As Blake was walking through the desert he thought to himself 'nothing....nothing but this pointless sand'. He had been walking over dune after dune for hours now for no purposeful reason except for getting to Du Weldenvarden. And he kept walking and walking until he came across a abandoned and destroyed campsite. 'Pretty big area and lots of tents' he thought. He walked through the campsite until he found chain tracks. 'Slavers!' He thought. He was captured by slavers when he was very young so he had a great grudge against them. 'Du Weldenvarden will have to wait'. And so he started inspecting the site for who and what the slavers were.[/i]

Kariana sat in the sand. It was a hot day, and she was resting in the shade of an abandoned campsite. She lowered her giant head to the floor, enjoying the warmth that heated her amethyst scales. Suddenly, she heard a noist. Kariana froze, trying to see who, or what had made it.
If that is an Urgal.. She thought to herself I will tear it in two!

Blake then heard a noise while looking for signs of what they were and summoned his dragon Keriaia get out here he said to his dragon. it will take awhile she said. it doesn't matter he replied.

Kariana hid herself as best she could. She decided to watch to see who was coming, before she attacked! The hot sun reflected off her amethyst scales, projecting shimmering patterns of light over half the campsite. She cursed angrily.

Blake then saw a shimmering on the ground and decided it best to find out what it was. He then moved forword and looked under the tent from witch it was comming from...and found a purple amthyst dragon. He then attempted to communicate with it. Who are you he asked mentely. You look just like my dragon. And then waited for a reply.

Kariana eyed him warily. He said something about a dragon, which confused her.
He must be a rider! She thought.
I didn't know there was another new rider here. She said to him.
And I must warn you, I am a wild dragon, so if you work for Galbatorix, I will tear you apart before your dragon gets here! She growled.

"you man get back to work" said Ioksok hiting the man that stoped with a stick, Fang hissed and looked at the sky i smell dragons he said to Ioksok. Ioksok looked around the men and woman in the iorn chains were prisoners from the Varden. How much are we geting paid for this work? Fang asked Ioksok, "Three hundred crowns to drive this lot across the desert" he answerd wipeing the sweat from his face.

I am a rider i said. To awnser your other question. I do not work for Galbatorix. i said.

Still wondering why she was here he asked what are you doing here in a abandoned capmsite anyways? he wondered.

She eyed him warily, trying to decide whether he was telling the truth. Finally, she decided he was trustworthy. Fanning her wings to catch the warmth of the sun, she replied:
Where else am I supposed to be? She curled her upper lip in a sort of undecided smile.
I figured that I might be able to find help here, I have already searched many other places, but have never gathered enough friends to make a difference to Galbatorix.

oh well hmmm.... Blake thought. either way did you see the marks left by the slavers. He thought would you like to go after them. they work for Galbatorix. he told her.

I saw something on the ground, she explained
But I thought nothing of it. She sat back on her haunches, thinking.
You say they are slavers? She asked. Blake nodded.
When will your dragon get here? Kariana asked.
Then we could pursue them!

Soon. Blake replied. In about maybe thirty minutes. Blake replied. But thats only my opinion. Then they waited.

Finnaly thirty minutes later he saw Kareiaia. What happe- She began but then she saw saw Kariana and barred her teeth. A low growl emitted from it. No wait said Blake. Shes friendly. He told her. are you sure? she replied. slightly relaxing. yes. he replied.

Erais then ran into the camp.
"I can help you. I know where the slavers are. I escaped them a while ago and am now after them. They have some of the vardens people in chains. I will not harm none of you." She said.
She then made an oath in the ancient languge that she would not harm them. She was very hyper at the moment which was not her type. Then again she hadn't seen her dragon since they got seperated in the Beor mountains.

"Hey what uh...what!?!?!?" Blake was confused. "How did you know we were here?" asked

OOC: WOW wicked twist never saw that coming o by the way i have been reading this for quite some time seems very very interesting but wow never expected the dragon being erais's

OOC: it isint if u read past RPs you would find that she was seperated for hers in the beors Fathskie{sp} is a Char so that means that no that wasnt right but yes that was a twist even though it wasnt...

