Zeke snapped savagely at the Galbatorix-work-soldiers that were slowly but surely closing in on him. He spread his wings to fly away, but found he couldn't because he had been backed into a thick-tree-forest. He bellowed his air-light-heat-flames in all directions and made a desperate attempt to jump forward. A javelin sprang forward and lodged itself into his left wing arm, disabling it and keeping him earth-bound. He roared out and intensified his eyes to blinding. The Galbatorix-work-soldiers retreated back a few steps, covering their eyes. He snarled and leaped. A large black dragon lunged at him and battered him to the side. He felt a stinging bite sink into the base of his skull, then he knew no more.

Sound came back to him first; the soft dripping of water, his own ragged breathing. Touch came second; the cold-metal-chains wrapped around his forelegs and hindlegs seem to bite him with their unheeding shill. He grunted as he slowly lifted his head and shook it to clear it of the darkness. He opened his eyelids and was met with pitch dark. He growled softly, then increased the light from his eyes. A dragon cell. He remember it from another time. He tried to move his wings and whimpered as pain shot through him. He realized the javelin was still lodged in his wing arm. He twisted his head around and latched his teeth onto it. He snorted as he slowly pulled it out, so he didn't further aggitate the wound.

He flung the weapon away and vaguely heard it clatter to the ground a few feet to his left. He turned his attention to the small hole in his wing arm. He touched it with the tip of his muzzle and healed it with a few words from the Ancient Language. The amethyst pale grunted as he tried to stand, but found his legs to be too weak to hold him. The door to the dragon cell opened, and a black male stepped in. Shruikan sneered at him with contempt. How does it feel to be helpless? he leered. Zeke did not respond. The controlled dragon snarled and lunged forward to snicker directly in his face. You will rot in this hole for all of eternity, your flesh decomposing off of your bones slowly until all that remains of you is a skeleton. he growled. The amethyst turned to looked directly into the black's face, his eyes glowing softly. His ice blue gaze unnerved Shruikan slightly, and he withdrew. Suddenly Zeke's eyes flared with light, blinding the black male. Leave me, foul beast, unless you wish to become sightless to the world around you. he thundered, getting onto his feet.

The male dragon retreated to outside, leaving Zeke in the dark with his eyes the only source of light. The amethyst settled back on his underbelly and laid his head on his paws. He felt the soft touch of an Eldunarí, and smiled. Are you alright, my son? whispered Seluka, concern for him in her voice. He rumbled softly in his chest. I'm fine, mother. Were you injured or discovered when I was taken? he queried, nuzzling the shimmering jewel with his snout. No, I do not believe so. None of the magicians spoke to me that came in contact with you. the sapphire/emerald Eldunarí flashed with brief anger. They did not tend to your wounds. They left you to bleed. she simmered. Zeke purred comfortingly. Calm mother. I have healed myself. Do not be angry with them. Galbatorix might have told them not too, and the penalty of disobeying the king is death. You know that. he murmured to her. Seluka's jewel flashed once more, then softened to its gentle color. I will leave you now. Sleep, I can feel that you are tired. she said before her conscience left him. He took his mothers advice and lowered his head to sleep.

OOC: Is it ok if I join with either, Voenth and Braith, or Sarah and Arcus, or maybe Rema?

Sure. I don't think Zeke has met Rema yet...

Saphi stepped out of the nearby trees after she witnessed the most peculiar thing she had ever seen. A wolf ride on a dragon into the distance. Curitosity getting the better of her, she decided to follow the strange pair to wherever they were going. After running for a good while and trying to stay out of sight of the dragon flying above, she finally saw a large building in the distance and sped up her pace until she got close enough to make out the details of the strange building. As she surveyed the building further, she discovered that the building was a prison and it seemed to have very very advanced security.

