and it kind of makes me wonder. A lot of RP's are open, and maye 2 people get in it. But kind of making an RP for 2 people, stuff like that just makes me want to ask: Should you really be doing this?

Well, its really up to the person who makes it, if you make it and it doesn't break rules, then it is yours to do with what you wish.

Agh forget it. I just didn't completely understand if we can have RP'S if there was only like two people to have it with. I guess it doesn't matter =P

I think you should only do a 2 person RP if you know other characters wont fit in with the plot.

btw all friends of Tialgo, you should read Breaking Oblivion, cause something cool is gonna happen to him!

For the moment I have forwarded these posts to Aeraldi. He will determine what should be done.
To the best of my knowledge, all RP's should be opened to all whom wish to join.
It is very "suspicious" and extremely rude to keep an RP only between two individuals.
And Fanghur, you brought up the post count issue. It only makes me wonder...

Annie are you impying that I did it to increase my post count?! Me and Silver have been planning that RP for awhile and honestly, other characters wont help with the story, actually they could ruin it!

Fanghur, read the post again. It was you who brought up the post increase issue, NOT ME!!! I said "it makes me wonder," AND NO RP should have "EXCLUSIVE" members.
The matter will be looked into, in order to bring forth a resolution.

If there is anything you wish to clarify about this issue, use the PM system!

Topic *UNLOCKED*

In order to clarify, I needed to unlock the topic.
Now, I hate making conflicts but shutting out others from RP's is not necessarily banned but it is not a fair way of playing. Two person RP's are important sometimes as it develops characters and can also tell the story of how two are brought together, but at the same time you cannot shut people out of what is essentially an open thread.
You can ask people to not join, that is your privilege as a player, and when joining a RP it is common courtesy to ask if the maker wants to have more people in it.
I am saying this as both the RPG leader and as a fellow RPer, because when RiderEriel and I had our characters come together it was better when it was only us two. After though, we were happy to have others join and share the experience because what use is having two characters join together when there are none to acknowledge it?

And if anyone is just doing this for post count then for the life of me I WILL ban you from the RP's. Seriously, it is just a post count and doesn't amount to anything! At the end of the day, your post count will just be a number on a spreadsheet.

We are here to have fun, and explore our creative side with others.

EDIT: Sorry for leaving the topic unlocked Annie....

Umm, guys don't get so angy about it, if it were for post count, then why would people try to do it in RPs, because you have ot wait upon the other person to post again, so it can't really be for post count. As to it being rude, lets say your charry and someone else's charry in this RP were going to mate, would you like someone your charries don't even know in that, I can think of one right off, "True Love" the one where my dragon, Braith and Fanghur's dragon Seren mated for the first time. If someone else had joined it and their charries didn't know ours and they hadn't been told what the plan for the story was which many timnes it continues to develope, they could mess up the entire story. I can also tell of RPS where too many people is a real problem, when you say open to all, I really have it as a formality though I have no problem with anyone joining, I have some people who know more about my charries and I know about theirs, so we work well together, but in "Powerful Meeting" and in "The Great Escape" there are too many people and that stops an RP in its tracks.

In other words, I stil don's think it is rude or wrong to have an RP wiht only two people, if someone wants ot join an RP there are literally dozens that are for some unknown reason inactive, they can either try to revive them or can create their own.

Voenth, you seem to forget that it is the responsibility of the incoming RP'er to familiarize himself/herself with the characters in any ongoing RP. It is also the responsibility of the incoming person to create a situation in which its character inception in the story be in agreement, accordance and flow of the RP.
If the person knows how to RP, he/she would be aware of this. Besides, by just asking if there will be any immediate or future pairing in an "OOC" comment would suffice. It's as easy and as simple as that!

And I stand by what I said; it IS rude, and there should not be "exclusive" RP's!

This the matter is *closed* and the topic is *locked.*