OOC: well i have just been reading this one cause i caught it when it had lik 4 post so that way i didnt have to read like 4 pages just to get what was happening

"I saw your foot prints, I felt your presence, and anyone could see you for miles. At least I could." Erais laughed.
She then sat down on the ground. She was acting very odd. SHe then stood up and started to practice her magic lifting up the most heavyest things possible.

OOC: oh well sorry

IC:"Uh............" Blake was dumbstruck. this girl in front of her was acting very light headed. So he decided to calm her down with questions. "Who are you?" He asked

"Erais. I am part dark elf. Thats why I could see you from so far away." Erais said.
She did start to calm down, but not by much.

That heleped he thought Just a little more

"So what were the slavers race?" he asked "And which way did they go?"

A long ways away a man by the name of Bane sees something reflecting off the sun he thinks it is a dragon but is not sure. He gets on Destroyer to go see and find out if they are friend or foe

Erais then went all the way normal in an instant. Her back stiffened.
"One of them I have known forever, he is always trying to capture me and take me to Galbatorix. Its so annoying. They are just humans. But we have to look out for Ioksok." Erais said with hatred in her voice and a dark look on her face like none other.
She then got really frustrated and did what she always did. She walked a way stubbornly.

"So we have to watch out for iso-" then it hit him "hey wait did you say your name was Earis?" he asked. She nodded "I know you or at least heard about you from your dragon" he said. "He told me that whenever you walk away like that you always get in trouble so im gonna follow you." he declared. "And by the way my name is Blake..." he thought for a moment "The strange thing is I could swear i meet you before...O well" and so he followed her.

Destroyer comes in landing with sand flying everyware and a emerald sword in Bane's hand he ask "who are you?!" in a mean/harsh voice.



OOC:sorry when i cant think of much i dont write much but sometimes i write alot

Erais laughed. She then asked a bit excitedly,
"When did you see her. Yes I do. Its like attracted to me. Trouble that is."
She kept walking in a straight way then veared so fast Blake stumbled.
"Sorry. I tend to do that to." She said helping him up.
"You do look familiar. Then again I have been everywhere over and over." She said as tehy started back to camp.

How far away are the dragons Fang? asked Ioksok, as he hit a slave that stoped with his stick. At least three miles, but thats not much time if they fly Fang said, Ioksok ordered every one to get ready incase of an attack. They kept on walking until dusk, and made camp all the slaves got a drink of water and pice of stale bread. Ioksok stayed awake all night waiting and watching

"about a month ago i saw her" he replied "She was talking about you and kept asking if we saw you but we didnt so we parted again but promised we would remain in touch in case i found you."

Bane then spotted Erais and Blake and thought he reconized one but could not think strait at the moment. Then he asked again "who are you?" in a nicer voice. but then he finally reconized her. there were wanted posters everywere of thegirl named Erais and a unknown dragon. but was she friend or foe of his. was she working for the empire?

Once they got back to camp it started to get dark. Erais then stopped she turned her head to the south.
"Agh. He is back. I can't face him with out Erador." Erais said then went on. "I can't fight them with out my dragon. I will be crushed."
She then started to panic. The desert was making her do strange things, she never paniced. She then started to go off.

OOC: Sorry. I didn't mean to.

IC: "I will help you with whatever" Blake said. He than looked up and saw Bane "hello i yelled I'm Blake this is Earis who at the moment is lost in thought."

"I knew i saw posters of her in towns the empire is looking all over for her." Bane said.

Erais then started to freak out. She went totally histaricl. Then in an instant she went normal.
"He is going to pay. Hear that Ioksok." She said.
She then went to camp and started to get lost in thought about what she would do. She didn't have a clue what was going on around her.

