OOC: yea if by much longer you mean it cannot go on at all lol. Cause Saheit is talking to Danagon aorians character. And Skol and Wil are talking to Eliza and Drenor also Aorian's characters lol. I think Aorian will be on later though, and ill be on for awhile cause im typing some school essay and i check back here every litttle bit

Skolirio looked at his allies, tired and ragged from the fight but okay.

" It was my pleasure werecat, although I cannot take credit for not killing him for if he had not run I would have, " kol said with a laugh, " But seriously it twas my pleasure. And your companions here helped a lot, I wouldn't have survived without them. Did you see we have aqcuired two more to the group. Another Dragon Rider and Dragon. "

Skol gestured to the pair who were a little ways away.

OOC: Short, we need Aorian lol

"Your still talking to me?" Danagon muttered. He figured she would never talk to him again. He looked at her. "I am not my father, Saheit. I never even knew him. Drenor forgot him. I was raised by a good man named Kondef who died fighting Galbratorix. I want him dead just as much as you do." Danagon twirled a flower in his hands. "I need to know why I am here, what I am destined to do or else the prophecy will come true. I think I came here to help all of you. I think I came here to help people learn something about themselves, and I think we are all going to be part of the death of Galbratorix. I think I am here to repay for what my father did for hundreds of years. OOC: Danagon is seeing the story of his life. It is all very blurry and fast, except for when important things happened. Saheit, to you he looks like his eyes are glowing white and he is no longer with you.

Danagon was no longer with Saheit. He was in a room, people running by, and a woman screaming. It was all blurry, like he wasn't actually there. Time passed. Now the woman was carrying a baby boy in her arms. More time passed. A fortune teller came in to the room and gave the child's prophecy. "This boy will suffer greatly. A heavy burden of being Galbratorix's son is on his shoulders. The other will not tell, but this one can not hide it. If he gets the chance he will betray you, unless he can find what his true meaning in the world is." This much of the prophecy Danagon knew. "But when he is surrounded by the ones he love, and all seems lost but all is found, he will realize he is not whoever his father is." Danagon gasped. More time passed. There was the same woman, dressed in black, running to Surda. SHe went in the inn and found a nice couple across from the room she rented. She dropped the baby at the doorstep, with the part of the prophecy that Danagon had heard in a letter, and she left. Danagon was now 10, running around in the library, reading all he could. Danagon turned 12, and now began walking towards the training fields. As he walked he aged. When he was about 18 he stopped and picked up an egg. He touched it and a green dragon came out. Mroe time passed. THe boy called it Andep. They stayed in the chimney. More time passed. Drenor walked in, and found Andep. He was jealous. Then Danagon rode ANdep out of Farthen Dur. And suddenly he saw all of his adventures. Fenor's brutaal training in the desert, the killing on Galbratorix men, the people who looked at Danagon. Danagon taking an arrow, meeting Phaylnx, killing his first Raz'aac. He kept seeing more and more. The smtih making Wilae, Danagon killing his first man with it. He was now at Saheit. THe way she smiled. How Skol helped him. How he realized he wasn't who his father was. He was no longer with Saheit at all.


"I am Drenor, this is Eliza of Three Colors." Drenor kepy looking at the direction Saheit and Danagon were. He couldn't see them. SOmething may have happened. "Lets start a fire..." He muttered.I can supply the fire. Eliza smirked

Wil thought about what the werecat said. Something in my future...Something unknown even to...a werecat? What could it be... he wondered. He looked toward Danagon and Saheit. Lowering his voice, knowing at least Saheit might still pick up what he said, he told the others one short sentence. "We have to keep an eye on him." Then he walked toward Danagon and Saheit. Danagon looked strange. "What's wrong with him?" he asked Saheit. He sensed a lot of conflict within the man.

Skol was looking towards Danagon when Wil leaned in and spoke almost inaudibly, " We have to keep an eye on him. "

So there it was Skol was missing a piece of the puzzle. What was going on he wondered. But he would be a good host and set up camp and fill in the guests.

