 EncounterOOC: I haven't really been rping with Hobsyllwin for a while, so I thought I'd bring her up again.
 Syllwin flew over the mountains high in the sky, observing the detailed landmass far below. She enjoyed riding the thermals that let her glide rather than use needless energy to flap. It was peaceful; not a cloud in the sky and the sun was warming her back in the cooler air. Though she was an ice dragon, she didn’t mind the warmth every now and then. However, the peace did not last for very long. Syllwin could hear someone yell from a far distance. Far below, with her excellent vision, she saw a few people who were beating a human senselessly. She recognized the people; they were in Galbatorix’s army, she realized with a fierce growl. Syllwin despised Galbatorix with every fiber in her being. After what he did to her, there was no way she was going to let him get away with such a crime. This was her opportunity to hurt him even if it was just a few measly men. Syllwin swooped down and took the men with her claws, killing them swiftly in a few blows. The human lay on the ground, cowering, but when he realized it was a dragon that saved him, he began to grow fearful. “Er, tha-thank y-you,” he said, trembling. Yeah, whatever, she grumbled, taking off into the sky again. Her eye color was yellow at this point. Just avoid those soldiers because I might not be around to save your sorry butt next time. Syllwin wasn’t in the mood to put up with a mere human who, by the looks of it, was scared of dragons. She didn’t live her life to please people. If someone or something made her annoyed, she’d let them know about it. That human was no exception. She rose high above the mountains again, her scales glimmering in the sunlight. It had been a few years since she had been anywhere near a mountain, and it felt nice to be in a cooler climate. Re: Encounter Aaron crouched on thop of a mountain peak, and oberved what had happened below. He saw a dragon fly down and kill some of Galbatorix's soldiers. He had many encounters with Galbatorix, along with Crimson, Aaron laughed, he doubted Galbatorix knew of Crimson's plans.
How pathetic the peer breeds all, all of them. Humans with arrogance, elves being nature crazed freaks, dwarves worshiping rocks, and dragons just well... arrogant flying lizards. he said to himself, he knew it wasn't all true what he said, but a reasent event had put him in a very sour mood, and he had to take his angre out on something. He noticed a soldier that the dragon had not killed, and grabbed his bow. He nocked an arrow, than with the speed and grace of an elf, and strength of a dragon he fired the arrow, and it hit the man smack between the eyes. When he saw the man drop dead, he went lower down to go towards the dragon and human. Re: Encounter Syllwin heard the shot of an arrow being shot, and turned to see something approaching fast. It smelled like a human, yet it had the blood of a dragon. How could that be? she wondered to herself. It’s not possible. He also moves as fast as an elf. There was something different about him. She could smell the blood of the human she had recently rescued. It appeared that this…person killed him. All of that for nothing; that person had killed him in cold blood! Her effort was wasted!
That makes my own run ice cold, she growled. I may not be a fan of humans, but I don’t go slaughtering them for my own pleasure. Hey! she called out. What gave you the right to kill that human? Had he done something to you? She circled over the person, narrowing her eyes angrily at him. Her eye had gone red; she knew and she didn’t even have to look. She was very angry, and that was an understatement. Re: Encounter Aaron looked at the dragon that flew towards him and glared at him. He gave a sharp laugh at what she said. How dare she, a mere pure dragon question his actions?
"Why does it matter to you dragon? It does not affect you, but if you must know, being in Galbatorix's or Crimson's army is enough for me to kill them. He has done nothing to me directly, but he and his commrades have harmed my friends. And they must die for that." Aaron said. He glared at the dragon, and grabbed the hilt of his massive sword. It was so large and heavy, that not even a normal elf could carrry it. He could tell that the dragon did not like him, but he had to keep his retractable claws inside his nuckles. "Why does it matter to you any way if I killed him. Its not like you cared for him at all." Re: Encounter Humph, I don't care about humans. They've done no good for me, she scoffed. I just don't like to see people going around killing innocents! Had I known he was working for Galbatorix, maybe I would have killed him on my own. Like you need to know what my own intentions are, she added in a growl. And I have a name you know, and it's not dragon. It's Syllwin, she added sharply. But I needn't waste my time on a half-breed like you. Why don't you go play heroics somewhere else with your oh-so-mighty sword? I have better things to do.

