Who do you think saphiras mate will be or will she even have one? I think that it will be the green dragon which is lickely to be arya's or another good person and dragon because saphira despises all the other dragons in the book except glaedr, and we all know what happened when saphira tried the first time. She already hates thorn and shruiken is a major no . So which dragon do you think it will be

well i think there i another sibling that murtag and eragon don;t kno about and he or she will get the last dragon which i think will be green and that teh dragon that will be the mate.

hey... just think about the front cover.... can you imagine a dark green dragon looking like a good dragon? my first impression is evil... twisted evil. or else its just my overactive imagination lol. But don't you all agree that it would be much easier to create an evil green dragon than a good one? cos green is reminiscent of reptilian characteristics etc.

The way things look at the mo, probably the green dragon. I suppose it is possible that there is a group of thriving, riderless dragons. Eragon did promise Saphira that they would go looking for them as soon as they were free of their burdens.

We know it will be the green dragon that eragon saw in his dreams with saphira... So it must be a male and i believe the rider may be arya. That would be romantic because they dragons will be lovers and eragon and arya will hopefully will be too!! Or maybe that golden dragon and sahphira might get it on... Would having 1 less leg make it easier? Harder lol?

I think it could also be possibly an unknown dragon even though brom said there wasnt any. Brom might still have been hiding some stuff and he might have known that he might rise again because he had his fortune told by angela. I mean brom must've known about orimis and glaedr coz he used to go to du weldenvarden. And he didnt tell eragon that.

Well I remember brom saying if there were any they must have hid themselves extremely well.So there could possibly be some riderlesss dragons somewhere.

Possibilities:

1) Glaedr No, Saphira already tried w/ him, he's older and her teacher.

2) Shruiken I want to know more about how he thinks of Galbatorix, and his first Rider, who was killed! If Galbatorix dies, could Shruiken possibly be freed of the evil spells that hold him, and turn back to his original color? Then he may be a fit mate for Saphira.

3) Thorn Maybe, If he and Murtagh are freed of the oaths that bind them. He'll be closest to Saphira's age, and blue and red go well together. Also, if Eragon and Murtagh are brothers, it would be nice to keep it in the family.

4) The Green Dragon If Arya or Roran, or even Nazuada or Elva, hatches him, it will be someone Eragon is fond of. That will make relations between them easier. If it is Arya, she may finally see Eragon as someone to love, even if for a short time.

5) A Wild Dragon Maybe, if they are somewhere. I think they will come back. Maybe some more females to mate with the ones Saphira rejects, or even a male for Saphira? Maybe, Saphira's siblings will come back (not to be her mate!). It was said that her mother, Vervada, had many eggs.

From the letter I recieved from Chris P. The Dragon will for-sure be green and the on the cover of the third book. The title however is still not disclosed. As for the rider I have no clue.

The book for Eldest was a Pictue of Gladar with liek that gold Foil' that the Japeneeze use for there paper. and the first like chapter had inverted color. White text and black background.