" We have had some trouble so our camp isn't fully set up I will go finish up now. " Skol went around for a minute or so and had four tents set up around a large fire pit. " Great Dragon, could I possibly get a little fire, I streess the little. " Skol said with a laugh.

Skol didn't wait for a reply there because he knew the dragon would just do it or answer in his mind. Why waste time then? He went over and began to find fruit. Then he sat down and made a stew, in a large pot.

Zephyr had been off to the side, but now he padded over and lay behind one of the tents out of view of the new group. He hated dragons.

Saheit was standing next to Danagon when she felt that same heavy presence. What now? She thought to herself. Then she could not think she could only feel. She felt a great pain in the land. Flashes of visions went through her head she was no longer in the forest but in the mountains people dying things being destroyed. Then she was on the burning plains people fighting one another the ground crimson red, blood flowed like a river. Then looking upon the Spine parts of it up in flames people fleeing. She saw all of Alagaësia in turmoil one by one horrific scenes appeared. Then she saw Galbratorix stood looking over the same scenes smiling, now laughing. He really was twisted then by his side He appeared.

Danagon

My child I have now showed you what may become of your friend. Now you see why I must get rid of him.

But I can help him!

You may be his doom my child.

NO!

Then another vision appeared to her. This time it was a girl with blonde hair. Saheit could not see her face. There was a boy in front of her. It was Danagon. He looked so hopeful. He said something but she could not hear. Then the girl replied. A look of pain and sadness crossed over his face.

What had she said?

Danagon did not move he just stared at the girl he said something else. The girl did not reply she turned and walked away. Her face...It couldn't be! Saheit was peering into her own face.

NO! It can't be true

Oh but it is child. I wanted to keep you from this. But it is time you knew.

Saheit looked at Danagon What could I do that is so bad?

She looked at him and then ran the other way towards where Usha's thoughts brought her.

Saheit reached a spring the water sparkled. She wanted to jump in and end this whole thing. Then she head a voice behind her.

There is another way.

Saheit turned around. Usha stood before her as that same beautiful woman she had appeared as before. Saheit trusted her when she looked into her eyes.

I can help you. Usha spoke through her mind it seemed to be out loud but Saheit could not tell Usha's mouth however did not move. She was using her mind. But could she do that and speak for all to hear? No one was around to know for sure.

How?

Come with me. I will teach you things you never thought to learn or had no way to know you could learn. Come with me I will protect you from pain. I will show you what it to become and what might yet unfold.

But my friends, I can't just leave them.

Why not? You owe nothing to them. They have put you in danger more than once. I have promised to take you as my own. To protect you from being hurt.

Saheit looked back in the direction she had come.

Saheit looked at the water thinking a tear glistened and dropped into the water leaving ringlets in the water. She looked back at Usha.

OOC: Ha ha it just doesn't fill very well in with the story although it was very good. I was thinking more that Danagon needed you and Skol to help him. To remind him he is not his father. REMEMBER, the mental state he is in now he will not leave until he chooses a path for good. He needs you guys to help him

Skol sprinted over to Danagon as fast as he could, Andep was already there as were the other dragon and rider. Skol was afraid. As he was running over Saheit ran the other way. Skol was wondering what was going on. He got to where Danagon was int ime for him to whisper Saheits name. He knelt next to him and grabbed his head in his hand.

" Danagon, snap out of it we are all here to help you. You will never be your father. YOu are a much better man! Never think that. And as for the elven maid she will be back, sho won't forget you do not fear. We are all still here for you come on pull through this. We will never stop trying to help. "

OOC: I heard my name so I'll let Wil make his case to Danagon.

IC: "Danagon. We're here for you. We won't let you fall under your father's shadow." Wil said, placing a hand on Danagon's shoulder. He smiled ruefully. "Saheit will be back. I can feel it...But she needs this, and you have to trust her judgement." Wil thought again of the werecat (Elfrida. She has a name. he thought to himself) had said about him, and wondered if helping Danagon was the key. He wasn't power hungry. Nothing of the sort, but he did wonder.

Zephyr was laying behind the tents when one of the werecats companions began to speaking to him. Obviously he noticed that Zeph was a little antisocial.

