when arya becomes the new rider how will she get a green sword

Given the current circumstances she might either rely on her current sword or some how convince the "elda" smith mentinoed during Eldest

she will get it from one of the 2 elven families which has saved a rider's blade from the wyrdfell.

You shouldn't make assumptions. Say How will the next Dragon Rider get his/her sword? Not how will Arya get her sword, you're like making a assumption and people have no choice.

That's ok, just make sure you don't make alot of assumptions on things. Say how will the next dragon rider get his/her dragon sword?

cuz he doesn't want to admit that Arya is going to be the next rider. He wants Roran to be the next rider. (fat chance)

i think the next Rider has to be female (mostly because of Eragon's dream) so it can't be Roran. i'm guessing its gonna be Arya or nasuada.

She is too much of a Damsal in Disrtress kind of girl. I think she would be more of a liability to the other riders and warriors around her. I don't think Katrina is the next dragon rider.

yes there have been. i dont remember where i read it but cp said that in the riders peak of power there were as many female ridersas male riders. and i believe he also said that they were just as good if not better than most males

She might not even need a dragon sword because elvin swords are bound to be better than even the dwarfes and other elvin smithes could make the sword.

she probably needs it- galbys gonna b really tough 2 beat so she needs a really really powerful weapon- 1 designed 4 really fierce battles- even elves swords have their limits

the point is a rider's sword should match the dragon. there are 2 riders' swords protected. it's not coincidence.

rarley in books are there coincidences because the writters put everything in for a reason

That seems true, Saphira was tearing up that dragon Thorn, maybe she was older but still she was tearing him up and also Eragon cut his wing, but I still like Thorn.

Or Roran could always get it as well, you shouldn't assume. It could be Arya or Roran, I'm more betting on Roran though. I think it's Roran because if he becomes rider then the riders will be related Murtagh, Eragon, Roran. Also Roran lead a whole town to the Varden and that is quite a feat.

hes not actually related 2 eragon or murtaghs father or any rider as a matter of fact; plus hes a human and even though eragon was he had a lot of time 2 prepare while runnin and the gift the elves have given him made him even better - roran doesnt have that kind of time and he would always b n eragons shadow- eragon needs a rival and who better than not only the woman he loves but a very accomplished powerful elf who wouldnt take nearly as much time trainin?

i don't think eragon is gonna get a sword from the elven families on account of whaty solumbum saidabout the roots of the menoa tree. arya probaly might get hers from an elven family if shes the next dragon rider though.

to reput it 4 Firelight's sake, "roots" has an alternate deffinition - lineage. so a blue rider's (maybe even Brom's) sword could be in Linnea's family's care.

Yeah actually it was, the urgals and the soldiers, and Ra'zac were about to come with an army to destroy and burn Carvahall with everyone in it. So what were they supposed to do, stay there and let themselves be killed? No they did the smart thing and left.

So what does that mean? That the sword that the Rhunon family has matches the one that fits Arya or something like that?

Or Roran and Eragon get them. Rhunon family gives the blue one which is probably Brom's gives it to Eragon and the other is given to Roran, this is my opinion.

Idk, Rhunon says two of the swords the elven families have used to belong to the "wyrdfell," so I understand that neither of the two may have belonged to Brom. Brom was loyal to the side of the Light.

But didn't that family and Brom have a fight and they took his sword from him or something?
