 The Vampire DiariesI've heard about this show from a few people, and I've read the books myself. I haven't actually been able to see the premire, but from what I heard, it wasn't all that good. Here, you can comparre the book to the tv show or share your opinions of the tv show.

Re: The Vampire Diaries Oo, I watched episode two. It said at the start, "This program was brought to you by Twilight's New Moon" and I was like, wth?
Anyway, it's pretty good, if exactly like Twilight. And the main vampire love interest guy reminds me a hell of alot of Rob as Edward except without he laughing. _________________

Re: The Vampire Diaries yeah, that's kind of weird...I noticed how much of a change they put into this tv series. I mean, they changed it so much. I've only seen like one or two episodes, but I've read the book and I know that they could have at least stuck to the regular plot...ack. lol

Re: The Vampire Diaries I have not gotten to read the books yet. but i have been watching the episodes and i like them a lot!! I really wish they would make twilight into a TV series i think that would be cool, it might even be better than the movie!!

Re: The Vampire Diaries To be honest, I would be very worried if they made Twilight into a tv series. There's not enough to make episodes with, maybe a few seasons and then it'd be over. They kind of messed up the tv series with Vampire Diaries in my opinion, DR, you must read the books they are ten times better than the series. Again, in my opinion. lol

Re: The Vampire Diaries well this isnt about the tv show. but i was curious about something. bryce dallas howard is playing the part of victoria. why isnt the lady who played her in the first movie playing her again? i was thinking that the entire cast from the first movie would b in the second. im not sure that howard has what it takes to play victoria.

Re: The Vampire Diaries Yeah, I hate how they switch actors in different movies like that, it's a little frustrating. >.< I wish they would just keep the people they had from the original movie unless they have to improvise like when the original Dumbledore passed away but they couldn't find anyone better? I'm sorry, but the new dumbledore did not pass for being him...

Re: The Vampire Diaries i just read the books and they are great, but i like the tv show better. the idea of the founding families, of the tomb vampires and all that. and they made the story moderner. and i like Damon from the tv show more than the one from the books. Ian Somerhalder is so good at playing his role. i love it.