Well actually its not the big crowds it is who is in the crowds that bothers me.

Drenor looked at Wil. "Wil, you either have to kill Danagon right now or take the chance he might become evil." Everything went silent exxcept for Danagon's cries of pain as he began sweating more and twitching. "We either kill him or take the chance." Drenor looked in his brother's black eyes. I'm sorry, we have to do what we have to do.


OOC: Short, just wanted to prepare for a long post by Wil

Saheit searched he pack looking for something. Here is is She thought. She pulled out a beautiful mirror. It was of beautiful make. She had gotten it from an old friend. She wrapped it in a cloth.

She went to a tree it had a small hallow at the bottom. She set the mirror in there no one would know to look there Unless they knew it was there. She pulled out a piece of parchment and a swan quill which required no ink. Her script was magnificent more elegant then any human ruins. She left directions.

Danagon,
Please understand my point of view I'm not trying to hurt you. I need you to take good care of this it means a lot to me. Enclosed is an enchanted mirror it holds great power but in the wrong hands it can be very dangerous. If I did not trust you then I would not let you carry this with you. If every you have need for me look in this mirror use the ancient language and say Dream stare then whisper my name.

Saheit called out to Danagon with her mind she tried to sooth his mind. Shhh it is me please rest it will be okay I will be back for you then she sent him a picture of where the mirror was.

I hope he gets it. Before she left she put a ward around it ensuring that if anyone were to pick it up it was intended for them. Then she got up and left.


OOC: sorry I had an idea and i had to write it down I'm like addicted to posting haha so I may end up randomly posting if I find any time.

OOC: Yay princess lol! i thought you were gone for like ever. But you set up your absence in the rp's nicely....and obviusly if you post we will all be like wooooo princess lol

Skol watched as this rider asked Wil to kill his brother. Despicable. Skol would have never let it happen never. But, he could sense what would happen if he turned evil and they did need to stop that from happening at any costt if the need arose.

" You made a good choice Wil. I wouldn't have let you kill him anyways, especially when he had no choice or way to defend himself. I would never let that happen. He will be okay trust me. "

Skol turned back to Danagon. He shook him a little to wake him up. Then he tried to enter his mind but all he saw was chaos.

" Come on Danagon we are all here for you. " Skol sayed very quietly. He said it like a prayer, a wish.

OOC: haha well everyone is doing a wonderful job without me but I will try to post some. When I come back from spring break my new charry should be added so I think i'm going to add her to this story I think she will fit in nicely. So please Danagon don't turn evil while I'm gone because I have plans of my own lol

And yay I love that everyone wants me here. I gotta go I forgot to do my math..ughh I hate Pre Calc lol

Wil looked at Danagon, and then at his brother. "He should be fine now." he said, and then walked away. He wondered at their next move.


OOC: sorry, very short. trying to move the scene forward a little.

Skol looked at Dangon as he had his odd conversation. Did Galbatorix enter his head. That would be bad. But it looked to him like Danagon was just passed out now and done with whatever had happened before.

" Hey rider help me pick him up and bring him over to the campsite. We need a fire and then i can make some food. We are all hungry and we can boil some water and put a hot cloth on Danagons head. He just needs rest as do we all. "

Skol bent down to pick up Danagon. The rider helped and they set him on a blanket by the fire pit. Skol then preceded to make a fire with a small amount of magic. He made a spark to aid him in his fire making but that was all he could do really. Then he got the stew he had prepared earlier and set it over the fire.

Hey Zephyr can you get a pot and fill it with water for me please.
Sure Skol.

Zephyr grabbed a pot between his teeth and ran over to find a river.

Skol watched Danagon awaken. Danaogn jumped up and grabbed his arm, it scared him at first. All Danagon wanted to know was of his friends. Skol was glad he was worried, but afraid how he would take Saheit leaving.

" Everyone is fine Danagon. We are all here waiting for you to wake up, we werent going to abandon you. "

Skol looked at the ground and spoke again to Danagon.

