Age: fourteen
Gender: Male
Hair: messy, short; white, two beaded (black) strands of bangs framing the right side of his face.
Eyes: Light, almost white, grey
Race: X-Pureblooded Allatik
-Allatik is a race that connects spiritually with the animal world and the earth, itself. Every single Allatik has an unbreakable bond with a single certain creature (Irlais's being, Aziel, a Komodo Dragon).
Irlais isn't technically a pureblood, so he is unable to perform the traditional 'Release' most Allatiks can. His blood technically isn't blood, according to the Allatik's, even though it is. He is "part god" with powers beyond imagination. Not even he knows of the power he holds.
Irlais is a special Allatik. He would be considered a God by all Allatiks' for wielding snow white hair. Snow white hair is considered a 'sign from the gods' to the Allatik race, stating that something treacherous was on the way and the "babe with white hair shall be thy savior".

Character's Physical Description:
Standing at exactly five feet tall, Irlais's lean frame is thin and well toned for his age. His caramel skin shows off his Allatik origin, where as his snow white hair throws people off. With the exception of two other times, never in history has an Allatik been born with white hair. Because his bangs are longer than the rest of his hair, he keeps them neatly kept with black beads running down them. This helps him keep his hair from his eyes, as well as allowing Aziel to keep track of where he is at, with the almost silent clicking of the multple beads hitting one another when he moves. This technique is handy if by some unfortunate event - that HAS happened many times before - their telepathy connection broke for unknown reasons. Irlais has a tendency to eat. A lot. But he never seems to get any taller or gain any weight. (This worries Aziel, but he figures it's because of his age). Irlais is actually shorter than an Allatik his age should be. Irlais's features are sharp, but still extremely young looking thanks to the Allatik blood that runs within him.
Irlais's birthmark is a white fang shaped blotch on the right side of his neck, almost right underneath his chin. If he doesn't wear some sort of neck covering, it is plain as day for anyone to see.

Likes: Moving fast (speed). Eating. Being HIGH up - the higher up the better. Animals. Sitting alone, or in utter silence and taking in the world around him. This habit has actually given Irlais an acute sense of hearing and control over himself, as well.
Dislikes: Being alone for too long. Simple Situations. Small, tightly enclosed spaces. Needless death.
Weaknesses: Bring out his fears.
Fear: A lot, actually, despite how powerful he is. Darkness, small enclosed places, the thought of losing his mind or Aziel, being alone for too long, anything bigger than Aziel - who is all ready more than five times the size of Irlais as it is because of the bond holding them together - so most adult dragons.

Character Personality: Irlais may only be fourteen, but he's actually quite mature for his age. Not to say he can't be a little mischevious here and there. And he is still young, so he does have a tendency to be just a little naive sometimes. Despite that, he's an excellent strategist, formulating plans all the time, even for things that won't, but might, happen. He has an impecable eye for things that are worth quite a penny. His sense for adventure might very well be what leads him to his downfall one day. He has times where he is extremely greedy, especially when it comes to treasure. He considers himself a treasure hunter, a land pirate. He has a playful attitude and tries to make 'friends' where ever he may go. But he knows to be cautious because of people who might be dangerous. He's naive, not stupid. But he does like to show off a little. He thinks of Aziel as a brother, but he's been more like a father towards the boy then anything - making sure he stays out of too much trouble and what not. Irlais has a small obsession with magic. He finds it much, much more interesting than just the average old Allatik stuff he was learning. He has a sick need for speed and absolutely loves eating. Despite it all, though, Irlais enjoys the peace of mind he receives when by himself or in utter silence. It allows him to collect his thoughts and connect to everything around him and inside him in ways that fill him to the brim with satisfaction. It makes him feel whole, being so close to the earth. He doesn't quite understand, though, that this isn't just him. This is any Allatik who attempts closeness with the 'Mother Earth'.

Siblings: N/A
Alignment/Side: He doesn't technically align himself with anyone. Though he is mature, he is still a child and can be mischevious from time to time. But he's innocent - mostly - and tries to do what is right.

