 I AM SO CONFUSED!!!I have noooo idea what i'm doing. What do i do and how do i do it? So far i've learned how to start a new topic and how to reply to one already there...that's how i did this. What else should i know? Please Help!

yep, you can see the forum help section for anything else you might need too. The basis of forums is discussion- starting new topics and replying is really all you need to know.