"hey shes against Galbatorix." Said Blake. Then a thought popped in his head and drew his sowrd "Are you working for him?" He asked.

"We have to srike tonight." Erais just said suddenly.
She then started to prepare.
"I would rather die. He won't get me alive again." She said over and over.
She then was ready and waited for everyone else to. Clearly she wasn't paying attention to what was happening around her.

"Hey you man, go scout out the area up ahead." said Ioksok pointing at one of his soldiers, "yes sir" the man said. The man walked out over the sand "This is pointles who would be out here.", then he saw a camp in the distance. When he arived at the camp he looked "three dragons and four people" he said to him self, he was about to get up and he sliped on the dune, he swore and got up and hid.

OOC: Since this looks fairly active.. you guys mind if i join in sometime when you 'strike tonight'?

Erais then started to walk torwards the slavers camp. She got there, she had no idea she was alone. The others were still talking when she left. Erais then got ten prisoners freed before she was noticed.

"no i am not working for the king he is a awful man i dont know any dragon rider that could work for him. I am sorta with the elves but i am still my own man and i do what i want and if i prefer to cut your throat here then i will do so with no mercy."

"get her" cried Ioksok when he noticed that some of the prisoners were free, they had Erias now. "I remomber you" said Ioksok standing over Erias, his sword at her throut "What are you doing here?" he asked her.

IC-"One try to cut my throat and see what happens and two wheres wonder girl?"Blake looked around and saw a soilder and swore. "the camp is over there we have to go get her"

Erais then jumped back sword in hand.
"Um lets think for a minute. Freeing them." She said.
Then they were all free and running away. She stayed in her postion. She wasn't going to leave without a good fight. She was ready for an attack. Before anything happened the most unlikly thing happened.
I am here. Said a familiar voice in her head.
"Erador." SHe yelled out loud as her dragon landed by her.

Siromo was flying from Surda to Ellesmera, and noticed a camp below. "Slavers..." he muttered.
Would you like to right one of the king's many wrongs? he asked Ohen with the mental equivelant of a grin running through with his thought.
Lets.
Ohen landed on the ground away from the camp, then noticed something; there are others - Over there - that don't seem to be with the slavers.
Yes, and two in the camp that are protected like.. riders.. and one like Erais!
Lets go.

He and bane flew over the camp and saw her dragon land beside her and saw them get surrouded. "Hey lets go and help her!" he yelled over the wind. He landed by her and said "Dont't get started without me." he said

Ioksok raised his had and said some words in the ancent languge botls of energy came out of his had and killed all of the escapeing prisoners, Erias looked at him in discust "I was told to bring them alive or dead, i still get my money" he said to her. Fang looked up and saw Erador come out of the sky, he hissed in exsitment.

Bane and destroyer go into the air and start shooting fire around the slavers never hitting them cause they are too close to Erais trying to scare them away

Erais smiled then nodded.
"Okay." She said.
Erador and Erais were pleased. Erais then got control over herself so she wouldn't freak again. She started to attack some of the soldiers.

As Siromo landed, he shot balls of silver-white energy at two of the slavers who were about to attack the others. They fell unconscious. He landed, and drew his sword. He slew another three this way. Ohen breathed a steady stream of fire at one of the tents, after confirming it to be empty with his and Siromo's mind, and it was destroyed.

while still 20 feet in the air Bane drew his sword and droped down to assist and started cutting up slavers never missing a single hit

Blake looked form Isloks{sp} hand to the slavers and anger boiled within him "You little.....they were harmless" said Blake. he then turned to Earis and said do these guys have honor or just little cheaters that cant win a fight with someone armed or just idiots?" he asked

"Ioksok you won't get me dead or alive." She said darkly.
Erador no I don't care if you think Fang is okay you will not flirt with him. Erais said sternly.
Erais then started to attack Ioksok.

"they may be unarmed but they work for the empire and they must die or we will!" bane yells

Sensing the importance of the battle, Siromo added wards around Erais to protect her from arrows, and to a certain extent, magic.

