I laugh at you misfortune, Annie. *feels bad at hurt look on her face* I'm sorry!! I didn't mean it. While we're on the subject of people leaving. Band camp for me starts July 30th. I emailed one of my friend's to see if she could ask the band director if I could skip the first week since that week is just teaching the freshman the drills and stuff.

It's three weeks before school starts and lasts two weeks. For some reason the new band director thought that would be easier for everyone. And wouldn't ya know, he's a guy to. jk (no offense to all the guys out there.) If it turns out that I have to go to both weeks of camp, I'll only have one week before school starts when it finishes, so there wouldn't be anyway for me to get back down here to my grandparents for that last week. So we've all got to cross our fingers and hope I don't have to do that first week. ('Course, if I did I would miss the lock-in to...)

If I remember correctly 8 to 4. In Texas summer heat, marching outside is not fun. Especially at the end of July. What is Mr. G thinking????!!!

Seriously, normally the heat doesn't bother me. But marching is some seriously hard work in the heat. We make it look easy, but it ain't sometimes.

I think he meant really cold. Its been raining here for 2 weeks and it is so humid!!

When rain first falls from the clouds it's snow or "ice", but as it falls down from the clouds, if the climate is warm, the snow/ice melts into water, thus rain hits us. But if the climate is cold like some places in winter, the snow stays as snow when it falls, and thus instead of rain, snow falls.

My summer officially starts! Got my report card and passed all my exams. Bonus of now knowing all of my classes for Grade 10. The worst thing is I got get the best History teacher who really makes Hisotory fun. Instead I get a guy who I have no idea what to expect since I've heard good and bad things about him. He made a lot of people cry of the History exam because he made way too hard apparently.
I also sent in my short stories for my contest so now I can start my normal writing. Time to relax, write, and read the weird book I bought last night.

life is boring at the moment for me

I got two girls from my sister's soccer team staying over here for the next few days.

I've been cleaning the house the entire day.

I got billits (right word?) over at my house. My sister's soccer team. Yeesh.

I would call that more like lying....She didn't want to talk about it and got off.

Technically, I'm 15 and I still have never had a GF. Once (when i was in grade 3) I had half a relationship, which lasted for about a day, and it was hardly proper, since the [s]gal[/s] girl was also going out with 2 other boys.

I don't really have any girl "friends" either - don't mistake me, I have quite a few guy friends, and a few of them, are really good friends. So, really, I don't know what it's like to have a GF - but I must say I'm darn surprised at the ages youths have GF/BF's now - an old friend of mine had a brother who had a GF in grade 1!!! he was barely 6 years of age! So, I'm not sure what you guys feel like (nutta, alpha, ect), when you break up with your girlfriend o boyfriend. A lot of heartache for sure.

When you get a girlfriend or boyfriend, you're pretty much signing away a contract, which takes hours away from you're spare time, like for doing hobbies, sport, ect, ect.

I thought my life was complicated just trying to pass algerbra... I had a BF in 7th grade. We had been friends since 5th grade. I broke up with him when I moved away, but I still email him occasionally and he does the same. I'm not an expert, but if you truly feel this way about her, then go for it and give it your all. That way if you do break up, you'll know that you at least gave it an honest shot.

yeah i had an accident a few weeks ago (fell out of the bed of a pick up) and busted my head open... had to go to the ER and get stiches and all that fun stuff...
she called my cell twice, text messeged me 3 times, called my moms cell twice and texted her multiple times while i was in the ER trying to find out how i was...
the girl i was acctually going out with at the time texted me once... and said to call her when i got out of the ER... that was it...

nutta i dont want to discurage you cause every instance is different but the girl i went out with who was one of my best freinds said "i think our freindship is strong enough to make it"... that was the reason i decided to go ahead and go out with her... i wouldnt have if she didnt say that... so if the girl says shes not sure... dont press it... trust me its better to have a best freind forever than a girl friend for a moth...[/color]