Besides, your a dragon, they don't have to worry about being bullied. he said sharply, then he remembered what had happened to Equinox when he was a hatchling. He shrugged, though Equinox was his friend, even they wouldn't get much from him, "I'm so sorry Syllwin I should have guessed you had a name." Aaron said sarcastilly "My names Aaron. Call me a half breed again and I'll slit your throat. I have fought dragons before, they are quite week, though no one else has the blood of the four races." he said sharply.

She growled, but smiled coldly down at him when he mentioned that dragons were weak. You should be one to talk. I can smell it in your blood, she snapped. You're only strong because of your dragon heritage. You would be weak if you didn't have it. She rolled her eyes. What was she still doing here for anyway? Wasn't she supposed to be leaving right about now? This Aaron character probably liked her as much as she liked Galbatorix, so what was the point? Something stirred the air that broke her from her thoughts. Something's coming, she whispered, turning to look behind her. Syllwin sniffed the air, then narrowed her eyes. Galbatorix, she growled. She turned to look at Aaron. You know, I'd really love to stay and chat with you, but I have other people to fight with who are probably tougher than you, she stated sarcastically, then looked up again. It's about time that two-timing jerk showed his face. He knew he did like Syllwin. She just seemed so rude, though part of it could have been his fault, but he didn't care. He was pleased when she started to fly off. "Who do you want to fight them.?" he said with sarcasm. He watched her fly off, she was going after someone, he knew that much. Re: Encounter Galbatorix? Oh we go way back, she grumbled venomously. The traitor, probably should have seen it coming, she added darkly. I want to fight him from the stuff he did, things like saying he'd do something for me but then lied about it, let's just put it that way.
She turned her head as she continued to fly. Why the heck are you following me? Don't you have places you need to be? I'd probably just make you mad or something. Aaron didn't seem to be such a complete jerk, but she couldn't trust him. Not if what her past proved to her. Re: Encounter "Seen what coming? Did something happen between you and Galbatorix in the past? Oh ok, I guess I won't get much out of you about that will I?" Aaron asked. He wondered what had happened between the two, he hadn't heard much of Galbatorix, but knew he was the root cause of the slaughter of the dragons nesting area he lived at. Near the begging of the fall.
"I'm only following you so you don't get yourself into trouble. Also because I wonder what has happened to you. You may call it nosey, but I do this all the time to get infromation." said Aaron. He did something very similar, but it was with one of Crimson's soldiers. Me? Get into trouble? Hah! I can take care of myself, she laughed without humor. And yes, you are being a little nosy. Syllwin dropped the bravado for once, and said quietly, Oh, fine. He captured me a few years back, because he noticed that my eye changes colors with my mood. Then he found out I can create illusions. I wanted to leave, but he told me I had to kill a dragon...when I refused, he presented me a human. I nearly killed the boy too, and hadn't realized that he was the dragon's rider. Of course, Galby was never planning to release me. He was trying to break me, the jerk. You know, get me on his side and all that. She narrowed her eyes at Aaron. I escaped, and have been living by myself ever since. That's my life story, you happy? Now what about you? How come you're a half...um, a bunch of stuff? Re: Encounter Aaron was slightly shockd from what he heard, though he didn't show it. He knew that Galbatorix was evil, but he expected that more from Crimson, though he desided neither way their both evil.
