Pardon the look, I was hanging on to two metal bars as I was skating across a thin wire line about 30 feet above a lake. That's what I was doing last week. I also have some killer footage of being launched about ten (literal) feet in the air, backflipping, and landing feet first in the water, but I doubt I can upload a video.