Character History: Being born foreign to Alagaesia, Irlais reigns from a far off land, called Llatakii (Yah-ta-KEY). Irlais had no knowledge of the man named Lukia Ursl who was killing off the Allatik's in other lands. Then again, neither did any of the other Allatik's living on Llatakii.
Irlais, unknowing of the Allatik legend conerning him, was kept in the dark, for most of his life because his parents were against the idea of him knowing before he was older. So, it was ordered throughout the village that the legend not be mentioned or even hinted at until Irlais was at the age where he was able to leave the village and go out on his own.
Though he isn't 'normal', per say, he went through and accomplished all of Allatik traditional teachings and learned what any other young Allatik would with his animal partner, Aziel, and more. But unlike the other children, Irlais learned much faster, mastering many of the Allatik techniques and tricks before he was eight, most children not finishing their lessons before the age of departure (thirteen).
When his parents finally did unravel the news of the legend to Irlais on the day after his birthday, he was beyond furious and left home immediately, swearing to himself he'd never return. Being out on his own for a while with Aziel, mostly everything Irlais had learned went down the drain when he began learning from a mage, by the name of Aikul, out of spite for his entire village and Allatik race. Aikul began teaching Irlais magic and how to depend on runstones and chants, rather than his traditional mind, body, and spirit technique learned from the Allatik's. Knowing well beforehand what dangers magic held in store for him, Irlais went ahead to learn anyway. Without knowing it, he was setting himself up for dangers he'd never dreamed of. Because he was learning magic, the Allatik inside him began dwindling and memories of his past and things he learned from the Allatik's began fading. Only slightly realizing this, Irlais continues to use magic, even though the more he uses it, the more his Allatik powers are drained from him and he becomes weaker for being born a babe of the earth, and not magic.
After learning magic for a year from Aikul, he headed off to a distant land by paying off the captain of a large transport ship. At the end of an entire month, Irlais and Aziel finally made it to Alagaesia and are now exploring the land.

Skills:
-Wind: Being an Allatik - despite learning magic - Irlais not only has a bond with an animal, but also an element. Each Allatik's elemental power differs and is extremely rare for any Allatik other than a pureblood to have more than one power consisting of their element. With specific motions, Irlais is able to bend the wind and air around him to shape what he desires. He is able to create a sort of air bubble around himself, or a small wind shield in front of him to fend off light enemy attacks, like arrows, smallish rocks, knives and daggers - though not swords - and other various things. Most body positions in Allatik tradition are similiar to the japanese style of martial arts and kung fu, which he does know most of and will not forget because they are physical abilities.
Irlais is also able to throw an enormous blast of air past opponents, usually blowing them away, literally, with the strength of the air. But most of those opponents have been thugs. He recently taught himself how to form small bursts of air bubbles in the air, where, if he steps on them at the right moment, he is able to use them as steps and launch himself into the air.

-Illusion: This spell takes a lot of mind control and is used for mostly defense and stealth, more specifically, Irlais uses this ability to make himself "invisible" to the naked eye. Unfortunately, this does not include dragons, for they can see him when in this state. Despite being his young and powerful self, Irlais has a limit on how long he can stay invisible. So long as he's had a full nights rest and no problems concentrating, he is able to stay invisible for 3-4 hours, but can only do this once a day.
-Whistle: This spell focuses on sound. Irlais has the ability to whistle without sound, like a dog whistle, affecting any enemy within fifteen feet of him and making them witness such sheer pain striking throughout their heads, they often lose the ability to stand and are immobile and unable to hear for minutes even after Irlais stops, giving him just enough time to get away, usually. This greatly affects animals because of their acute sense of hearing and also effects Irlais himself, thought not near the extent as others.


-Godly Curse: This spell requires heightened emotions, like pain or rage, and enhances Irlais's abilities almost seven fold. As the name suggests, it is a curse, to Irlais. This spell harms him more than it harms the enemy. It 'activates' automatically, when Irlais is in a severe emotional state and he has no control whatsoever over himself. It unleashes abilities even he doesn't understand or know about. He has only ever entered this state once when he was very young and almost destroyed in entire woodland area, remembering nothing at all after returning back to normal. He'd been in extensive care for weeks because of the damage to his own body. But because of his Allatik heritage, his healing powers woke him up the next day, allowing him to feel the full length of the pain as he healed for the next three weeks.