'There must be very important people in there for this building to be this large,' She thought,'There might even be dragons in here judging by the size of this place.' Saphi proceeded to circle the building to learn all she could about its structure and security such as guards and their weapons. After gaining all the information she could, she moved a safe distance away from the building to form a plan to surveillance the building. She did not want to go in their blindly without knowing who she would be going after and how heavily they would be protected. She wanted to make sure that as many people got out safely and away from this horrible place but mostly she was hoping that her pfamily might be here. She did not want her family to be in such a dreadful place but she wanted to be reunited with them at any costs.

IC:
Zeke gaurded the entrance of his cell vigilantly, and most of the entriants found themselves hopping up and down in pain. It was slightly amusing to him. The amethyst ate only when he had to, for he knew that the fresh meat given to him was drugged. And besides, the soldiers feeding him seemed to think that he ate the same as a human, and so he always had a choice of what he wanted.

OOC: Actually, scratch all that I said earlier, Zelyts will be joining this adventure! lol.

IC:
Zelyts nimbly ran through one hall to another. He was in his cendus form and was flaming all over. He had already killed one soldier and ran several others away. He was panting hard, and was very tired. He had been attacked by Shruikan and Galbatorix themselves and had made as if he had been defeated, only to attack his guards when they tried to throw him into a cell. He ran from one hall to another, burning any guard who dared to show himself, but always avoiding the heavy steps of Shurikan. He was young, but not stupid. He knew that he could not take Galbatorix and Shruikan on head to head, but he could creat a lot of problems for them, especially in this, his most favorite of forms...

OOC:
I just realized I completely skipped F-14. Okay, its me, dark dragon, voenth, gomenesigh, and F-14. *grins sheepishly* Sorry, your joining didn't register in my brain until I reread your post.

Saphi looked up in surprise as the dragon from before began to rip the roof off of the prison. She then knew that she would have no time to prepare for this and decided this was as good as a time as ever to raid the building. She pulled her sword from her back and and ran around to the back of the building where there was a door and she prepared to enter. When the dragon had ripped up the roof, the wall near the door had collapsed and the door swung limply on its hinges. SHe quickly entered and made her way down a long hall and down another. SHe came to a spot where the archers were firing away at the dragon above and began to take care of them so the dragon would worry about them no more.

OOC:
Of course CDG. Wait for gomenesigh and F-14 to post, and then you can add yourself to the end.

OCC: Actually I already posted. It's gomenesigh's turn.

OOC:
Yeah...then you post afterwards. That's the order. Me, dark dragon, voenth, gomenesigh, you, and then CDG. And then we go all over again.

Saphi continued to fight the guards until they were all on the ground around her. She looked at her now stinging arm and found a cut and blood running down. She wiped a bit off and ran down the hallway until she came to a door. She put her sword away and pulled out her hilt and closed her eyes. She concentrated her energy and and focused until a burst of strength came from her and she opened her eyes to see a sword of flame shoot out of the hilt. She began swinging her sword at the lock until it came off and clattered to the ground and opened the door to let out the prisoner.

OOC:
I thought it was...>.<. Okay, three different people are opening a door. Two of them are together and the third is apart (I think) from them. So tell me, who is opening my cell door?lol

IC:
Zeke backed into a corner and took a battle stance. The prison trembled again and a piece of stone dislodged itself from the ceiling and plunged down and into his left foreleg. He bellowed in pain as the sharp point cut through his scales and lodged itself into the ground under him. He delved into his magic and snarled,"Rïsa,", neatly lifting the stone from his leg. He tossed it to the side and inspected his wound. It was to severe to heal it with a simple spell. He would have to wait until he was out of here. He spun around, limping on three legs, as the door to his cell was yanked open with a sharp squeal of protest. He bared his fangs in a snarl and flared his wings. He tried to back up farther but the chains around his legs would not allow him to move any further than he already had.

OOC: I was going to but if anyone else had plans...

OCC: My guy was the one who was about to break that door down.

OOC:
Yeah, I was going to say......Maybe you can find my Rider, Ella, instead, gomenesigh.

OCC: Dark Dragon, I'm gonna assume we're rescuing different dragons. Natagath was about to rescue Zeke.

