Chronum for a silver dragon that has scales that look interdimensional, or stormbreaker for a dragon of black as night, blue as the sky, or white as the clouds. it all fits with a dragon's natural habitat, the sky.

Re: Name of your dragon If my dragon were black as night I would call him/her Ebony(both).
If my dragon were a silver colour I would call him/her Selven(male) or Silverana, Felicity(female). If my dragon were navy blue I would call him/her Zeke(male) or Adurna(female).
