If you like thrillers with a bit of fantasy try the Maximum Ride books (The Angel Experiment and School's Out Forever) by James Patterson, or anything by Dean Koontz (I recommend Odd Thomas then Forever Odd)

if u like Eragon, and u obviously do, than read The Dragonriders of Pern. Anne McCaffrey is a terrific fantasy/ sci-fi author. if u already have, and i wouldn't b surprised, read some of the works of George Orwell. they will scare the wits out of you, especially 1984.

the belgariad or the malleorean, they are the best!!!
there by david eddings.
the first book in the belgariad series is pawn of phrophecy and in the mallereon its guardians of the west.
those books are really funny, but still an adventure story. but its a bit hard to keep track of all the characters and their personalities, countries etc.
another good one is rangers apprentice. its sort of like a history story, except made up. its awesome

I recommend reading the Chronicles of Narnia. They are awesome books, and there are a lot of them, so they will keep you going 4 a while.

Re: any one know some good books?
You could read the Halo series, seeing as you like spy and shooters, it's pretty tight, there are four now, The Flood, The Fall of Reach, The Ghost of Onyx, and the other one isn't as good, but those three are the best I believe. Also books by Jane Austin are pretty good, if you like old classic tales.
