Post Oromis
Not sure if there is already a topic on him seeing as there is like three pages. Has anyone thought about what is going to happen to him. I wonder if he is going to die in the last book.

I'm sad to say this, but I think he'll be dead when Eragon gets back to Ellesmera. And does anyone find it odd that the elfs' capital starts with the same letter as the first letter of Eragon???

Sorry... But aren't the elves way older than that?? I thought they had been there a while when the first Eragon found the egg.

True, I beleive that Oromis will die, soon after Eragon finishes training, or in the middle of it. Then, he will impart some last wisdom, possibly how Galbatorix is continuing to gain strength? He did not think that Eragon could know at the time in which he asked him.

i think it would just be a better twist if eragon had to find out how to kill galbatorix without just getting told

p.s. yes yoda dies

Exactly what I said. What better time to tell him, then when he has no other chance?

that would be really anti-climactic, i mean oromis would die but it wouldnt be as interesting as eragon figuring it out for himself
