LOL!! No I don't think so. If I recall correctly you can pre-order up to a week before the release date over the phone, but I'm not sure about ordering on-line.

He said "a couple of characters." Could that mean "couple" like in two people?
Or could it be "a couple" like in female and male?

Bonfires in Norway are called Brinsingr!!! Hey we should have Brisingr Day!!!

Did you listen to what he said about not reading other books until when he's past writing a 1st draft? What do yo think about that?

Dang, who else is going to die besides Murtagh, Galbatorix, Oromis and Islanzadi?

Yeah, it's possibility, but I rather hope he dies. I have always sustained he had a choice. He had the chance to do what was right instead what was easy. He chose what was easy, so he should reap his rewards.

I love it how CP says the movie represented

"the filmakers vision of the story and they did the best they could and... to present it as how they felt it was appropriate."

It says to me that CP didn't like the movie too much either and that just tickles me in a way that makes me feel good.

Eragon's out of the picture because his fortune reads that he has an infinite or very long life (so many people here have forgotten that). And seventeen is young (maybe a little over middle-age in medieval times).

But he became a man when he turned 16. So he is still very young by all standards.

I doubt he'll die, but maybe Arya. Even if he would have been considered middle age he can live forever unless he is killed.