IC:

Natagath watched as the heavy doors began to glow red hot as the dragon on the other side blasted them with fire. This was good because now less energy would be required to break them down. Natagath began to gather a vortex of wind in front of him to blast the doors off their hinges.

Right before he released the blast of energy, the armor-clad elf shouted, "Stand back, dragon! I'm going to knock the doors down!"

He released the vortex and it rattled the metal doors violently before they both broke off their hinges and fell to the floor with a loud bang that seemed to shake the already damaged building. Elsewhere in the building, natagath could still hear the sounds of a commotion. The other attackers were distracting all the guards. Natagath took a few steps forward into the cell as the dust cleared to get a look at the dragon he was about to set free. In retrospect, that probably was not the best idea as his helmet and shoulder plates were branded with the mark of the Empire and his armor and weapon layout gave him a grotesque and monsterous appearance.
He looked massive dragon, which was a light shade of purple. He noticed its icy blue eyes looking at him and then he noticed the chains that held the dragon's legs in place.

"Don't worry, skulblaka. I'm going to set you free now."

He pointed at the chains on the dragon's legs and yelled, "Jierda" and the chains broke and fell to the floor. They must have been made from very strong metal because Natagath noticed that it took a large ammount of magic to break them.

OOC:
I oppologize, CDG, for skipping you, but F-14 Ace's post is directed at me. I'll skip my turn to make it right. I really wanted Dark Dragon to find Zeke...Maybe you could find Felena, my Shape-Shifting Lethrblaka. She can change her shape and her color....yeah, I'll do that.

IC:
Zeke's eyes opened wide as a dragon appeared in front of him, and he tensed instinctively. When the she-dragon introduced herself and freed him, he struggled to his feet with his injured leg tucked closely to his body. He dipped his head in greeting. I thank you for releasing me, Savania. My name is Zeke Blindscale, he rumbled, limping forward. He staggered and was forced to flare his wings to catch himself from falling. He grumbled to himself. Would you allow me to lean on you so I can walk properly? he asked gently, grimacing at the pain in his foreleg.

The different shaded purple warrior bared his fangs in a draconic smile. I wonder where my Rider is, he murmured to himself, limping forward awkwardly to comfiscate for his injured leg. A flashing of conscienceness caught his attention, and he turned his head to look at his mothers Eldunarí. What is it, Sel? he asked calmly, calling her by his pet name to soothe her frazzled nerves. You must leave, quickly. The ceiling is getting ready to fall from above you. The amethyst male looked up and was startled to find that Seluka was right.

Ella hung limply from the chains holding her standing against the wall. Her sapphire eyes stared ahead half-open, to weary and sore to struggle against the restrainst. She barely had the energy to look up as the door of her cell was opened with an agonized creak of the hinges, her black blue hair falling back around her shoulders. The elf groaned and her head fell back down.

OOC:
(There, I gave Saphi a chance to find my Rider. That way the cell that she opened doesn't just end up being empty. )
I really wanted Dark Dragon to find Zeke...Maybe you could find Felena, my Shape-Shifting Lethrblaka. She can change her shape and her color....yeah, I'll do that.

Felena bared her fangs in a snarl as she backed away from the stranger, even as it released her from the chains. Her ice blue eyes flashed at him distrustfully, and her light purple scales bristled. She extended her neck warily in greeting. I thank you for releasing me, she said, and was forced to break off as the Prison shook again so she could brace herself. She looked up worriedly. We should go. I don't trust this ceiling to hold much longer. she said, padding out of the door even as she spoke.

OOC:
Gomenesigh, it be your turn.

