I'm making a new character and I was wondering if anyone wanted to be the mysterious character mentioned in the part of the History I'm mentioning below. The Character needs to be aligned with Galbatorix, or at least previously aligned with Galbatorix.

One night, Joseph caught the sounds of an argument coming from one of the rooms where his parents did their work. He hesitantly walked downstairs and peeked into the room to see what the raised voices were all about. He saw his parents arguing with a strange person who was cloaked.
This figure was shouting at his parents, who were pointing to a sheet of paper on the table. The figure grabbed his mother, who slipped a knife from her sleeve and jabbed it into the figure's arm. The figure let go, ripping the knife from it's arm. He spoke clearly then, his words ringing in Joseph's ears.
"I'll kill you for that."
The figure threw the knife at his mother, the blade burying itself in her neck. As blood trickled from her, the noises she began making terrified Joseph to no end. He shut his eyes and screamed. "STOP!"
Something opened up inside Joseph that day as he felt the magic course through his body. He slammed the figure into the wall and felt a wave of exhaustion run through his body until he couldn't keep himself awake anymore.
The next time he awoke, he was before Galbatorix on his knees.

Hmmm...what about a character who is unwillingly aligned with Galbatorix? The century he has spent with Galbatorix has broken him down to the point to where he would probably do something like that.

@Saphira - I don't think it would. What use would a Boat Company have to a Rider?
