 Walker Texas Ranger i own the first season and its awesome
Cordell Walker is played by Chuck Norris, who's a black belt in like, 20 martial arts.
He is one of the elite Texas Rangers, a mix of cops and cowboys, and in his case, ninjas.
its really cool, and is on tv but im not sure where and when, there all reruns

there is a quite bit of hand-to-hand combat, some shooting, but blood is very minor.
language isn't great , but i got a guardian and it blocks it out 
they're really cool.

walker rox. I watch it like almost every day. it comes on at 8:00am, 9:00am, and 10:00am on USA (channel 105 for me). all reruns tho...