"I... I'm sorry to hear that. It's a good thing you escaped." he was going to say something, but he didn't. Besides, how could he saw something when he himself didn't even believe it. "Your eyes can change colors? What is your mood then for the differet colors?" he asked. He gave a sharp laugh when he asked for his life story, "Well, my mother was a half dragon half elf, and my father was a half dwarf half human. I was abandoned, and raised by dragons. When Galbatorix attacked, only me and some of my friends escaped. Then..." he could barily bring himself to say what happened next, "My friends... they went off after Galbatorix, they didn't want me to die... they ended up dead, I came across their bodies at the desert. Later on I joined up with a dragon named Equinox and another named Quasar who were with a man named Eris, and Throatt Ripper... who was killed my Crimson. Re: Encounter Yeah, no kidding, she replied softly. She flew down next to cliff so that she was close enough and that the eye that changed color was facing him. It was red. If you pay attention, you might know pretty quickly. She felt sadness for Aaron, but the only thing that showed was the eye color; it changed to purple. That's terrible, and I really am sorry for your loss.
Syllwin flew back up to her comfortable altitude, flexing her claws in anticipation as they continued to journey. He shook his head, "Its alright. I just wish they were back. As for Throat Ripper... if I was there, maybe I could saved him." Aaron said, not knowing why he felt guilty when he barily knew the urgal. "Heh, which I failed at. Crimson killed all but two by the time we freed them, and the two did not trust us. Which I can understand after the horros that Crimson did to them." Aaron said. Well, it's in the past now, and nothing can be done about it, she stated. She added more gently, They wouldn't want you to be blaming yourself constantly. Syllwin continued to glide along the air, and from what she could see, it seemed like Galbatorix was already waiting for her arrival. "No, done speed off! It could be a trap!" he shouted. Re: Encounter Syllwin stopped and looked at Aaron in alarm. Then she cursed herself for not realizing that herself. She always checked the scene, just in case.
Ah, nuts! she grumbled I completely forgot! Alright, I'll fly up high. How about you scout around the edges to make sure there aren't too many soldiers? she suggested. Re: Encounter "That sounds good. Though stay up high out of bow range." said Aaron. He walked over in that direction, but very carefully. He could hear some talking, but not much. He slowly crept closer, there were some soldiers but not to many.

He didn't want to deal with anyone injured, and she was growing on slightly, "I don't know why there's so few, perhaps they don't actually have Galbatorix with them?" Aaron suggested. He walked clooser, and of the soldiers turned, having heard him.
"Who's there?" the one soldier asked. "Your worst nightmare." Aaron replied. He grabbed the soldier by the collar and thrusted him into the snow, "Tell me where Galbatorix is. If you wish to live. Re: Encounter OOC: Sorry for not posting in a couple of days, I just didn't know how to continue on with this.
IC: Syllwin felt disgruntled at Aaron's words, but she knew that now was not the time to get into an argument. She flew over high above them, hearing Aaron threaten the guard to tell him where the real Galbatorix was. She flew down a little closer, getting in hearing range, when one of the guards spotted her. He walked up to the soldier, andnit him in the chest, and lifted him up off the ground by holding onto his neck, "Are you sure that is all? For it would be very bad for you if we found out you were lying." Aaron said. He wouldn't kill the soldier, just scare him, to make him even more nervouse, he grabbed his sword, and put it to the man's chest.

She wondered in brooding silence just what this item was, if it was so important. And, more importantly, wondered what he meant by when he said that Galbatorix wasn't the one who had beaten her all those years. Perhaps her answers lay hidden within the mountain, just like that item with the general were probably doing. This item sounds very important, perhaps it's some kind of treasure, she murmured, thinking back when she and Solarae explored the seas together, in search of a dragonrider's treasure. Nonetheless, whatever the item, we cannot allow it in the hands of that stinking general. I have a bad feeling he's going to use it for bad purposes.
Syllwin thought about what the general could possibly be planning. Maybe the item was to rid the world of dragons, or maybe it was to make him exeedingly rich, and he will put that rich to good use...for himself. Aaron, once we've arrived to the location, you can leave. You have no quarrel with this general, she hissed, venomously, but it was not directed at him. It's an old legend, that he turned himself into the mountain in order to preserve the item from falling into the wrong hands. I think that's how it goes anyway, Syl said thoughtfully. The creatures could possibly be what aids the old dragon in protecting the item...

