Plss help!
Here's what I need help with-
*I need a few more characters but I can't think of anything! If you have any ideas, pls pm them to me. I need the race (anything you can think of, but no goblins, dragons or giants pls.), description and their favoured weapon.
*Is it just me, or is the intro to my story just not right? Here's my story so far;

Arielle blocked Imren’s attack and swung the stick she held in her hand to swiftly to Imren’s left side and wacked him on the hip.
“I thought girls couldn’t swing a sword,” she teased.
Panting, Imren moved forward slowly and swung his sword/stick at Arielle. Arielle blocked his attack and made a move of her own, which he in turn blocked. They continued fighting until their faces were blood red and sweat was dripping from their hair. They then continued walking through the forest.
Even though people often got Arielle and Imren mixed up, (because of their similar interests), they looked completely different.
Arielle had golden brown hair, deep green eyes and pale skin. Imren had dark hair, bright purple eyes and nicely tanned skin.
As they walked towards the street that they lived on, Imren began to pick up rocks for his rock collection. While doing this, he found a certain stone, a stone that would change his life forever.

“Arielle!” called Arielle’s Mum, “Imren’s on the phone for you!”
Arielle ran down the hallway and her Mum passed her the phone.
“Hello!” said Arielle cheerfully.
“Hey Arielle,” said Imren, “You know that stone I grabbed for my stone collection?” he asked.
“The funny coloured one that was oval shaped? What about it?”
“It hatched”
“It WHAT!?!”
“Come over here, see for yourself!”
“All right, I’ll be there in a minute”

She hung up the phone, told her Mum where she was going and walked over the road to Imren’s house.
When she got to Imren’s room, she gasped, for sitting on his leg, cleaning itself, was a dragon.
Arielle stood in the doorway with her mouth open.
Imren smiled, “I told you it hatched.”
“That’s a d-d-d-d”
“Dragon, I know.”
“What are you going to do with it?”
“I thought put it in the forest, at least until it could fly.”
“Good idea, I’ll come with you.”

Elanora sat bolt upright in her bed, her eyes wide.

“My Queen, what is wrong?” asked the goblin king, in his horrible growl.
“A dragon has hatched.”
“But, my Queen, there are no eggs left in the galaxy, nor are there dragons to lay them.”
“The cursed elves had them hidden on earth, and a human is taking care of it as we speak.”

At this the Goblin King laughed. Elanora glared at him, her red hair and eyes making her look as evil and powerful as the King knew she was. He stopped laughing.

“Forgive me, my queen, but a dragon being raised by humans? It wouldn’t stand a chance against us.”
“Not all earthlings are human. This one is elvish.”
“But it was still brought up by humans yes?”
“That is not the point! A dragon is a dragon, and a dragon raised by and elf is going to be more powerful then a dragon raised by another dragon! While there is a dragon around, my queenship is under threat. Either destroy them, or bring them to me.”
“Of course, my queen.” He said, and then ran down the hall.

“You stay here,” he said, but when he turned to leave the dragon, it ran to him and climbed onto his shoulder.

“It won’t leave you,” said an unfamiliar voice.

This is where one of those extra characters comes in.
Once again, Pleasssseee heeellp!

You might try putting in someone who looks wary and waiting for something he or she never thought they would ever see in their life. As far as evil, Orcs (weapons: bows, simitars, magic, etc.), Werewolves( sharp claws and teeth), Undead( same weapons as orcs).

YAY!!!! I can continue with the story now!!

OK, chapter 3......

Imren placed the dragon in the hollow of a nice, strong tree.
"You stay here," he said, but when he turned to leave the dragon, it ran after him and climbed onto his shoulder.
"It won't leave you," said an unfimiliar voice.

They turned around to see a woman. She had sapphire blue eyes and long black hair. She had pale skin and wore the finest armour that they had ever seen. On hear hip was a sword, but her most distinguishing feature were her long, pointed ears.

"Who are you?" asked Imren.
"My name is-" she hesitated and sniffed a couple of times, "Goblins," she whispered, and quickly drew her sword and turned around. After a couple of seconds, Imren and Arielle noticed that, running towards them were a group of strange looking creatures.
They were green, with ears like little triangles on the top of thier heads. Most of their mouths were open, revealing yellow, pointed teath and a long, creamy brown tongue. They all had bulging bellys, and wore iron plateskirts. They all held spears or daggers above their heads.
When the goblins neared the woman, she swung, sliced and stabbed, and killed all of them. She seathed he sword and looked at Arielle and Imren.
"We must hurry," she said, "There will be more."
She led them to a clearing, and then spoke in a strange language,
"Dragos, ven yacul ver ni."
A red light shone from her chest, and after a minute a dragon landed in front of her, it's ruby scales shined.
"Sokiav," said the woman, "We have no time, Elanora knows of the dragons presence. I need you to open the portal to Dragos Placura."
"Very well," growled the dragon.
It turned around and breathed thin, white smoke. Soon, there was a ring of the white smoke.
The dragon then launched itself into the air.
"Follow me," said the woman and jumped through the ring.
Imren and Arielle looked at each other, and then, followed the woman through the ring.

Thank you. I would LOVE to write a book but publishing would b a problem. I'm no told enough to look for a publisher on my own and my parents would tell me I'm dreaming

There's a girl at my school who published a book and she's in 10th grade (I think). She published it on a website that supposedly publishes every story they get. Anyway, she's selling it for ten dollars a book (I think).
