Skills: She's good with a blade. She and Wil sparred when they were younger with sticks. She has her father and Wil to thank for her ability. They taught her everything she knows.

Wil also taught her magic when he was learning it. When she caught him with Kagraign, he started relaying what he was taught by his mentor to her. Strangely, though she did not have a dragon, she was born with a symbol much like the gedwey ignasia on her palm, and that allowed her to practice magic.

Character Personality: She is very stubborn to most people. When Wil is around, her mood lightens and she finds herself quiet with little to say. She doesn't usually get angry, but when she does, no one save Wil can stop her from attacking. When she's alone with Wil, she gets very lighthearted and laughs and jokes with him, or stays quiet.

Character History: She was born to Shiah and Rhianna about three years after her oldest brother, Rex. When she was four, Shiah started teaching her swordplay. He would take her into the woods and spar with her until she couldn't move. Then he would pick her up and carry her home. This proved to be his destruction. One day, a group of soldiers was walking past and saw him sparring with his daughter. They reported this to Galbatorix, who issued the command to have him 'join'. So, when she was five, her father was enlisted in Galbatorix' army, and did not return home. Her mother fell into a state of depression, and Lucia had to cook and clean for her brothers until they found wives. The day her father was supposed to come home and didn't, Lucia's mother told her a very shocking secret. Lucia's father had been a dragon rider, though he wasn't mentioned in any of the tales. That she was born with his magic ability was a blessing from the gods. Then, she met Wil when they were six, and Wil, being kindhearted, helped her with her daily chores from that point on. Also, Wil picked up where her father had left off and trained her with a blade. One day, when they were both seven, Wil didn't show up to help with her chores. This started happening more frequently as they grew. He seemed distracted by something. Lucia decided to investigate about three years after he started disappearing, Lucia followed Wil. She hid behind a tree whenever he would look back. When he went into a clearing, Lucia had thought she'd be caught for sure. Then she saw a giant emerald dragon flying low over the treetops. She looked on, dumbstruck, as Wil fed and talked to the dragon. She confronted Wil about it, and he said that soon he was planning on taking off to be a mercenary. She begged him and blackmailed him until he agreed to let her go with him. To this day, Lucia and Wil travel the lands, seeking work wherever they go.

Weapons: She has a slim sword that is very strong and sturdy and a bow.

Likes: Wil, being in a calm forest after a gentle rain, the life she has been blessed with.

Dislikes: Fighting, senseless destruction, big crowds.

Character's Physical Description: She has silvery-blonde, straight, long hair. Her eyes are perfectly spaced. She's about 5'8". She's thin, but not sickly. Her eyes are a deep, entrancing blue. Her arms are thin, though they misinterpret her power. Her shoulders are narrow.