She just rolled her eyes as she made the turn, looking at the scenery below her. To humans, it would appear the same, but to Syl every mountain had its own formation. She could tell the difference between every tree and rock if she concentrated hard enough. Even if they got lost, Syl knew the way back in order to start again. As she flapped once to get on a good thermal, Syllwin noticed the mountains were forming in fewer numbers and they were growing taller. The mountain they were most likely seeking was towards their right. It had to be; it was taller than any mountain Syllwin ever lay eyes on, including in the north, her homeland. Re: Encounter Yes, I live in the north of Alagaesia, Syllwin explained. I have ice breath, and I enjoy to swim. I'm not sure, exactly. I guess they are, since I've never met a dragon who could breath ice.
That made Syllwin think. If there were other ice dragons, surely they would have been in the north? Surely they would have talked to her? If she hadn't spotted any...perhaps they were rare. Start looking for a way in, Syllwin said, scanning the mountain. I'm trying too, but as far as I can tell, I can't find an opening. Re: Encounter Actually, have you heard of that dragon Savania? She can breath metal, Syllwin commented. I heard it's traveling all over Alagaesia now. Her brother can produce a forcefield of fire and their sister Elcyon can see into the future. But Aaron was right; who knew what kind of dragons they would see next.
Syllwin did just that as she circled the mountain side. No luck, we'll have to try higher. She ascended into the sky, near the peak of the mountain. She spotted a large hole that was hidden rather messily by someone. Well, here goes nothing, Syllwin stated as she marched inside. Oh, do you want to walk? Syl gazed around the cave, noticing how slimy the rocks were yet the crystals within the rock formation glittered dully in the little light that was produced. It was extremely dark, but Syl could make out there were a few tunnels up ahead. Our adventure just got a little more exciting, she murmured. She peered down the left tunnel, inspeciting it as best as she could. She shivered from the evil aura that radiated from it like a cloud. Yeah, that is definately the way to go. The general must be really evil to emit such an aura. That's the way we have to go. Re: Encounter Syllwin didn't reply. Instead, she pushed onward, thinking ahead. What could the item be? It was very important if the general of Galbatorix was still there.
They came to the end of the tunnel, which opened into a very large chamber within the mountain. It was incredibly warm, and it had a very large circular stone disk that sat in the middle. There were three more tunnels that led away from the room, though Syllwin could tell that something very important could happen in this particular room. This seems to be some sort of meeting place, she mumbled to herself, examining paintings that were hung up on the wall They were of dragons. Re: Encounter Syllwin stopped when she heard the noise again. She narrowed her eyes in the darkness, when she saw a shadow move in it. There was a low grumbling, and then...nothing.
What the...who's there? Syllwin demanded. Syllwin felt the ground move below her. The rocks began to crumble and then floor gave way so that there was nothing below her feet. The hole was big enough for Syl to fall through, as she let out a huge roar in surprise. Aaron, stay back! Watch the floors! she called before disappearing into the darkness. Re: Encounter Syllwin continued to fall down in the hole, with rocks falling faster towards her. She folded her wings in, facing the ground that was coming up to her quickly. It was extremely far down, and the bottom was covered in steel spikes. Syl clawed at the sides in a despertate attempt to not becoming spiked. A hole was to her left, and she made a great effort in squeezing into it. It was small, but it allowed her to get out of the way of the falling rocks.

Re: Encounter Syllwin crawled down the tunnel, where she could hear rumbling of rocks and possibly creatures above her. She felt her way through in order to find any traps that she might trigger in case if she came across them.
The tunnel was extremely dark and it seemed to render endless. Syllwin found that the tunnel got tighter but then larger, to the point where it became a large room. She couldn't see what was in the room, but as she stepped in very carefully, she could feel coins under her claws. This might be a treasure room, Syllwin thought to herself, as she tried to adjust her eyes to the pitch darkness. Oh, if it was only like the tunnels above me! she cried, frustrated. Re: Encounter Aaron walked through the tunnel. He had know idea where it would take him, but he doubted the treasure room. He snuck alonge the wall incase someone should try and ambush him. There were still some small traces of light and though minute Aaron could see almost perfectly, but that made him think Is must be candles... but why would they be in here. Unless someone else is. As he went forword, he discovered the small amount of light came through a crack in the ceiling.

