I haven't seena topic on this trilogy so I'm gunna make one.

So who has read the Bartimaeus trilogy? I personally have and I seriously thought they were the best books i have ever read after the second time reading. Its full of humour and trust me, you'll be laughing at some stage in the books. Basically the books are about conflict between spirits and humans or "magicians" they are called. The main character "Bartimaeus" is a djinni thats rather rude to his masters and tries his best not to obey orders. The other main character is "Nathaniel". Nathianeil is a 13 year old kid who has just become a apprentice to a magician and has summoned Bartimaeus to do various tasks. The books are set in modern day london and they have to be the best books I ever read! Yes, hard to believe but they're even as good if no better than Inheritance trilogy and Haryy Potter!

Deffinitely recommend reading this series.
