Post Has anyone read the Bartimaeus Trilogy?
has anyone read the Bartimaeus Trilogy by jonathan stroude?

It's a series where we see the world through the point of view of Bartimaeus, a smart and sarcastic 5000 year old who has served under many famous masters and in so many civilizations, always making insulting comments

we also see the world through Nathanil's eyes, a young magician
and Kitty, a member of the illegal resistance against the magicians organization

A great adventure with funny politics and incredible conspiracies

the three titles are:

1)The Amulet Of Samarkand
2)The Golem's Eye
3)Ptolemy's Gate

you should read it

I LOVE these books. I really do.
And I really liked the ending, even though it wasn't the happiest. I kinda knew it was going to happen, but, well, I wasn't sure.
I wish there were more books but I know they wouldn't be very good.

yes, it's a shame that Nathaniel died
if he had taken the amulet from Kitty he might had escaped

There couldn't be another after the ending of BOOK III
I mean, it wouldn't be the same without Nathaniel...

He couldn't have survived...
The attack was MASSIVE and he was in the middle of it
And well, it's a trilogy and "MOST WRITERS" (ehm not CP though), when they say it's a trilogy, ehm it's a trilogy :D
