Siblings: -Brother name Bertran but Bertran doesn't know.(Another character of mine.)

Character Personality:He is full of mixed emotions which makes him go from angered to happy depending on the situation.He usually snaps back at someone who makes smart remarks and often gets in a fight with them and it doesn't take much agging on to make him fight.He is very around a lot of people.He is very cautious to who he gives information to and only sides with people he knows very well.He is easy to talk to when he trusts you but is quiet when he doesn't know people or is suspicious about them.He has a bad temper and takes his fury out on anything that is in his path including people.It takes him awhile before he cools down and the only one he talks to when he is mad is Ash.Ash always makes him feel good and is his best friend.He tends to snap back at smart remarks no matter how bad they are.If you are his friend or ally he will always have your back and will stand with you in any situation.He likes to prolong arguments when he is in a joking mood and will continue to agg onto a argument just to poke fun at people he only does this when he is in a good mood.He is very hardheaded at times but not always.Mostly he is very reasonable.

Character History: Matthew was raised by a man and woman who had adopted him when he was a baby.He lived a very normal life until he was considered a man at the age of 15.He left home and went to live with the varden and wanted to help them with the downfall of Glabatorix who had killed his parents.He hated that man and so he did everything he could to destroy that evil ruler.He was determined to kill Galbatorix but of course has yet to succeed.He has gone through his years with the Varden hitting every possible way at Glabatorix and his army and goes on every possible raid party that he is able to.After a while he decided that it was time to take a break and start looking for his brother that his adopted parents had to him about.Matthew had hoped that his brother had joined the Varden but had learned that his brother had been banished from the town he grew up in because of the things he had done and Matthew had give up hope after he heard these things but after growing up a bit he decided to find his brother and hope his ways had changed.He is now roaming the land looking for his brother but hitting the empire whenever a soldier is seen with a sword or spear to a vital part of the body,an arrow to the head,or a word of death spoken.But he is searching everywhere for his brother hoping that his brother is still alive.He has even heard tales of a dragon rider named Bertran which is his brothers name.He will not give up the search no matter what because of his strong will and a good heart.He vowed in the ancient language to find his brother which binds him to it.He is currently in the fringes of Du Weldenvarden heading back to his home.He has heard that there have been several riders show up there and is hoping that his parents may be there along with his brother.

Character's Physical Description: Matthew has black hair and blue/green eyes.He is around 6'5" and is very stout and built.He looks very much like his brother but some differences of course.He has scars all over his body from when he was a kid where he got in fights and playing around in the forests and stuff.He is very muscular and is very toned.He has a birthmark shaped like a dragon on his left shoulder.

Dreams for the Future: -To find his brother and to bring Galbatorix down.

Reason for Dreams: -Hopes to make a relationship with Bertran.To help everyone he plans to have a part in the destruction of Glabatorix's reign.
