20,000 posts

We have now pass the 20,000 post mark on the forums, that means we have posted more then 20 thousand articles since we started 16 months ago. Most forums never get near that many post so we should be proud of ourselves.

We are currently the number 3 Inheritance board with our member count and 4 with our post count. In a month I am sure that we could easily become number 3 in both members and post.

It's quite extraordinary actually. It was amazing to watch this forum go from a little under 200 members to what it has become today. Very impressive, I'm sure it feels good Louis to have this as an accomplishment.

I was the one that first started it, but now I have the help of many people and the support of people that come and visit it.

As usual u may not posting frekuently but always surprise us with the depth (and length) of ur post.

If I may give a testimony, about a month ago i registered on Shurtugal.com and what i feel is that... caterpillar... this site was very large, massive, so many topics and so many ideas and so many members!!

What i want to say is that... in here, i recognize every person's user name, staats, and even personality, which is i'm not sure i'll be able to maintain relation ship with over 6 thousands members like on Shurtugal!! What makes I like it here (and I believe, so as our friends) is that we have feelings to one another, not just like posting message and "bla bla u read it or not i already state myn".. we can like, love, hate, amaze, surprise, or curious about the other members... and it's almost imposible with a very large community.

Can't help it of course, Saphira Forums definitely will get bigger. It's a challange for all of us, especially admins and mods but mostly, the-already-existing-members, to understand how to built and make ourself and our friends comfortable and feels like we are in the family.

Remember... *Saphira* wouldn't share us about her uncle and Wyrda{fate} wouldn't share her personal problem if they don't feel comfortable here.. and so i think we all have the responsibility to keep this site warm and cozy.

With the help of everyone I will try to keep the forum in good shape. We only need to stay close together and I am sure that we can keep our unity. I am not afraid of changes and there will always be new ones to try to keep the forum in top shape while still keeping that sense of a big familly.

I have some big plans for the forum that will open even more windows for people that want to access the board, but for the moment these will come as time passes.

awsome we all defenitly made this forum one of a kind. espesialy u louis for makeing this kool place. but for me this is #1 not #3. and all the mods also did a great job in helping louis and keeping every thing on track. in short every one did a good job here lol. and ill try and help too if i can.

I registerd just a few days ago and I already understand what you guys are saying. I see someone's post on the board and see their name and it's like I'm talking about my friends here. Louis, you set up a great site that we all enjoy. I started an RP yesterday and when people started joining in, it was like "Whoa... This is so cool....."

She waanted to be able to read all the posts that were posted, but then when we started to become a bit more active after summer she didn't like it.

I love this site! It reminds me of a family and i havn't been here for very long. I think its really cool how everyone knows who everyone is! Louis, you did an amazing job with the site But can't forget the amazing admins! I'm really glad that i joined.

I also love the fact that most of us know each other, or recognize the names. I want the site to grow, because that means more people to talk to, but we will have to work harder to get to know everyone!

well one things for sure if louis is away or somthing happens hes got good people that he can trust im not just talking about the admins or mods but for people who have all posted to help somone or has tried to help them the best they can and I say jolly good work!!


P.S. acualy many p.s.'s I have been gone for a while sorry I have been VERY busy and barly had time to come on today this week.

I was amazed at the staggering amount, yet what little time I've been on this forum I feel like
it's a home of sorts. Everyone is friendly and I feel like I was so warmly welcomed.

You have done an amazing job...I have already started making friends and recognize other
members. And the amazing part is I only joined less than 2 weeks ago.

I did start on the largest forum and was lost. I came in here and voila, am having a great time.

Edit: also we didn't have subforums then, so it was really long.

Same or overfill...luis can stop registrations but i don't think it well be nessessary because lot of ragisterated people make few posts and never come back....

We now have a total of 800 registered username, but don't worry about over population, only about 1 quarter of them actually posted, so they are no active most of them.

Do you administrators delete people that don't go on enough like more than a month or something?

Want to ask.. if SF get bigger, would you have to pay more money for the bandwith or anything? Is it a lot of money? Or is your parents supporting you on this money problem?

Currently with what I have in equipment we could surelly have enought space to have 10 times more traffic, but don't worry about that. My parents are helping me in this.