" Saheit.......she.......she needed to leave. I am sorry my friend, but she will return as soon as she can. "

Skol felt terrible breaking this news to Danagon. He knew how Danagon felt about her and he kne Saheit wouldn't have left if she didn't feel it was neccessary. But it was still tough on him and he knew Danagon probably wouldn't take this well.

OOC: aww this story makes me sad and happy i think its soo sweet when Danagon says little things like that about Saheit lol i'm sorry i just had to say that its like reading it in a book where you have to smile but at the same time feel his pain,

Saheit was hurting. More than any physical wound that she had ever felt. This was emotional she missed her friends.

All she knew is she wanted to be with them again. To joke and feel the warth her friends always made her feel.

I wish I had the chance to tell him goodbye

She wanted to run back right then and throw her arms around Danagon. She caught herself thinking about him more and more all the time.

Why is he all I think about? Why can't I get him out of my head? Everything would be much simpler if only he wsn't always in the back of my mind. I close my eyes and all I see is him, smiling at me. Why is this so hard?

Saheit missed them all so much.

Skol heard the werecat tell him his stew was ready. He walked over with a smile, he was glad to see Danagon awake, but then he left right away. He was probably upset Saheit left, but he will get over it Skol thought to himself.

" Danagon do not stray to far away you are weakened and we are not exactly in the safest place. "

Danagon didn't even acknowldege him. Something was on his mind. He didn't know exactly what but something was for sure.

Zephyr had returned with the water awhile ago and resumed his post behind the tent.

Zephyr I need you for another thing.Ugh what is it Skol?
I need you to trail Danagon, not by any means will you spy on him just stay close enough to where you can tell if there is trouble. He is weakened and I don't want anything to happen.
Will do Skol, anything that gets me away from them. Come on Zeph stop all that.

Zephyr didn't reply, but padded off and hopped into a tree. He decided that he would have a greater veiw form there and Danagon wouldn't notice him.

Danagon stood there, wondering what was there. Danagon breathed. "Slowly walk towards me, do not run and do not cower, for then I would have to kill you." Danagon drew a bow and arrow. More than anything Danagon wished it was Saheit, but he knew it wasn't. He wouldn't be too angry if someone followed him, it depends on what they saw. Danagon got ready for battle if it was a foe.

OOC: SHORT

OOC: wil created a magic shield of fire 5 feet from himself to ward off the shade in the beginning of this rp. and he turned common dirt, urgal hair, and the air itself into a set of diamond tombs for the urgals in the other one. lol. or was danagon unconscious for one or both?

yep =D. Well in one he wasn't there yet and other he was talking to Saheit and only heard a yell =D

Skol looked up not the least bit embarassed. He was doing what was best for all of them and he knew it.

" Well you should have known I wouldn't let you walk around alone after wht just happened. I mean come one what if you tripped and hit your head and bam! Danagon unconcious. " Skol laughed at this remark but not fullheartedly. He was worried about Danagon and his burden was so great. To have to betray friends is horrrible. It would crush im.

" So what does anyone have on their mind? What should we do now? "

Zephyr trotted back to the camp and resumed his post behind the tents.

" What is wrong with my cooking? "

"I like food jokes...when they're played on other people." Wil said between sessions of rubbing his tongue raw on his shirt. "Would've been funny from any other point of view, even the acorns, but from my standpoint it wasn't so funny." He smiled in spite of this and repaired the bowl he'd shattered. He turned to Skol again. "Sorry for doubting your cooking. It was tampered with, as I just learned." He knew it'd most likely cause new gales of laughter from the werecat but he didn't care.

Always the jokester... A voice echoed in his head. He pushed it away nonchalantly.

OOC: Ummm....guys? The prophecy is sort of dead. He beat Galbratorix. Is that why noone realized why it was so dramatic? you thought he just had a mental fight? lol

"I want to learn." Danagon said to Elfrida and then to Skol, "You realize I am not as weak as I have been lately? I did save your life," Although Danagon told him to forget about it it was fun to have something against him. Danagon tried the food. "EGH!" Danagon spit out a acorn. "Next time, Wil is having one of Andep's deer and the rest of us are having my cooking." Danagon was happy. He was free of the prophecy. People will always question him, but he can get close to Skolitio, Wil, Elfrida, and Saheit without being afraid of hurting them. Danagon could finish his training with Elfrida and Wil, and he could help kill Galbratorix. He didn't care if it was his father, his real father is Konef in his mind.

