GUYS! How do I feel for the guys in this forum???? HUUUUUMM, let me see..
Well let me start by saying that since it seems that I am the oldest on the site I can really be objective and honest.
That said, let me say that I love them all. Many of them enjoy pulling my leg in a good way. They have never been rude or disrespectful. They have proven that when it's goofying around time. they really goof around, (no kidding); but when it comes to giving deep thoughts and insights they provide very intelligent opinions.
The guys have enabled me to learn in a closer way how is it that guys are, and what concerns them. I have three girls so I am not too knowledgeable on the subject. I taught 7th & 8th graders many years ago, so you kind of forget, and things have changed a lot since then.
I have seen that they can be very sensitive and caring towards other members when the need arises and I love them for that.
And I can see how annoying and vicious they can be when they want to get on other members nerves.
But at the end of the day, they are all great kids!

I remember I bought home a homeless kitty and pet it.. It seemed sooo very cute-- untill it continuesly meowing everytime I leave it alone in the house (when I go to bathroom or entering my room) and that I woke up at 2 AM because it was screaming unstopable

"cute" and "annoying" is two different things ppl can judge from their (personal) experience..

Hmm... I have a lecturer, she's a professor, around 50 and she'd never married. Her life is only for works, money and friends. She has lots of nephews which sometimes visiting her and she's taking them for a ride somewhere nice. From what I've heard she got a trauma from a previously relationship with man so she decided to never married.. I don't think she's lonely though, she seems happy with her own way of life.

Yeah... perhaps it's true that you don't need a man if you don't want one.. However, I really can't live without this man by my side. I need to love and to be loved, someone I can embrace and take care of me, someone I can trust and follow, to whom I can be myself with.. and it is such a pleasant feeling, which you wont trade with anything.

And oh, I got my first boyfriend when I was 19. I'm 22 now ^.^

Thats kool too. don't think i have anything angainst guys or anything, i like them as much as the next girl. I just think it's a personal matter about wiether a person wants to be married or not.
with some girls it had to do with their family life. The reason I don't have a boyfriend is cuz I think dating is a serious matter and when I do date I will be looking for a future husband not just a good time. I don't think most guys are mature enough to have a relationship at this age.

Its not that I have any thing against guys, I have come across a few really sweet ones, its just that I dont see why I really dont see why I need a guy right now. Maybe later on in life I'll find the right one and then maybe I'll settle down, but for now I'm content with being single. I mean, my sis is 19 and she just got her first bf and she survived all those years with out. We both actually made our vows around the same time. We even told our parents they are more likely to get grand kids out of our bro than either of us.

well, I got my first bf at 13, but we hardly talked, and now I think I prefer guy mates to boy friends if you see what I mean. About the marriage thing, I saw this keyring in a gift shop once, and it had a picture of an old man and and old woman sitting on a bench together watching the sunset, and it said "Happiness is getting married to your best friend" and I thought that was really sweet for some reason.