Zeke listened to the chatter fly around him, amusement making the corner of his muzzle lift up in a draconic smile. Savania, the silver dragoness that had released him, seemed ready to make either a joke or a threat in any situation. A rumbling chuckle vibrated in his chest as he lowered his head to the wolf's level. My Rider is elven, so I'm not sure how you will get along with her. But please do not eat my companion, else you might find yourself being held down under this amethyst scalebag. he said, merriment dancing in his blind ice blue eyes. He poked the wolf gently with his muzzle to show that he was teasing, then lifted his head when he recognized a scent. Two scents, actually. A female came in carrying his Rider, who was unconscience. Farther down the hall, he spotted a dragoness that looked eerily like himself. His eyes narrowed. Felena, what in Alagaësia's name are you doing here? he asked, surprised to see his friend's mate here. Felena looked just as shocked to see him. She stopped walking, shook herself, then continued forward. But her entire look had changed. Her scales now shone ruby red, as did her eyes, while her talons and spikes glowed white. She did not answer him.

The amethyst shook his head, then looked around at the group. A sharp crack echoed from above, making him flinch. He looked up in time to see a sizeable piece of stone comeing down to land on him and Savania. Baring his fangs, he snarled,"Jierda!", and the stone exploded into hundreds of smaller, less fatal pieces. Straightening up, but still leaning on his rescuer, he addressed the group. We need to leave. The cieling will crush us if we don't move quickly. he rumbled quickly. He lowered his head toward the young woman who supported his Rider. Put her on my back in the saddle. The leg straps can be tightened so she can't fall. he murmured, lowering his body so his saddle was easier to access.

Ella felt herself being released and squinted open her eyes to see her surroundings. An amethyst snout hovered a couple of feet from where she was. She lifted her free arm and stroked the sharp edged scales,"Zeke, you trouble-maker." she murmured affectionately. A gentle rumble vibrated her hand, and warm breath made her fingers tingle. She smiled.

Felena was surprised to see Zeke, but she did not show it. She could find out the details later. Her ruby eyes raked the group, ending on the man who had released her. She cocked her head as if curious, then proffered her foreleg to him. My friend is right. You may find it easier, as well, to ride out of here instead of walk. she said, smiling gently and lowering her neck to make the junture of her neck and shoulders more accessible.

Zeke growled and crouched down. Does anyone need a ride? I can carry two others with me. Quickly, though. This place will not hold much longer. he grimaced. His foreleg throbbed with pain, but he pushed it to the back of his mind.

OCC: I have no clue where Dark Dragon is. He's been on lately but he has not actually posted in a couple weeks. Maybe he's busy with school stuff.

OOC:
Give him a few more days. I might pm him and remind him to post.

I already tried that twice a few days ago. He never answered either time.

He'll respond. He got on just today. Give him a week.

OOC: Sorry, I've been busy with graduation and my PM thingy is being so slow I can't really PM.

Savania soared into the air and turned back, waiting for the others. She made the metal of the prison's roof start to shrink and collapse on the soldiers below. To the others she replied Hurry! I can't keep this from collapsing much longer! She let out a loud roar or pain as several arrows struck her chest. Snarling she bathed the archers in molted silver.

Snare hid behind Savania's neck as the battle went on. She hated herself even more for allowing herself to be dragged into this! She transformed back into her human form and quickly took out her clothes from her pack and put them on. Taking out her bone bow she found from a dead dwarf she fired arrows down at the soldiers below.

Natagath held onto Felena's neck with one hand and used his other to shoot another soldier with the crossbow mounted on his right arm.
A chunk of stone fell down and landed close by.
Forget about the soldiers! They'll all die once this building falls down anyway! If we spend any longer in here we are going to die along with them! Let's just get out of here!

As another soldier attacked him, Natagath struck the soldier in the head with his spiked fist, delivering a killing blow.


OCC: Short post.

Zeke opened his maw and snarled his amethyst-pale-blue-flames, swinging his head from side to side to clear a path. Whirling around to bash his tail, he leaped into the air. Every body out! he roared, pumping his wings hard to reach the same height as silver-scale-Savania. His injured foreleg throbbed, and he was panting hard when he reached his rescuier. The amethyst male hovered for a moment to catch his breath, then said. A near miss. We can wait for the others, to make sure no one is hurt, then flee from this dark place. he shuddered, then lowered his glittering purple head to search for the others, his ice blue eyes glowing with bright intensity.

