Name: Demondred (Destroyer of Hope)

Age: Depends on how you look at it. He counts his age when he first became emperor which would be three hundred. His real age some say is just over three hundred and fifty.

Gender: Male

Skills:

Compulsion: The ability to manipulate others, with compulsion he can make another all but worship him. Those under it will do anything for him, it is one of the many ways he took control of his empire. Once released those who were under compulsion have little memory of it. It's not like mind controlling for he doesn't invade the mind but it is still difficult to do as those with strong minds can resist his complusion.

Sensory: He can sense those around him, their strengths, powers, fears. It allows him to see what is bothering the other and how to fight them. He can sense things that are far away and are headed for him, and where a magic attack if invisible is coming from. Sensory cannot aid him in fighting though for it is not an aggressive magic, and once known, it isn't hard to find away to trick sensory.

Blood Lust: Blood Lust is perhaps his greatest and most feared skilled for those who opposed him. Once angered greatly or in the middle of a fight his eyes will glow a deep red and he will go berserk. His sensory will grow stronger and he will gain speed, strength, agility, and power. When in Blood Lust at his homeland he tore a full grown dragon's head from its neck. Once is Blood Lust is over. However, he is greatly drained of energy.

Race: Unknown, but many say weredragon for he can turn into an abonination of a dragon.

Hair: Dark Red

Eyes: Black

Home Village: Shiyanar, his home village and now the capital of his empire.

Parents: He doesn't care who they were only that they were tools in his quest for power.

Siblings: Same as his parents.

Character Personality: Manipulative and dark would be the best way to explain him. He is dark, inside and out. From birth he was a born manipulator. He played his siblings against the other to get what he wanted and manipulated them to kill their parents. Why he wanted his parents dead isn't clear, but he said they stood in his way. Eventually he slaughtered his own siblings. He can break people with ease and worse, pleasure. Torture is a past time of his as he did much with his enemies to destroy them and gain as much information as possible. He sees other races as lesser beings for nothing stands in his way. He has slaughtered the dragons of his homeland to near extinction other than those who sided with him and a few who managed to escape. His arrogance is perhaps another of his main points. He claims his own race superior to all. Shape shifters are common in his home land, and he puts humans second. Dragons he sees as beasts of burden so after the war they were condemned to slavery. Elves were seen as worse and he had a genocide against them where every last elf was slaughtered off the continent.

Character History: Born in the village of Shiyanar Demondred was said to have a silver spoon in his mouth. His parents were the richest people in the country of Ardonia other than the queen. He was spoiled and loved by his parents, but he had started manipulation and compulsion at a young age. Once he was grown he went to the queen's royal palace and asked to be in her army. He was alloyed, but he had her throne on his mind.
During a battle with neighboring Ceridel he took lead of the army when his general had been killed, though it was later learned he murdered the general. With the army he marched through Ceridel. The original reason for the attack was to free those enslaved by Ceridel, but Demondred had other means to the invasion. With his tactical genius he conquered the so called 'Ceridel Empire', the Siege of the Imperial Palace was one of his greatest victories when Emperor Martin was brought to his knees. Demondred beheaded the once emperor himself, after he saw his family slaughtered in front of him. Knowing he would be punished severely for is insubordination he led his army back to the what he called Ardonian Empire. He snuck back to the queen's palace and used compulsion on her. He convinced her to give up her throne. Once it was done, he had the former queen hanged for so called 'war crimes'.
With Ardonia in his hands and the new Ceridel province, he began he reign of terror. First he rounded up the elves around him, the small cities and villages in the new Ardonian Empire. He begun to slaughter them and send sent females elves to his soldiers for 'comfort'. If they resisted, they were killed like the men and children. Several of the races of Ardonia declared civil war, and he joined in hand. Getting the army up he banished all elves from the major cities, having them slaughtered in killing pits. With compulsion he made human leaders swear loyalty to him though a few managed to resisted. Must disturbingly many humans leaders freely joined Demondred. Next he began his enslavement of dragons.
Once that was under his belt, he turned for those countries who united against his terror. With his skill and tactical genius he declared war on the Kingdom of Magrhud first being north of Ardonia. The dragons of Magrhud resisted greatly, but they and their allies were out matched. Under disguise he used compulsion to sway many to his side. Along with regular manipulation since many were beginning to realize having a well trained mind could defeat compulsion. After years of fighting the Ardonia Empire swelled in size. Humans and shape shifters slaughtered all in their way in soon the elves in the provinces of Ardonia and Ceridel were no more.
Demondred had his army then strike the mighty fortress of Shang'hi. At the walls of Shang'hi he earned his named by his enemies, the 'Destroy of Hope' because to his enemies when he broke through Shang'hi's shimmering walls hope seemed to be destroyed that day. He gained passage into the Lake of Azen, the lake was the main naval passage way of the continent, trading post, and was where the elven population was the highest. During the siege was the first time he entered Blood Lust. He slaughtered over one hundred dragons through the course of the battle along with countless others. He was seen as unstoppable and only one dragon came close to defeating his Blood Lust but the dragon was struck down by a ballistae shard.
The last battle would be between the Ardonian Empire and the collapsing Ganerh Empire. They held a massive defense with the remains of the allies until finally they collapsed as Demondred broke through the walls at tenth day of the siege and after that, the whole continent was his. With a ceremony commemorating his victory he rounded up the last elves of the continent into a large canyon and watched has wild animals tore them apart. There the last elf of the Ardonian Empire died. Every last dragon on the continent was enslaved along with those humans against him. Those soldiers he captured were tortured to death.
Once his rule was secured he glanced beyond the sea. He sent several ships north until he found a strange land called Alagaesia.
On return they told him of a war between the Empire of Alagaesia, a country called Surda, and a rebel faction known as the Varden. Much to their disgust were free dragons and even worse, free elves. Not to mention a race of monsters and short hairy men and women called dwarves. Sickened of what he saw, Demondred set out himself towards this primitive land full of savages.

Weapons: Other than magic he fights with a sword. His blade was made of silver dragon scales and had magic to make it unbreakable. The hilt is dragon leather which is a deep black.

Likes: Manipulating, Power, and conquest.

Dislikes: Dragons and elves mainly along with those others he sees as savages and inferior beings.

Weakness / Fear: None really though he has a strong hatred of elves which some could say if a fear of sorts.

Animal Companions: If dragons were counted as animals he rides a golden dragon that he calls Argos. Argos is a decent sized dragon but he acts as if he is nothing, doing anything Demondred orders.

Character's Physical Description: In human form he is rather tall with dark red, often described as blood red, hair and dark black eyes. Though in Blood Lust, his eyes glow the color of blood. His face is cold and his mouth is often a vile sneer, as he looks at what he calls the lesser races he acts as if they are dirt to him. Even a dragon has the sense that he is towering over them. He is somewhat muscular and he has pale skin.

In dragon form he has blood red scales and a large wing span, oddly though he is bipedal in dragon from. His front claws are more like hands due to they can clasp and grab. His teeth and claws are razor sharp. He often if in dragon form carries a massive sword, about the size of a dragon's forearm. It is in human form but he used magic to make it able for a dragon to wield. In Blood Lust in dragon form his eyes and scales all seem to shimmer. He has yet to enter Blood Lust in dragon form, but is more than capable of doing so.

Dreams for the Future: To exterminate the elves, enslave all dragons, and eventually to expand his empire.

Reason for Dreams: Word conquest, and so the 'superior' races and have 'full control' of the 'inferior' races.
