 What if...What if Eragon would have been fresh and ready to go when he fought Murtagh ... Do you think he would have won??
I believe if Eragon was fresh and not weak he would have killed Murtagh |

me too, he cant beat murtagh with magic, but he could have easily beat him with his physical powers

The last word was Alagaesia but any way Murtugh still has the upper for the magics he posses are still far too powerful and could thus easily overwhelm Eragon even when in his best condtion

thats what i was saying. i know Eragon was weaker with magic, but he would have beeen him at sword play if he, like i said, hadnt been fighting since sun up and it was already well into the after noon...

Yeah... I think Eragon could of beaten Murtagh but Murtagh could still win.

... I don't know if eragon would have won... I mean yes, he is better with a sword... but magic will always over power a sword if you ask me

eeehhh that depends. if you can keep someone concentrating on defending blows to his head with a sharpened blade, he might have a hard time concentrating long enough to use magic...
