Solarae found a nice spot in the sun and stretched herself out with a large yawn. You know, I could definately get used to this. I think I'm gonna stay here for a while, if you guys don't mind, she announced, knowing that they wouldn't. Solarae liked travelling, but not as much as some dragons. She'd be just as content to stay in a comfortable area for a few weeks at least before moving on.
The fiery dragoness watched the rider and his young dragon talk, and remembered all that had happened in the last few days. For Solarae, action was the norm, but this was a new kind of adventure for her. Adventure didn't always revolve around fighting and exploring; it also involved friendship and sacrifice. "Ooooh I think he likes you" Paconio said teasingly. It had been quite awhile since he could relax like this. He had always been on the alert, and always alone and away from home to top it all off. Now he was almost guaranteed he wouldn't ever be alone again in his life. He smiled, he had a home, he had friends, and he had family (Augustus).