Re: Encounter Syllwin followed the length of the wall, though she kept one claw out in the middle of the floor. The further she went into the room, the bigger the coin piles became. Of course, she could even see that the piles had contained some jewels.
I wonder if the treasure's in here, she wondered to herself. "You're right, Hobsyllwin, though you're too late to retrieve it." Syllwin turned to see someone standing near the entrance of the tunnel from where she had come from. It was a sillouet of a man, holding something. When her eyes squinted, Syl could make out the man in better detail, and he was holding a black gem that was half the size of his hand. What are you doing? Who are you? Syllwin demanded scathingly. "My name is of no importance," he hissed, holding out the black gem. "I am simply here to retrieve what is mine. This gem is called the stone of athamis," he explained. "It holds souls, and turns pearly white as it fills up with them. Of course, you needn't remember since you will die soon anyway." Re: Encounter Syllwin woke up to the sounds of grunting and yelling. She was disoriented from being hit in the head, though she didn't know where she was completely. She looked around, and found herself in a white domed cage. She clawed, bite, and smashed her tail against the wall, but it rendered useless.
"Enjoying your new home?" a voice called out from below. Syllwin looked down to see that she was twenty feet above the ground, and the general was looking up at her with an evil smile. "You won't be living long to enjoy it anyway," the general said, waving a hand dismissively as though Syl hadn't even spoke. "You're going to be kept alive long enough to watch the beginning of my army of undead." You're not planning to use the souls of the dead against their will? Syllwin demanded with outrage. You can't do that! "Can't I?" he retorted. "Perhaps a little demonstration is in order." The general held the gem up, laughing as it began to glow darker as two lines of white light streamed out like mist, which floated to the floor. The lights turned into sillouettes of people, with black eyes that stared up at Syl with coldness. Why do all this? she hissed. Why force the souls of the dead to do your bidding when they should be at rest? "I'm tired of working for Galbatorix," the general explained calmly as he began to pace. "I decided to build my own army and my own kingdom. And you, Syllwin, will be my first servant, aside the souls of course. You see, I've learned some spells on how to control the will of others, and I admit, it's quite difficult. However, with careful practice and lots of strength, I can turn you into my faithful servant, and making you my dragon while I become your rider." You're mad! Syllwin exclaimed. I'll never give into your demands! "Perhaps I am a bit mad. But if you want power, you have to go to extremes," the general stated, grinning. A loud roar interrupted their 'conversation'. "Ah, and I see that the mountain troll has found your friend. I wonder how long he'll last against it." Aaron! she gasped. Syllwin began to seethe with rage, as she continued in vain attempt to escape from the prison that held her captive. Re: Encounter The trool swiped at Aaron with its club. He ducked, and ran forward, but to his surprise, it kicked him into the wall. He stood up, and ducked as it bashed its club into the side of the wall. He ranforward, and dug his retractable claws into its left leg. It roared, and smashed him against the cave wall making him scrape against it until he let go. He crouched, and jumped over the troll as it bent down to kill him. He swung his sword at its club, but the two hit each other, and made a lound clang.
He really hoped that Syllwin was alright, "You better be ok." he snarled to himself. He ran forward and stabbed the troll. It just grabbed him in its hands, and threw him at a wall. Re: Encounter Syllwin continued to bash her head against the wall, even firing her ice breath at the dome but it was no use; it was inpenitrable. Syl breathed deeply from her workout, though she did not want to give up.
