared into the mist, only to reappear near the ship. He said, Move over, I am going to land. When he did, his immense size caused the ship to go down into the water about five feet.

OOC: Hope its ok if I join.

IC: Equinox was surprised to see Elcyon. He had just met her not to long ago, but was glad to see a friendly face in this strange fog. I remember you. How are you Elcyon? I'm here to find people to help us against Crimson, that human is my friend Ephidel, I met him back at one of Crimson experimental stations where he tourtured a strange race of humans. We come to this island to try and raise an army against him. My name, is Equinox.he replied to Braith
To Equinox' surprise though, Ben shouted to them and he heard, "He's a fool though, him and Ephidel are. The only reason I agreed to go to this cursed island is because I like these two!"

Ephidel heard a scream as a salior ran away from a strange bird like creature that landed on the ship's deck, "Who are you? What are you doing here?" he demanded. He couldn't tell what it was, but it seemed to be part ra'zac. He looked over as a third dragon came down, "This ships getting popular." he muttered quietly.

OOC: I am ocnfused, is it my turn now, and about this time next week I will be gone but its like only two or three days.

OOC: I think I will wait untill he gives the word.

OOC: Ok, that's ok, thanks for telling

To Braith Equinox said, Ephidel and I came to find people to help us against my rider, Crimson. As for Ben and this ship, we stole the ship from Crimson, and Ben and his crew desided to help us. We heard that strange creatures lived on these islands. but from what we have seen and heard, we don't know if its a good idea, but we're still going. Equinox said. He wondered, just what that bird thing he saw was, he knew it wasn't a pheonix, he met one before and she wasn't at all like that creature.
I just hope Crimson doesn't beet us to them... he said quietly.
I'm glad though that nothing bad as happened to you Elcyon. What was the visioin... do you think it could have been what will happen to us once we reach the island? Most unfortunent, there is nothing I can do to perswade made rider against what he is doing. He hated me ever since he forced me to hatch, and he'll hate me even after he kills me... yes, he will most likely, I know I am to weak to take on Crimson...

"As for why he tourtured those humans, it may be more easy if I explained. My friend Aaron discovered the concentration camp under the city we were at. The people had metal injused in them, like cyborg creatures. They were born as sub humans, sorry for the term, I don't know the name of their race. Crimson didn't think them worthy of living, so he tried to force them to kill themselves. We tried to save them... but... we were to late... only two of them lived... and they ran off, they have know trust for the outside world. We failed to help them." Ephidel said.

OOC: I was talking about a character not in this RP. Equinox was just thinking about when he had met a pheonix, I forgot whoes character it was though.

OOC: I think it was Kit's, and could you please skip me untill I get back, I am grounded...

OOC: Aww Hope you can come back soon!

IC: Equinox shook his head, No, I don't, we don't know anything about this island, though I think there may be one. A few days ago we saw a plume of ash come from the island. If there is a volcano, lets hope its inactive. Equinox looked at the ground It is all right, though, his threat to me still remains scared in my head. He said to me awhile ago, that once he killed everyone of my friends, he would kill me. Though he doesn't care of the order. And... he has killed many of my friends... Jackie, Robert, those two were back when I was still imprisoned, and only[i]a few weeks ago... Throat Ripper... Equinox muttered, images flashed through his head as he remembered the urgal's body crumple beneath Crimson and Galedrim's swords. Thank you Elycon, that would mean a lot to have a friend like you help us. I was once a peace ful dragon... and I wish I still was. Equinox replied.

