She also taught herself how to use a sword on horseback, but is always trying to improve her skills.

Personality: She has a kind and caring nature when it comes to animals but is very cautious to let a person get close to her. This is obviously because of the deaths of her parents and brother. She is attentive with her horse and wolf, knowing what they need without them having to speak. She likes to dream of a time where Galbatorix is no longer King and people can live free of fear of being recruited into the army. At times she'll gaze up at the sky and think of what it would be like to love someone. She likes to talk to her horse and wolf, even answering questions that she seems to think they might be asking her, or reassuring them if she thinks they are feeling sad or ashamed about something they may have done or think they could have stopped. She can be a very patient person, especially when training her wolf for battle, as he can sometimes get distracted, she is also calm but assertive when training him as it is a calm but also assertive energy he needs to feel, otherwise he won't listen to what he is being told. When she meets new people she also seems to interrogate them, this is her way of not letting herself get close to people emotionally, and when answering question she while tend to be evasive and either change the subject, turn the question back on them or excuse herself and go for a ride with her wolf accompanying her and the horse.

History:Even though their parents were quite poor, Nineva and Julian had pretty happy childhoods. Julian was 3 years older then Nineva and very protective of her, especially when the local boys used to gang up on her. Their father started teaching Julian how to use a sword when he turned 10, and thought it best to do the same for Nineva, with Julian helping out. Nineva and Julian used to spar often with wooden staffs as their father watched and gave his opinion, sometimes praising them as they got better. Their parents gave Julian a horse for his 15th birthday, and Nineva also received a horse on her 15th birthday, naming her Tundra. When they weren't sparring with wooden staffs, Nineva and Julian would go out riding and hunting together. On one occasion when they were out riding together, Nineva and Julian were set upon by urgals, working together they managed to defeat most of the urgals and get away. Julian sustained a gash in his side and Nineva managed to escape with just minor scratches. Their parents dealt with Julian's gash while Nineva cleaned herself up, but although their parents did what they could, Julian's gash got infected and he died a week later, his death hit the family hard, Nineva took it the hardest. She shut herself away with Julian's horse most of the time, or took him out for a ride, as well as riding Tundra, but even though she rode, her enthusiasm was gone. Later that year, urgals attacked the village while Nineva was out riding Tundra, returning to find her parents dead. Distraught she took Julian's horse and sold him, then packed some clothes and food and took off. One day while she was riding through the forest she came across an injured wolf, and spent they entire day gaining it's trust. The next morning the wolf stopped growling and let her approach and check his injuries. over the weeks that followed Nineva nursed the wolf back to health, calling him Dimitri. He has been protective and loyal to her ever since.

Weapons: She carries the sword that her father made for her. The blade is a dark shade of blue, and glows when raz'zac are within a mile radius. It has a stylized dragon hilt with small sapphires for the dragon's eyes, which seems to gaze into the horizon no matter how she holds the sword. There has been a lot of detail put into the dragon, showing every scale, every spike, and as much other detailing as possible for something of it's size. She calls the sword "Kel" which for her means "Love".

Likes: Her horse, her wolf, and nature in general.

Dislikes: Galbatorix, urgals, raz'zac and the king's soldiers.

Animal companions: A Palomino horse called Tundra and a gray wolf called Dimitri.

Dreams for the future: 1. To see Galbatorix dethroned. 2. To find love.

Reasons for dreams: 1. So everyone can have better lifes and not live in fear. 2. to have some happiness in her life.
