I am really starting to regain the speed that I lost since I had stopped doing karate 4 years ago. I have begun to be able to do some moves which I found had become too demanding and might have hurt me.

For a white belt in shotokan, a difirent style, there is alot of moves that I can do that are not shown before some of the higher coloured belts. Well I use to be brown belt anyway, it is kind of natural

Wado Kai and Shotokan are both Karate styles. The 2 of them are quite similar so it's like I am doing the same style, the only difference is that I have to start at the white belt again since it is not the same.

tae kwon do is good. i did that for a while. i got up to black belt, but that was solely based on endurance and knowledge, because the place wasn't really pushy on standards which i thought was pathetic, but then i stopped because the place got shut down because the person who ran it got falsely accused of sexual harrasment.

One of the problem I have with wado kai is that you cannot find clubs as easily. It is one of the styles that is used alot, but there are other syles like shotokan that are more widely spread.

I need to find my karate passport for wado kai. It is the way that you can prove you are a certain kyu (belt), but it is in one of the boxes in storage from when I moved from dubai. I should have placed it in my personal belongings.

Well I have all my belts. The thing that I really liked about wado kai was that the katas were not only about strength, but there was a need for them to be beautiful and gracious. It was an art