"You don't have to worry about her Noaru, I doubt she wants to attack us, she's a friend of Equinox so I trust her." said Ephidel, "And as for being half ra'zac, that doesn't make you evil. Its your act, not your ansestors that determin if your evil or not." said Ephidel.
"Land ho!" shouted the man from the crow's nest.
Up ahead were huge rocks, and the first mate, Ben was still out, so the first mate was sterring the ship, made a sharp turn to avoid it.
"Hold on everyone! Hopefully we land soon." Ben said.
Ephidel cursed as more large rocks appeared, they were closing in on shore, but the side of the ship was getting torn apart by rocks.
"Good thing I wasn't sterring, or we would have crashed right into it." said Ben.
"How far until we reach land?" asked Ephidel.
"How should I no, but..." Ben train of thought went off as he noticed a massive bird in the distance. It was larger than both Equinox and Elcyon.
"Don't worry, I don't think its..." Ephidel started, he heard a screech, and the ship crashed sideways into a rock.
"She's taking on water!" shouted a crewmen.
He was right, the ship started to sink drasticlly as water poured into it.
"Get the crew out! They may fly to shore on me in nessacary!" Equinox shouted.

Equinox was about to reply when the ship crashed. He like Elcyon had a few members of the crew climb him than he went over to land. It was then he againt noticed the giant bird.
"Th-th-that?! Its going to kill us!" Ben shouted frightned.
Don't worry about yourself. It won't eat a human, you too small, maybe just kill you. Besides, what kind of captain gets afraid.
"Its larger than you for crying out loud!" shouted Ben.
Yeah well, where Ephidel and Noaru?
"I think they're still on the ship."
Equinox roared in angre and worry, when he saw the bird fly in another direction. It was headed towards Elcyon. It swooped down at her, talons stretched out. Equinox roared again, and flew towards it. He slammed into its side, but it let out an ear shattering screech that forced Equinox to the ground. It was so loud, he thought his ear drums swould burst.

Ephidel grabbed some more food, and saw Noaru was in the water next to him.
"Are you all right?" Ephidel asked. He swam to shore, than heard the screech. He put his hand over his ears, but that barily helped. He cursed as the bird continued, than to horror, he saw once Equinox and Elycon were both on the ground, the monstrous bird flew at them.

OOC: I think we can go. Once he gets back though we can just tell him what happened.

OOC: Yeah, I hope he comes back soon..

IC: Equinox twitched slightly, he landed on his wing, but hadn't broken anything, though his side was badly bruised. He looked up, and was slightly dizzy and saw I'm... I'm alright Elcyon. I think though... I brusied my side, and my wing hurts, but its not broke. he replied, he tried to stand up, but he could barily lift himself up. He glared at the bird, but it was too high up for him to shoot lightning at.

"I'm alright, I just wonder what the heck that bird thing is. As for the crew, they all lived, their shackened, but lived. One man was impailed by a peice of wood, but we got it our of his leg." Ephidel replied, and followed her over to Equinox. He thought he went deaf, but the bird was no longer screaching, he looked up to see it fighting Noaru.

The bird flew at Noaru, but it was bleeding slightly from his and Equinox's attack, "The prey is foolish to attack the hunter." the bird said to him, and dove right for him.

OOC: Hey, guys. I snuck on, don't worry, I want you, Dark to try to god-mod Braith, please read his bio and remember, he is very proud, slightly mean. And, most of all he loves a good challange. He is a hard worker and extremely stubborn. So, sorry, I will try ot get un-grounded soon.

OOC: I dunno, maybe just wait a few more days or a week. If ne's not back till then I may god-mod. I dunno, I just don't like controling someone elses character lol.

OOC: Ok, I'll god mod for this post then.

Braith felt as the ship crashed. He flew up towards land and heard a loud screech. He snarled What ever that bird thing is it better sut up. he said. He flew strait at it, but another one flew at him and struck him in the side.

OOC: Voenth if your back before the next person replies tell me and I'll delete this post.

Yeah... I'll be fine. I have no idea, they just look like monster birds to me. Though, they are strangly powerful with their magic. He had never seen a bird so large either. I'll try and talk to them... though I don't think they’ll listen. Equinox looked at one of the birds, as it flew towards him. He said to its mind Peace, we mean you no harm.
The bird stopped in its flight and stared at Equinox. At first he thought it would stop but it only replied, "You should know better than to speak to your superiors that way dragon." The bird flew down at Equinox, and sunk its talons into his side he roared, as it begun to tear off his scales and dig into his flesh with its beak.
"Noshwic, stop your fight with them, these two are injured, capture them, they will make good prisoners, and perhaps even food if they miss behave." Equinox glared at the bird, but it did another screech right into his head, which knocked him out. It sunk its talons into his flesh, and surprisingly, flew into the air, and lifted up Equinox's unconscious body.

