i think she does but she doesnt want to show them now in case they get in way of eragon's training or task.

I don't think Arya has feelings for Eragon...I know she does! She may seem as cold as ice sometimes, but she definately has a heart.
For exampe, in Brisingr, when Arya found out Eragon stayed behind in Helgrind and might be in danger, she ran off after him like her feet were on fire!
Then she opened up to him about her capture and torture in Gil'ead!
That doesn't sound like the old Arya from books one and two. Something has changed, and I can guess what it is!
I am certain she will confess her feelings in Book four.

i am sure they will end up together. i dont know when, but they will someday.

I do belive that she has but I guess she rejects him cuz of his duties,age and all that she went thru.

She has feelings for him and they are growing. While it's not love as in mates yet, it will soon be.

And I would like to end it with CP's own words.
CP: And one of the nice things about their (Roran and Katrina's) relationship is when the series begins and when we first start seeing scenes from Roran's point of view in Eldest, he's already courted Katrina, he's already won Katrina and we don't need to see them going through that. They already have a relationship. Of course when he rescues her then in this book (Brisingr), it's just sort of a confirmation of what they both already knew. So I get to show a kind of different relationship with them then exists between say, Eragon and Arya, who are just sort of dancing around each other.

I think CP has been trying to put them together since book one and Arya does have feelings for Eragon, as The Librarian pointed out.