OOC: ill brb in 10 or 20 mins, Erais you can use Siromo and Ohen if you want

Erais nodded her head and quick as a flash she changed course. She started to wipe the slavers out. They started to cluch there heads as pain was inflicked on them.

As soon as Earis slashed he and Keriaia burned and sliced the soilders around them Should i go with the uppercut or the body slash? he asked.G for the body slash.She replied

Bane finds a river and takes a bath during the heat of the battle.

OOC: uh guys i G2G sorry ill be back tomarrow c ya

OOC: Earais u can use my char but please dont make him do retarted crap ok...or just leave him be c ya

IC: Erais then stopped and turned to Ioksok.
"Bring it on." She said then lunged at him.
She crashed into him. She sort of bounced back. She then summoned a white hot phienox which then took the dead prisoners to a safe place.
"You will not get paid for them." SHe said.

OOC: I got to go too during this my guy still taking a bath so i know sounds stupid bath in desert but this way he pre occupied

Ioksok looked around and laughed the companions were killing all of the slavers. Ioksok said sleep in the ancent languege and all but Erias and Erandor fell asleep. "They will not be hurt, they are just sleeping" he said to Erias "I an goin to leave do not follow me." . Ioksok took off not looking back as he spell faled, he flew to the mountans in the center of the desert.

Jumping on Ohen, Siromo followed Ioksok from the sky; Ioksok had not told him not to follow him. After memorizing the location, he flew back to Erais.

Bane comes Back from his relaxing bath and asks, "what did i miss? oh and just so you know there is a really nice pond over there just the right tempature for a bath you should try it sometime."

IC: "No thanks I have better things to do." Erais said. "Don't worry I stay clean."
She then went over to Erador. They both were so pleased to be back together. Erador had been all over Alagaesia looking for Erais. They then went for a flight just for the fun of it.

"sought yourself." bane replies then feels his chin and notices he is starting to grow a beard from not shaving and says some words in the aincient language that erase the hairs on his chin. then he climbs on Destroyer to scope the area of who is anywhere near.

OOC:sorry your magesty (proably spelt that wrong too) and also my key board is wacking out so my spelling tends to be horrible on it.

Erais and Erador returned to camp. They both ate. The then went some ten feet away from the camp and fell asleep. Erais had one of her troubling dreams again. She woke up with sweat all over. She then took a walk over to a small oasis and washed her face and arms.

Bane just kinda slept for a really long time because he had been traveling non stop since they arrived at the camp.

OOC: If your character is not doing much in your post, there is a simple solution to making posts longer : . . . ADD DETAIL AND DESCRIPTION!!! Seriously people, it would make all our RP's a lot better and more fun to read.

When Bane wakes up he sees his dragon sleeping and then wakes him up by saying, Wake up boy you want a dragon treat. Destroyer wakes up and Bane gives him a large piece of Jerky.

OOC: it took me a day toget back on but i made it

IC: Blake was sleeping nicely until he heard a rustling movement. He sat up and looked around and saw a snake. He sighed "good im tired after that battle." He was about to go back to sleep when he noticed Earis, and Erador were gone. "oh great." he said halfhartedly.

Keriaia sorry to wake you like this but we've got missing people. She grumbled then got up. That was a good dream to. And so they went serching.

Bane goes back towards the camp and says "Great I sleep for only 1 day and 2 sets of dragon riders are missing. I better go look for them." After a short while he sees Blake and his dragon so he goes over there to find out where Erais is. When he gets here he asks "Where have you been and where is Erais? I swear she is more trouble than we can handle. This is why i dont like elves. always getting into trouble."

"I was out looking for Earis." Blake yelled over the wind. "Also it's not becuase shes a elf that she dissapears." he yelled "It's beacuase thats just her just like your just you or me is just me" he says.