"Syllwin, if you keep trying to break free, you'll fall unconcious and you'll never learn who you really are." Syl stopped beating against the cage as she turned to the general below. What do you mean? Do you know who I am, truly? "Oh yes, I've known who you are since you've hatched. Why do you think I went through all that trouble into making you believe I was Galbatorix and capture you? I wanted to see if it was true, if what prophets have told me were true about you." I know you're lying, Syllwin growled. If you haven't guessed, I developed trust issues because of your brutality. "Do you really?" the general purred, obviously enjoying his tormenting games with Syl. "How would you know if I was lying? I could be, or I could be telling the truth." I swear, if you don't shut up, "Or what, you'll bust out of that cage and rip me to shreds?" He laughed. Re: Encounter Aaron charged at the troll. He lept at it, and sunk his retractible claws into its side. It roared, and it smacked him with its club. He was hurled into the side, and he felt his fermor snap. He flinched in pain, and purple blood came out of his wound. He never knew why his blood was purple. The, he felt something odd. As troll came about to kill him, an odd thing happened to it, it froze, as if to afraid to attack him. He only knew of one creature that could make something else freeze as if in fright. "Am I... part ra'zac?" he said to himself. He continued to use his power, and the troll fell down. He grabbed his sword and struck the troll in the head. He was about to kill it when to his surprise it said,
"Please... don't kill me. I didn't meant to do this. I didn't want to, please spare me." it said. Aaron was shocked, "You can... you can talk?!" "Yes... we are not as savag like as other think... now please don't hurt me." Aaron looked at the troll. It was odd, he had never seen one like that. "Fine, I'll spare you. Tell me troll, what is your name, and have you seen humans or a dragon here?" "My name... is Gash'hoc. Yes I have... why?" "Take me to them." Aaron demanded. "Why?" Gash'hoc asked. "One of my friends my have been captured." "If I do... will you help me avenge my mind?" Aaron smirked, "Of course." Gash'hoc was surprised, but pleased, "Thank you, now follow me." "Where to start...?" the general drawled out the sentance as though he were trying really hard to remember. "Your eyes change color according to your mood, am I correct?" You would know, she snapped. "That is because...you are a reincarnated dragon," he whispered, looking at Syllwin with pleasure as she narrowed her eyes. "You do not exist, Syllwin. You are only a copy, a clone, of the ice queen of the race of ice dragons. Their kind does not breathe fire, they only breathe ice. This ice queen, Icsys, she possessed great ice powers, though she was betrayed and murdered for this. It was said she would come back with another power to prevent the power of decete. The only power I know you have is your eye colors." I am myself! Syllwin roared angrily. Even if what you say is true, I know my heart belongs to me. If I was really this Icsys person, wouldn't I look exactly like her? "Yes you," the general began to say when he examined Syllwin more closely. "Wait...you have two different colored eyes. Icsys had blue though." That's because one of the eye colors are my own. The blue isn't mine. I know I wouldn't be her if I could do this. Syllwin opened her mouth, and suddenly, emerged a huge jet of molten flame. "Hmm...Perhaps I underestimated you," the general mumbled. "No matter. I still have an ice dragon in my possession. You will become my servant, whether you like it or not." Re: Encounter Aaron looked again at Gash'hoc. The troll seemed strong, and his club was made of pure bronze. Though he looked like your average dense troll, Aaron knew that he was smarter than most of them.
"Gash'hoc, do you think you can break through collapsed stone?" Aaron asked. "Yeah... why?" "My friend Syllwin managed to fall down a hole. And I'm going after her. You don't have to follow me, but would you at least help me get down." Gash'hok looked at Aaron and scratched his head "I suppose... where is it?" Aaron led the troll to the hole in the ground. He walked up to it, and started swiping at it with his club. Eventually, he broke through. Both fell down, but they managed to hold themselves. "I hear something, they're this way." said Aaron. He darted in the direction, and Gash'hoc ran past him, and let out a low, loud roar as he ran through, swining his club. Re: Encounter Syllwin only glared at the general, as she tried to protect her mind from his penetrating magic that would envelope her will in his disgusting hands. She was too stubborn to allow someone to just take control of her without a fight, and so...she fought.