Felena snorted at Natagath's comment. Believe me, you are much lighter than my mate is. Your like a feather to me next to him. she said with a draconic chuckle. She leaned back, then sprang forward, much like a cat, and beat her wings ferociously to gain altitude. Her ruby scales wrasped dryly as they rubbed against each other.

OOC:
CDG? Where do you be? It's your turn.

Zeke watched in interest as Savania collasped the prison with relative ease. He decided to ask about it later. He released a relieved sigh. His mother washed through his mind, soothing him with her presense. Wearily, he tilted his wings and spiraled down to the ground. They were already several leagues from the destroyed prison. Gingerly, he touched down on his hindlegs, then eased down onto his forelegs. His left leg throbbed more intensely. He crouched down onto his belly. His Rider loosened the bindings on her legs and on the other female. Ella slid down, then caught the girl. The amethyst male settled on his side and looked over his injury. Not fatal, unless it got infected. He breached the magic barrier in his mind and healed the wound. After doing so, he lifted his head to address Zelyts. I am Zeke Blindscale, son of Zephor. My Rider, Ella, is daughter of Kena the elf. he announced, his ice blue eyes flashing gently before settling to a dull glow.

Ella laid the woman down on the ground and covered her with a blanket from her saddlebag. She gathered sticks and some twigs that she was lucky enough to find near their landing site. Taking the pieces of wood, she made a small cone, with wood shavings inside. She broke through her magic and spoke the word for 'fire'. Flames leaped to life, instantly warming her cold hands.

OOC: Sorry for the wait everyone, I really hope to get my old account back soon.

IC: I am Savania and the pain and the butt wolf who I think is in her human form now is Snare. Savania replied looking over all of them. A few seemed to be injured, but she was glad they were ok, I'm glad we all got out of there. What happened Zeke, how did you get in there?

Snare looked up but didn't feel like saying anything, all she did was just sit back on Savania and watch the ground below them roll by.

OOC: I am so sorry for the wait on the reply, but I think I will pass this turn since Zeke was asked a question, I will post next round.

Disregard my last post. F-14 Ace has informed me that he wants to drop out of Silver Tears so...CDG, I guess it's your turn then.

Godmoding him out would be slightly easier, I think. Does anyone know Natagath well enough to godmod him out?

Once everyone had introduced themselves, Zeke greeted them each accordingly. Then he turned back to Savania. His eyes rolled, and he snorted. Honestly, I have no idea why I was attacked. No, ambushed is more accurate. Shruikan and a few Imperial soldiers jumped me in the forest. If it had been Thorn, I might have gotten away. But against the giant black...I pretty much had no choice in the matter. he shuddered. I think that if you hadn't of gotten me out when you did, Galbatorix himself would have arrived to visit me. he said, and closed his eyes. Soft light leaked from beneath his lids. After another moment, he opened his now gently glowing ice blue eyes. He smiled sadly. Sometimes, like in the dark king's case, it doesn't help to have unique powers. The king thinks himself a collector, but not of items. No, the beast collects beings with special or one of a kind abilities. he snorted, and the light from his irises increased. My powers are in neither of those categories, because they are passed down from father to son, mother to daughter. Sometimes it skips a generation, like in my father's case. But for some odd reason, the king thinks that he must possess them as his own. he turned his head away from the steel-silver-dragoness, and let the glow fade completely away. He smirked, the visible side of his mouth turning up into a dry smile. I told Shruikan that his Rider could go to hell, and he still wouldn't get my powers. he chuckled, his right eye flashing briefly. The expression on that dragon's face... he shook his head and chuckled again. Priceless. He gave a sheepish grin and looked around. Sorry, its habit for me to explain in detail. he said, and ducked his head.

Ella glanced over to the elven woman. A friendly smile spread across her face,"Greetings, friend." she said, twisting her wrist in front of her sternum,"I am Ella Whitefang. Eka fricai un Shur'tugal." she murmured.

Felena dipped her ruby head gracefully, lifting a foreleg for a bow. I am Felena, shape-shifter. she murmured, dropping her eyes in respect to the other dragons.