OOC: oh the prophecy is done?

Skol was a little confused still with his cooking. He was a good cook. Then the werecat explained. Ugh werecats, so devious.

" Okay Danagon, but I'm not sure if we can trust you around the fire. If you pass out like usual you'll get burned pretty bad. " Skol laughed at his own joke.

But Skol knew that Danagon had saved his life and he did owe him. He would help in Danagon in anyway he could.

" Yea I'll watch you guys train. Danagon or Wil I'll spar if you like, but my skills in magic are pretty horrendous. "

OOC: Quick Response

Danagon raised a eyebrow. "We could teach you the basics....' He thought. Maybe Skol should start with what he did. Levitating objects.

" Well I know the basics. I can levitat small stones barely and i can heal minor wounds. One thing I cand o is control lightning with the minorest drop in my strength. I could teach you lightning, but thats it. I need to increase my magical energy. "

OOC: Hey when is Saheit coming back? We need to think of a dramatic entrance for Princess =D

Wil grinned, feeling he may have one or both of them beat on the terms of magical ability. He looked at the fire, held his hand palm-out toward it, and thought Brisingr. The fire flared brightly, encasing the pot of soup in a sphere of fire as it did. "I can teach anything to do with fire." he told them. "It's a specialty of mine." He grinned again.

OOC: lol ill be back next weekend i'm leaving 2mrw night 2mrw ill be shopping probably or working on my project them i'm gone until next weekend

Wil grinned at Danagon. "That takes all the fun out of it." he said calmly. Meanwhile he was trying to figure out what he could tell everyone of his past, and of the deeds he committed to gain some of his knowledge.
"My past is...troubled. My father was a halfbreed. He was the spawn of a vampire woman who had nearly turned into a succubus in her cunning and slightly crazy way and a human male. Needless to say, he was raised by my grandmother to hate the humans for their arrogance. My mother was a werewolf. They fell in love on the far side of the Great Sea and came here to escape a terrorist threat. They moved to Carvahall." Wil paused, remembering the ruin they had come upon and the few residents left to fend for themselves. These were memories he had taken from his father's mind as the man lay on what would be his deathbed the night after. "They helped rebuild after the Empire's annihilation of the town, and became residents in good standing. Then Mom got pregnant-with me-and they wanted to raise me in their home country. She had me before they left Carvahall (for Dad was of the procrastinating species) and then moved back. Little did they know, a full scale war had broken out over there, and people looked at their kind differently. Mother was killed when I was three, and Dad when I was six. It scarred me for life. Imagine opening the door one day to find your father's naked body strung upside down on your doorstep." Wil paused again, to pinch the bridge of his nose. His voice was wavering and starting to crack. A good first sign of the tears to come. He clenched his fists tightly and pressed them into his eyes. Roses of black bloomed across the backs of his eyelids as he did this. He fought for control, and when he found it, he continued in that same wavery, crackling voice. "Then...I grew up a bit. I stayed with a foster family and it was there that I learned of Alagaesia. I was eight when I set out on the boat, twelve when I arrived in Carvahall, and I've been traveling and learning what I could about Alagaesia and its magic since I was fourteen. I found my blade waiting for me in Carvahall, made of the finest ebony and darksteel the people could find. As a...gift for returning. The name came to me shortly after gaining the blade, but I don't think you've heard its name yet. It's called Llaryandyl. It's been with me through all my journeys." Wil brushed his hand mindlessly across Llaryandyl's hilt, took a breath, and looked around. "And that's my story." He walked off without saying a word to any of them. Danagon didn't know what to do. Saheit would know. She would go over there, calm Wil down, stroke his hair, maybe kiss him. She would try to make him see the joys in life when all we can see is darkness. Danagon remembered when Galbratorix entered his mind.You are evil, Danagon, you will never be anything else!Heh, Danagon thought He and I both don't have fathers.

