I don't like the way they made the mark on Eragons Hand, It's NOT how it's supposed to be!!!

I think it looks better than the book descibes, but it would be better if it were actually silver and shinning.

Maybe we should make a list of things of the movie that they screwed up.

It's just, it dosen't even look the tiniest bit shiny and it looks like an e...... WHY?!
It also isn't in his palm.

You no what is really crap about it?

1. The palm is on underside of your hand not the top. The book describes him (eragon) as touching the dragon on its flank with his outstretched hand. Usually when you outstretch your hand it means your palm is facing towards whatever you touch.

2. If all dragonmarks are the same then even galbatori, brom, and the mourning sage (oromis?) have an e like eragons. And is it coincidence that the gedwey ignasia looks like the letter e, and that eragons name starts with an e? Coincidence? I think NOT!!!!!!

3. This is exactly what happened in Harry Potter: i) They left out the potion bit in 'sorcerers Stone' not to mention changing the bit with the devils snare. ii) Also in Harry Potter, the scar is not in the middle of his forehead, nooooo the british companies had to make it off to one side. This all mirrors the fact about Eragon. i)His G.I (gedwey ignasia) is not silver (Im guessing it will only go a lighter shade of blue in the movie when he does his "magic" so to speak.), ii) It isn't in the right place, and last and foremost ,iii) its in an e shape.


I woudn't have minded and im probably speaking for everyone here, if they had used the dragonloading.gif when they are loading a picture on the eragonmovie website (has everyone seen it?) No, im not talking about the curled up one in a shape of an e. Finnaly, nuff said. my fingers are tired froma ll this typing......

i wouldn't mind it so much IF THEY GOT ARYA'S HAIR RIGHT!!!! I mean, she doesn't look hot AT ALL!!! That kinda ruined the movie for me, but the ignasia is just the crappy icing on the cake!

That is another thing they did wrong! In the book, she didn't just fly into the clouds and voila! she is grown up and has a name!
It actually took time for her to grow!
And in the movie, Brom is such a grouch! (I mean more than he is supposed to be)

The whole thing about the movie though is that it went to quick, like how Brom and Eragon started traveling and how they got to Gil'ead. And Arya was poisoned when Eragon was saving her not in the middle of traveling! So we can conclude the book had its good points, but it just wasn't what I expected it to be.