As he flew away with Equinox, the second one went for Elcyon, but wat attacked. He saw three beings attacking him, but he fell to the ground injured. He rose back up, and in retaliation, gave a wind gust to the three, which blasted them a few feet away. He was bleeding, but flew back into the air.
Ephidel saw him fly, and grabbed his bow, the bird was injured already so he aimed up and shot an arrow into its head. The bird flew onto the ground dead. He looked behind him and noticed Owari and Jinsei "Who are you two?" he asked.

OOC: Is it my turn, I am sort of back, still grounded, but I am doing my replying as much as possible, today.

OOC: Yeah, its your turn. Ok, I hope you get un grounded soon

When he saw that his newfound friends were being taken away and that the bird had attacked him, Braith's eyes turned a dark shade of red. He began to spew fire out of his nostrils and mouth with every breath, untill his entire body was nothing but a huge flame. He let out a roar and said, Fight me you cowardly birds, why attack the smaller ones, or are you afraid to attack one with size that rivals your own! He cannoned into the larger of the two birds and clawed it horribly. The smell of burning feathers was rank in the air. He continued to batter them without care for himself of anyone else, his ancestoral rage was upon him, he was unstoppable.

OOC: It sounds like "all powerful" but when the rage is gone, hes practically useless.

OOC: Does anyone no where Neku is? He hasn't been on since the 9th.

OOC: Hmm, yeah, let's just wait a few more days. Maybe he went on a trip or something.

OOC: Glad you're back

The remaining birds looked at Braith. The both glared at him, "Do you really wish to fight us with magic? We may not be as powerful, but out magic is way beyond that of mear prey items." they said. When one was attacked it screached. It pecked and clawed at him with its talons, ot made both of them crash into the ground and it stabbed him in the shoulder with its beck. It was bleeding badly, but it would keep fighting. Then, it felt someone jumped onto it, and it fell over dead as a sword cracked its skull. Ephidel jumped off the body as the bird fell to the ground. He looked at Braith who had seemed to go insane What was that? he said to himself.

Equinox tried to break free from the bird, but he couldn't, he was too weak. He didn't know what it would do to him, but he saw something coming there way, but he couldn't make out what it was. His eyes were full of blood and it was to fuzzy to seee anything clearly.

The bird turned around, and glared at Owari and Jinsei "You inferior creatures are no match for us." It flapped its wings so hard, that they were blasted back by a gust of wind. It looked back and saw its companion fly away with one of the dragons.
"Looks like I'll be seeing you later. Then again... I've always loved snacks." it said. It flew at Jinsei and was about to impale her with its claws, but it felt several arrows enter its chest, stumack, and side.
"Fire!" shouted Ephidel. He, Ben, and the remaining crew of the ship fired arrows at the bird. It was bleeding badly, so let out another screech, which stunned them this time though, it flew at Noaru.

Equinox heard what Elcyon said. He tried to escape, but it was hard. He was too weak, but he still tried. He bird looked down at him and pecked at him, "You'll make a good snack for our hatchlings." it said with a laugh. Equinox watched Elcyon, but his eyes were full of blood so he tried to shake it out.
Elcyon... don't worry about me. Just go... before they come for you. he said weakly.

OOC: Pass, because Braith is imobalized.

Ephidel looked down at the dead bird, he finished it off with a well aimed shot to the head with his bow. He went over to Jinsei and Owari."Are you two alright? Where did you come from?" he asked them. He noticed once of them still hadn't recovered from the screech.
"Ephidel, Braith can't move." said Ben.
"Get the crew and see what you can do for him." Ephidel ordered. He wondered just what those birds were and what they wanted.

