 Who do you think Saphira's parents areThis just randomly poped into my head one day, but I started thinking who might be Saphira's parents are. The first thing is that Saphira is blue right so that one of her parents has to be blue, and what would be more fitting than Eragon's dragon being the daughter of his father's dragon. The other thing is with Glaedr only due to the fact that he did not want to mate with Saphira. So if any of you guys have any better ideas then tell me, or if you think that someone else is saphira parents then post it. And if someone else posted a topic like this then let me know because I did look, and I didn't see one at all but agen post what you guys think.

Re: Who do you think Saphira's parents are Then again, CP thought we thought we knew who Eragon's parents were, when he thought we didn't think he would think of making one parent be someone else, so maybe he wants to think that we think we know who Saphira's parents might be, when he actually thinks they're someone else...
Basically, maybe CP is pulling another trick and there's going to be a "Saphira, I am your father" in the Inheritance book, if Gladdy gets sorted out. |

Re: Who do you think Saphira's parents are If you are implying that Glaedr could be Saphira's father then I don't think that is plausible. Glaedr was able to go into hiding without Galby being able to find him and surely he would have been able to get his own egg. Plus there would be no reason for him to hide it from her. It would certainly have caused a lot less problems, what with her being smitten with him and everything.