Wil had been listening to Elfrida until about halfway through. He had wanted to continue listening but couldn't. An insanely seductive idea had occured to him. It had come in his father's voice, which he had learned to distrust, but was oddly appealing nonetheless. Run from here. Leave them here in the forest. They say they are your friends, yet do you trust them? You should trust them as one thief trusts another, for that's all any of you are. Thieves of life. Would you trust another thief to take a night watch on the open road without cutting your purse and your throat in the bargain? No? Then why trust these thieves. They will surely cut you down to nothing in the end, and steal your life as so many others have been stolen. Something happened after Elfrida had left Wil. His eyes shaded over until the irises were as black as the blade at his side. A cool, emotionless look stole over his face. The voice of his father had gained control. He was a shade of a different sort, malicious in his own way, and highly destructive to Wil. Wil stood calmly, walking further out into the woods. When he was out of sight and earshot, he took off. He sprinted thorugh the woods until his breath was ragged in his chest, and his entire being burned with the hate that his father's voice had churned for those he considered friends. To his disillusioned mind, they were now all enemies. He tried to bring himself out of this trance by thinking of Saheit. Saheit? Saheit?! That elf-wench was playing with your feelings as a child plays with a doll! She doesn't care for you. Her interest lies in the tall one, Danagon. When you strike, kill him first to prove you're better than him, and then rip his tongue from his arrogant, stupid head and force it down Saheit's throat! Show the elf-wench what she is truly missing!
His father had hit the mark. Jealousy was one of the wildest emotions in Wil's repitoire, and he'd never had much skill with controlling it. Now his father was feeding into his jealousy and turning him against those that should've been friends. The blackness in his irises was spreading like a cancer through the whites of his eyes.


OOC: thought i'd liven it up with this. sorry to LR for getting so far ahead without giving you a chance.

OOC: Quessstion: If Danagon comes running after you can he see you killing him or see Saheit or something in the black of your eyes? We both have evil fathers apparently

OOC: i guess it's possible. he sees a vision in Wil's eyes and is so stricken by it that he's paralyzed with shock, and wil attacks him and someone saves him or something.
just a thought to add onto yours. not saying it'll definitely go that way though.

OOC: Anybody know when LR is going to be back on?

IC: Skolirio seemed to be somewhere off in thought land so Elfrida decided to leave him alone at the moment. Elfrida walked away from the camp, deeper into the forest. Burn the past, and be free of it. The phrase had branded itself into Elfrida, and she could not rid herself of it. As Elfrida wandered through the forest she came to a decision. After firmly sealing her mind off to everything, and everyone she sat on a rock and waited. Soon she felt another's mind touch her own. Wulfe's mind. Elfrida opened her mind to him, but closed it to all else. "I will wait here for you brother." she said to Wulfe. She could almost see his expression of surprise when she spoke. Wulfe replied. "So you finally admit that you are my sister. I come quickly, and I am expecting you not to resist capture. This had better not be a trap, else I will be angry, and use some Eldunari against all present." Elfrida waited patiently. Not resist? ha, she would show him what she was capable of doing. Well, then again maybe she shouldn't resist, but there was so much more she needed to tell Saheit, Skolirio, Wil, and Danagon... Elfrida wondered what she should do, to fight, or not to fight. Nothing was simple--at least not for Elfrida. Burn the past, and be free of it.

OOC: i have no idea but i wish he would show up.

IC: Wil slowly calmed down. Danagon's words were a spear of happiness that soothed the pain. The demon passed on, knowing its fight was done. Wil's mind was a wasteland, and he didn't want to think much for fear of reopening the fresh wounds. He did send one message through the wave of numbing pain. Danagon...thank you. He drifted toward the cool embrace of unconsciousness.

OOC: Im trying to decide whether Danagon should get Wil to safety and than run to Elfrida. And then maybe we could find Wil being attacked by the shade again *chuckle*

OOC: i'm noticing a few similarities between Wil and Danagon. they're both confident to the point of being arrogant, they both like Saheit, and both of them can fight anything except what happens in their own minds. lol.