Elcyon... thanks you... Equinox said. His words drifted off as he went unconscious. The bird continued to fly to its nest. It sunk its claws slightly deeper into Equinox, but knew he was knocked out and not dead. Equinox hoped that everyone else would be alright.

OOC: I apologize for the double post, but I'm going now...hope you don't mind, dark.

IC:

Elcyon flew off, stopping every now and then to make sure that the bird would not know she was there. It would have been too obvious if she were any closer. She flew off again after about thirty seconds, hoping that she could save Equinox in time.

The bird seemed to be taking him to the volcano, as she suspected, but why there?

She hurried, faster and faster with each wing beat. Her heart beat painfully against her chest, worried that Equinox would get hurt. Or worse...

She didn't allow herself to think that. Instead, she kept her eyes on the bird. Then, unaware of what was going on, her vision began to cloud...

From there, El was not herself. She was flying even faster now, her eyes glowing eerily as the bird became within reach. A hiss escaped her throat, just before a black shadow of breath burst from her mouth at the montstous creature.

And now, you will feel the pain that you have inflicted on others, she growled.

OOC: Yeah, its ok Astra.

IC: The bird heard something, and just dodged out of the way of a black material headed right towards it. "Do you really think you can defeat my black dragon? You are more small and weak than this one." he said. It turned, still gripping Equinox in its talons, and flew at Elcyon.

Ephidel, along with the ships crew that were still alive went over to Braith, "We all need to time to recover. Those birds could cause a real threat to us all. And where are Equinox and Elcyon..."
"Up there Ephidel! That bird is carrying Equinox away and Elcyon is chasing it!" Ben shouted pointing to the bird.
"Elcyon you fool!" Ephidel shouted. He grabbed his bow and ran after them.

Braith accepted the fresh meat and the water given hi by somem of the crew. He said, Go on ahead, I will catch up to you later, i still need to rest.

OOC: My next turn, though it is still slightly early, Braith is going to almost be fully recovered, I am tired of Braith being too tired...

Klenitar flew up to the bird that dropped the dragon. He was small for a terra bird, but still larger than Elcyon and Equinox. He flew down towards the dragon to pick it up, but the other replied, "No, Klenitar, return, I will come also, this dragon has odd magic, I dare not fight it." it said, but as soon as Klenitar flew towards the volcano the bird turned towards Elcyon, "You will die dragon. You have already seen to much."

Ephidel saw Equinox smash into the ground after being dropped by the bird when Elcyon attacked it. He ran over to Equinox, and gripped his bow, getting ready to fire.

"Alright, be safe through. We don't know what else could be here." said Ben, it was then he noticed the other three still here, "Noaru, are you alright? You two, do you have wish to stay here? This island is cursed from what I've been told and from what I've seen." said Ben

The bird squacked as the dark energy smacked into its chest. It fell from the sky, but it felt something, another terrabird fly into tis back. It tried to attack Elcyon again, but Klenitar dug his claws through its back and smalled it into the ground. He let out anotehr screech right where its ear hole were where it could hear, the screach was so deafining to it that it stopped the larger terrabird's heart.

Equinox saw Elcyon fly down towards him to help him. He saw a second bird fly towards her, but he didn't see it kill the larger one. Elcyon... look out. he managed to say to her, but the second terrabird landed next to Elcyon and Equinox.
The bird looked over his wounds, and Equinox snarled at it, "Don't worry dragon, I mean you no harm. My name's Klenitar."
Equinox was shocked, What..." he said weakly, but his head fell back against the ground.
"I no a place where we can help him, but it a ways from here. Do you have anyone else with you?" Klenitar asked Elcyon.

"Well you should travel with us then. From what we saw from those monster birds this island is rittled with dangerous." Ephidel said. He was glad now that both Noaru and Braith were ok.
"I'm glad your fine Noaru. As for the other person, it may just take time to wake him up. We should find shelter though.