"I am sorry it is just i have delt with some elves before and i dont not mean to be offensive to you, i do not like the elves all that much they are to nature like and i dont like the idea of eating only vegtables." he replies and then walks away muttering to himself. He then says to Destroyer You ever think we should get out of the Dragon/Dragon Rider thing cause it is really really starting to get hard.

He replies little one you are just stressed relax and take deep breaths.

He breaths deeply then gets on Destroyer to go look for Erais.

An hour passed. Then another one. "Where is she?" Blake was griding his teeth. Where was this girl? finnaly an hour passed again and he was thinking about turning back when he found tracks on the ground. follow the tracks we find Earis. Blake said to Keriaia. Yes well lets go.

Why di dyou follow me Erador? I can manage. I did it for six months. Erais said as Erador walked up.
You know me. I can't stand the thought of you going back to Him. She replied.
After a while Erais and Erador headed back to camp with there thoughts cleared. They spot the two dragon riders looking. She then decideds to just go back to camp.

Bane spots Erador (how could he miss a dragon) and swoop down to talk to her. He says worried "where have you been?! me and blake have been looking all over for you. I cant believe you ran off!"

"Well I always run off for resons. I am not a child. Why are you so worried?" Erais said enraged.
She then walked over to the fire to warm herself. She dozed a bit, she never really fell asleep. She was still wary from her preveouse dream. Erador nelt down by the fire.

"still we had to go looking for you and it wasnt that easy. Plus you are wanted by the Empire they could send spies out here and all other sorts of things. I am just saying for all of out saftey please dont run off again."

When Blake noticed that Bane had left he decided to keep serching for Earis. When he finnaly got back to the camp he noticed Erais sitting by the fire. "Well it seems that your back." he said. "So what do we do now?"

OOC: Sorry, been catching up on school
IC: Siromo glided back to camp on Ohen. Landing, he relayed the details of where he had last seen Iosok to everyone. But he noticed a tension, and asked, "What happened while I was gone?" He took a moment to notice that the stress seemed to be between Blake and Bane, and Erais. Having known Erais for much longer, he listened to her a little bit more than the other two, but got the general idea.

"Well at least everything turned out ok." He said "I'm just saying, it could be a lot worse....." he faded the sentence not knowing if he was helping or hurting. he looked at Erais and Bane. Then sighed well at least it was ok.

The sun started to rise. Erais then went away when no on ewas looking and then came back with some wonderful looking fruit.
"You may think its stupid to only eat fruits and veggetables. But it makes you a better person." She said as she saw some disscusted looks.
She then diveded it out. She had also brought some meat, but that was only for the dragons.

Blake scan Birdie, Sorco, and him. "Well dont look at me im not mad at you for eating vegitables." then Birdie and Sorco looked at him great....ok im tired of this "Ok then what is going on we all have our diferences but do we have to nail on each other for it?"

"I have no problem with fruits in vegtables, but a man needs protien. Where did you get this anyways? Plus, I have my own meat.' He goes to Destroyers saddle and pulls out some jerky and starts to munch on that and the stuff Erais brought back. He then went to Destroyer and gave him some.

"Thats for me to know and thats final." She said.
She then decided to go sit down and not talk to anyone. After awhile the silence started to get at Erador.
Argh what do we do. She said pretending to claw her face off in annoyance.

Bane Said to Destroyer Do you know where she could have possibly have gotten this food. There is no trees for miles but yet it is fresh. I wonder if she is using magic or what?

Destroyer just replied We will let that be her buisness

The vegetables tasted good but he knew that there were no trees for miles but he didn’t care everyone else was freaking on how she got them. Why he didn’t know but who cares its here business not his or anyone else.

Siromo gratefully accepted the fruit and tosses some of the meat to Ohen. While he was eating, he asked Erais where she got the food. "After all, we're out in the desert... Meat is hard to find... and fruits harder.. but vegetables?" He slipped a few coins into Erais' saddle suspecting that this had been a personal store from somwhere.