Animal Companion:
-Aziel: A Komodo Dragon roughly three times larger than the average adult sized komodo dragon (30 feet long, including tail; 990 lbs; max speed: 33 mph). He is an omnivore that eats basically anything he can get his jaws around, which is pretty much everything. He can bite through steal and most other metals and wood. Prefers to eat any kind of meat, over anything else. There have even been some cases where he's eaten a human being for threatening and hurting Irlais. He is extremely over protective of his master with strength and an attitude to back it up. Being dramatically much bigger than Irlais with speed much faster than most, he finds his position as 'bodyguard' comes easy.
His thick hide of metal-like scaley skin changes from dark brown to light green after sunbathing and is extremely hard to injur.

Weapons:
-Runestones: Each runestone that Irlais has earns him certain abilities. If it's a runestone that relates to his element, air, then he uses it as much as he wants/needs to. If it is an element having to do with anything other than air - fire, water, earth, ect. - than he can only use them for so long at one time and must give the runestones time to 'recharge' in order to use them again. It takes a few minutes, depending on the strength of the attack he used.
Also, because the runestones revolve around magic, they abide by the rules of the elemental circle's rules. Meaning, since Irlais's element is air, his weakness, or weakest power, is earth. Where as his second strongest will be fire because air fuels fire. Using the runestones, overall, is not as good as his Allatik abilities because using magic does not give him as many advantages or options. He was born of the earth, to be it's protector. Not as a mage-to-be. (Mage's are actually frowned upon by Allatik's because their views are so dramatically different. But Allatik's treat them with the same respect as everyone else; or at least try to.)
It is possible to mix two runestones to earn yourself a different element or a special weapon.
----Air: Though there isn't much need for an air runestone, Irlais keeps it with him at all times as a precaution. There have been times when his powers inexplainably seemed to vanish completely and return sometime later. But the air stone basically just strengthens his powers slightly when using it. It has a feather carved/burned into the small stone.
----Water: Not one of his best, but still a decent enough element. Once again, Irlais uses the water runestone mostly for healing abilities. When mixed with the earth runestone, the healing process is multiplied, making it not only stronger, but for whatever needs healing to heal faster. Instantly, depending on the size of the wound. The bigger the wound, the longer it'll take. Also, gripping this tiny stone in his hand, the magic will seep into and allow water to pour from his fist as if he was holding a never ending bottle. It's not exactly the greatest to drink magic water, or the tastiest, but it'll hold you over until you find the real thing. It has waves carved/burned into the small stone.
----Fire: Fire is one of his stronger runestones, since the oxygen in air fuels fire. He uses this runestone mostly for at night, when he can't see. Gripping the tiny stone in his hand, the magic will seep into him and he can create a small flame in his hand as if he was an Allatik with the fire element. It has a small flame carved/burned into the small stone.
----Earth: Even with the earth runestone, Irlais has a hard time controlling this element because it is the exact opposite of air. Air is light and free, whereas earth is heavy and solid. Irlais uses the earth runestone mostly for healing reasons. Since his Allatik blood has been 'dirtied' by the power of magic, his original healing abilities aren't as strong as they should be. It has a single leaf carved/burned into the small stone.

Dreams for the Future: Honestly, Irlais simply wants to travel the world. He wouldn't mind finding a few treasures here and there, though, which is sort of a hobby of his. He considers himself a little bit of a land pirate. He's got quite the eye for things that could be worth a lot.

Reason for Dreams: Secretly, he feels as if he's been trapped his entire life, betrayed and lied to in his home village by the very people who were supposed to be his family. He feels that if he just separates himself as far as possible from his home by traveling the world, not only will it keep his mind off things, but he won't have to worry about 'saving the world', which he considers cliche and kind of rediculous. When other young children wanted to grow up to be heros, Irlais just wanted to have fun. His dream has always been to explore. Possibly one day being rich is just a plus.

I see nothing wrong with Irlais. He should be interesting to rp with....maybe I should think about making a female Allatik of my own, so Cy Ara isn't overwhelmed by men...lol Anyway, there doesn't seem to be anything needing fixing. I Accept. :D

Interesting charry, Saint_Virtue. There is one thing I'd like you to alter a little. Could you put some sort of time and/or energy limit on the invisibility/Illusion ability? That's been the rule so far with charries who can turn invisible (though since he's visible to dragons, the time limit can be pretty long, like a few hours). That's all. Otherwise, this is looking cool so far.

lol I hope you (and DS4) have fun with your band of Allatiks. :)
