I like all of them, John williams is why I'm a sw addict but I can't get over Hans work in spirit... but then again I'm an addict of Bears work for the BSG series in season II
Anybody besides me addicted to these guys? Think you could help me pick just one?

I haven't heard of the bear guy.
John Williams used to be my favorite film composer, but I've seen so many Stephen Speilberg films, that now I can always tell when Johnny has done music for a film, as it has gotten repetitive to my ears, and that's isn't good.
I LOVE Hans' score for the film "The Last Samurai", but I don't know if that's enough to crown him as my ultimate favorite.
How about Harry-Gregson Williams" Ever heard of him? He did the soundtrack for the games "Metal Gear Solid" 2 and 3, and he's done score for "Man on Fire", and many others that I can't think of right now.
Anyway, the point is I can't choose, because when it comes to film score, I'm VERY serious about it, so a poll with only three guys on it can't work for my taste.
I think of the composers I like, they are (at this moment) in this order:
John Williams
Harry-Gregson Williams
Hans Zimmer
James Newton Howard
Danny Elfman
Everybody else