Braith walke slightly ahead of the humans, knowing that he was slightly better suited to take an attack by one of the birds than they were. He asked, Where is Ecylon, and Equinox? I saw them eariler, but no longer. Does anyone know where they are?

OOC: Pass, mainly because have no clue as to where this is going, lolx, are Ecylon & Equinox going to fall in love?

OOC: Hmm…well, I think I should leave it up to dark to decide if he wants to say something about it.

IC:

Elcyon narrowed her eyes suspiciously at the terrabird, but said nothing. If he were going to harm them, he would have done it already. Yes, we do, El replied as she helped Equinox up. They are further below, but I hope they can follow us. She looked down to see that Braith, Ephidel, Noaru, and the rest, were heading their way. You said you knew a place…where is it exactly?

El wished she knew some healing magic; otherwise she would have healed Equinox. She didn’t trust the terrabird either, but there was no time to think about it. She knew that she had to get everyone away from that place, otherwise the other terrabirds would come after them.

OOC: Well, they already have kind of, though its mostly in Conflicting Storms. Though this takes place before CS, if that's alright Astra.

IC: "Equinox was captured by one of the birds, and Elcyon fly after it to try and free him. They wen't that way." Ephidel replied to Braith. He could make out something in the distance, but it soon grew to faint. It seemed to fly towards a volcano. "I really hope that thing didn't take Equinox. They went this way, we should go after them." He looked at the other three, "You can come if you want. The more the better incase some of those birds attack again."

"Its not that far away," Klenitar replied, "Its a seluded cave, and its large enough for everyone plus a few of my friends. Don't worry, they won't try to eat you. I'll carry Equinox there." he said. He waited for the others to catch up to him. He knew that this island was dangerous for any outside creature to step foot onto it. Even more so after that dark elf came and convinsed several of his people to join what the dark elf called his cause.

OOC: Hmmm, since Neku hasn't been on for awhile you can go Astra.

OOC: Thanks, dark. And sure, I don't mind that. lol.

IC:

Whoa, easy there, Braith! Elcyon exclaimed, pushing her tail against the large dragon's chest. She frowned at him. This terrabird claims he knows a place for us to rest. I don't trust him either, but we don't have a choice here. If we stay, we will most certianly be found by the other terrabirds. And anyway, if he were going to harm us, he would have already done so.

El turned towards Klenitar and frowned at him too. Alright, fine, lead us to this place you speak of. But I'm going to watch you very carefully, she added with a slight growl. Even if you make the slightest error, I will know about it. I will not allow anyone to harm my friends.

OOC: Sure, I don't mind.

IC:

Elcyon followed them towards the cave where it seemed that a small group of terrabirds were camping out at. Her heart lurched when the birds were taking Equinox away. El had to convince herself that nothing would go wrong, so long as they kept it cool.

Braith, if we give them a warning, we're only provoking them, it would probably be best if we tried to simmer down for a while, she said gently. They're probably going to take him away to heal them. You can trust us, cheif, El added him. We have nothing to hide, as far as I know.

OOC: Woah! Sorry, totally forgot, thanks Astral!

Braith narrowed his eyes at the bird, but listened to Ecylon and held his tongue. He looked at the human and said, I have never met him, but by the sounds of him, he would not like to meet me. I am not very ... patient or understanding with things of this matter. said the orange dragon as he walked into the cave and sat down at the mouth, so as not to let anyone in or out without his knowing.

OOC: Ok, so does it make it my turn now?

OOC: Yes, I think it is your turn now.

OOC: Ok, thanks =)

They settled in the cave and Ephidel sat down next to Equinox to see if he was alright. The birds all looked around and the chief stared at him with anger and wonder.
"First, Crimson is Equinox's rider. He tourtured him for the first hundred years of his life. Second, Crimson has sworn to kill him, along with all his friends. He has already killed Throat Ripper, who I'm pretty sure only Equinox and I know." Ephidel smirked at Braith and replied, "I'm sure not, but don't under estimate Crimson, he is powerful and has taken over the minds of many."