"Why must you struggle?" the general murmured, caressing his mind into hers slowly. "It will be more painless if you do not fight." You're too late anyway, Syllwin grunted, looking out towards one of the doors. I can already hear that troll coming back; perhaps you ought to talk to him; it sounds like you're in cahoots with each other. But really, Syl hoped that the stupid troll didn't kill Aaron. It looked at the general and said, "You! You're the one reponsible! I will have revenge." Gash'ho said and ran at the general.
Aaron saw Syllwin in the dome. Something odd went inside him, but he ignored it. How she had managed to get herself in there he did not know, but he knew that he had to get her out. "Don't worry Syllwin I'll get you out. "If you can back up your words with your sword, then come at me," the general taunted. "Prove to me that you are as bold and strong as you say you are." Get him now! Syllwin insisted as Aaron chanted an ancient language. Just kill him first before he gets away!!! She watched as the dome around her began to melt into a gooey mess until she reached the floor. She shook off the gunk from her claws and stepped away from it. "I will find you again, Syllwin, that much I promise you," the general murmured, fading from sight as his laugh grew louder and more maniaclly. "Or should I say, Icsys?" Now look, you let him get away! Syllwin screeched, lunging at the disappearing general, but flew through empty space. Oh, for crying out loud! Syllwin began to curse in two different tongues, some in English, and most in dragon speech. That's it, I'm out of here! she stated, irritated and most of all frustrated. As for where he is, he can't have gone far, he still somewhere in this cursed mountain range though he can use magic which means he could have teleported." Aaron said. I think... she said finally, I think that it might be a good advantage to your other senses. Think about it. You are not evil. I know you are not, you may be short-tempered, and a bit thick-headed, but you're not evil. I would know if you were, trust me, she muttered darkly. But that's not the point. A ra'zac has a good sense of direction, and possibly other things as well. Don't look at it as some kind of a burden, think of it as an extra asset. She hoped that he would take her words as a gesture of kindness rathter than some hopeless advice. As for me...the general told me that I was...a reincarnation; a reincarnation of an ice dragon queen called Icsys. Re: Encounter Aaron thought about what Syllwin had said. It did make sence. He was not evil, he was sure of that. Still, it was odd though, who in the right mind would mate with a ra'zac? He doubted it was the human, after all ra'zac ate humans. He knew the elf and the dragon mated, the dwarf... he wasn't sure about. But he knew that the ra'zac mated with either the human or dwarf, most likely the dwarf.
"You're right, I should use what ra'zac blood I have to help us. I think we are headed in the right direction. What I don't understand though is why my ra'zac traits wated this long to show?" he said. "I don't know, I have never ever thought reincarnation was real. I did not believe that. Even if it was Syllwin, you are your own self. The same pain in the butt dragon you are. You are not someone else, you are yourself." Re: Encounter Well, you do have more than one race in your blood, Syllwin pointed out. Three of them have special and unique powers. Perhaps it took a while for the ra'zac part of you to awaken because of your other powers that you discovered in life. That's my suggestion.

Re: Encounter Syllwin nodded and gazed below at the mountains. No life stirred, only a few mountain goats and a couple of hawks. It was growing later in the day, to the point where it would not be visible anymore.
We should make camp. If we recoup our strength, we will have a better chance at finding this general. What do you think, Aaron? Syllwin did not know how far Aaron could go without tiring, though she felt like she could go for miles and miles without running short of energy. Re: Encounter Aaron looked down, but he couldn't make out any sighs of the general or his soldiers. He hoped they didn't escape from them. Aaron thought about what Syllwin said, he could go on more, but he didn't want her to be to tired.
"OI could go on, but it wouldn't be good for us to seperate. I think we should rest then." he replied. He didn't want her to waist any more energy. Re: Encounter Alright then, if you insist, Syl replied, looking for a decent spot to land. There was a overlook near a small cave in one of the canyons below. She did a spiral before coming to a nice landing.
I'll scope out the cave if you want to get a fire started, she told Aaron, and then adding, You know I can't breathe fire so there's no point in making me try. That one time was a fluke; I can't feel it anymore. Syllwin went into the cave, sniffing it out. It didn't go back that far, and it seemed like a decent place to sleep.
