Character Personality: he's a non haughty character and quite reserved. He likes to spend his time studying prophecies and stealing books from the elders and reading them. he desired to be a scholar before the riders' fall, wasn't interested in dragon riders. loves knowedge and wisdom. He's quick of the toungue, but doesn't let it run away with him.
Character History: He and his brother left their parents in their tween years to study. His brother to be a swordsman and he a scholar and bookkeeper. He was 25 when the rider's fell. In order to protect those around him he called upon a magic that transformed him into another creature which looked like the combination of a wolf, lion, bull. He twin brother betrayed him and joined Galbatorix's army and was killed by one of the forsworn. Derrick adopted the name Stormwarning and ventured the land to hone his skills by the "were" creatures. He is not immortal and not godlike (he's a lesser being than say werecats), and refuses to use his powers and let reason live his life. He is middle aged and will pass on like the rest. His life was prolonged with the magic influencing his humanity and transforming him. His howling roar can be heard before a fierce storm. He resides in the Hadarac Desert

Likes: desert areas with little water, calling on the wind, instructing the littler "were" creatures, running free, tornadoes
Dislikes: heavily populated areas, what he likes to call "pragmatic 'know nothing at all' boneheads," people who live off the expense of another person
Animal Companions: when not training other "were" animals he is often alone and prefers solitude
Character's Physical Description: thickly muscled cat body with a reptilian tale, his fur is a deep blue because of the magic wroght upon him.
Dreams for the Future: To see an end to tyranny
Reason for Dreams: Watching your own loved one turn on all that is good and seeing a man (dragonrider though he be) rule with hatred and unkindness towards his people.
Alignment/side: since he doesn't do any "visible fighting" he's thought to be neutral when really he's pretty good.
