Skolirio is an elf therefore he is stronger, faster, smarter, and all around better than any human. But even for an elf his skill with a blade is virtually unmatched. From early childhood he trained. He didn’t have any friends and all of his time was spent bettering himself. He fought to be the best. After all his hard work he became the best of his peers and could defeat many older elves in a swordfight, but because he trained only his fighting skills he was a useless mage. The only spell he could use effectively was that of lightning. He could bend the element to do whatever he wished with ease, but when it came time to lift even a small rock he struggled. He decided to not waste his time in cowardly magic and the only gramery he uses it to wrap his swords in lightning. Also like all elves he can protect his mind from all but the strongest intruders.

Skolirio grew up around Ellesmera. He lived by himself on the outskirts of the great elven city and rarely entered the city.

Character Personality:
Skolirio has an antisocial attitude. He grew up alone and had very little contact with any other elves or human beings. He seems cold and heartless and will fight to the death with no hesitation. Some elves think that he could even be a traitor except for the fact that he clearly isn’t interested in the goings on in the world. He does care about the world though, contrary to what some elves think. Skolirio wants to stop Galbatorix’s reign, but he wants to end it himself. He thinks Galbatorix is a coward who sits on his throne using soldiers and magic to fight his battles. Skolirio has one friend and he is the only one who knows him truly. Skolirio tells Zephyr everything and I people could see how they talked then they would see the true face of Skolirio. Deep down he is kind and true. He always tries to do the right thing and he would do anything. He believes that evil needs to pay and he will never show mercy to those that do not deserve it. He will do anything to stop Galbatorix, but he knows that he will not be able to do it himself because he isn’t a strong enough spellcaster. He could never get close enough. He is torn between his belief that magic is cowardly and the act that he needs it to destroy Galbatorix. Skolirio is travelling to help find him the answer.


Character History:
Skolirio was born to a father and mother. He never speaks their names because he doesn’t consider them as his parents. They fought and died in the Great War when he was only 2 years old. He doesn’t understand how any parent could do that to a child, but they did. He raised himself and denied anyone who offered to help him. He grew distant from the world and all he did was train. The only contact he really had with other elves was sparring. He would go to the practice grounds and fight any challengers. For most of his life he was the best. One day though he made a huge mistake. He challenged one of the commanders of the Queens army. He was almost 800 years old and he was a brutal fighter. Now this was before Skolirio created he Shadow Style, so they sparred and it was a brilliant battle but clearly one sided. The general was toying with him. Finally the generally was through with this game and came down hard on Skolirio’s right arm. The blow broke through the magical protection and created a deep gash. The general apologized and offered to heal him but Skolirio refused and decided to live with the scar as a reminder that he could be beaten and he was never going to be through training. Or the next 25 years no one saw him. He was training and perfecting his new fighting style. Then finally one day he showed up to the sparring grounds a new man. The others could see a change he was bigger more toned and confident. But, they also saw that he grew colder and more distant. He challenged everyone on the grounds and they were amazed at his speed and skill. He was brilliant, but the general was gone and only younger elves were at the grounds. Skolirio went there every day for a long time and yet the general was never there. Finally Skolirio decided to look for him. He left the city and searched. At the beginning of his journey was when he found his best friend. The black cub was injured and alone, it reminded him of himself. Skolirio took the jet black cub to a great mage and friend of his……” father “…… The man was unsure if he should complete Skolirio’s request to make the wolf intelligent, but he had was told Skolirio’s father that he would help him, so his hands were tied. The spell did have some adverse affects though. Coupled with intelligence was size. The wolf cub grew exponentially. Also the jet black fur became pure white. The wolf was no longer a cub, or for that matter even really a wolf. He was deemed Zephyr. So the two journeyed to find the great general. Zephyr and Skolirio became close during this time and decided that once they found the general they would search for Zephyrs true name and then try to take the empire down. Finally after 2 years searching close to Skolirio’s one hundredth birthday they found the general. Skolirio challenged him and the general accepted. The battle was fierce and the general was amazed at the new technique Skolirio created. He was also surprised by his speed and skill, but even with all the growth in skill the battle was lost. The general had to go all out but Skolirio did too. It really was close but in the end Skolirio’s inexperience lost him the battle. He would beat him though, sometime he would. So to keep his word Skolirio and Zephyr travelled far and wide to find his Zephyr’s true name, and this is where they left of……….

Weapons:
Skolirio’s fighting style uses to short swords. He invented it and he calls it the shadow style. It relies on speed and quick strikes to wear a person down. His right handed weapon is a black straight short sword. He calls it Justice. The blade is black as night, while the pommel is more grayish to make the blade look darker in contrast. The cross guard is white. It represents the moon in the night sky. His left handed weapon is a white blade. He calls it Fate. The blade is white, while the pommel is grey with a light blue jewel near the cross guard. The cross guard is black o represent death, which is everyone’s fate eventually. The blades are like brothers and were crafted by Skolirio. He also carries a wooden staff sung from a yew tree. It looks like a normal staff except it is more sturdy and unbreakable. He also carries a few knives in case he needs a weapon quickly.

Animal Companions: -
Zephyr the white wolf. When Skolirio was younger he found a young wolf cub alone in the forest. The cub was very young and jet black. Skolirio took the cub to a great forest mage and asked him to give the cub long live and the ability to speak with its mind. The mage was hesitant but he was an old friend of Skolirio’s father and wanted to help Skolirio. There were sideffects of the spell though, the jet black cub became white and the cub grew massively. Skolirio named him Zephyr and they became partners. Now they are always together and Zephyr is as big as a small horse. He is even big enough to ride. Zephyr figured out he has the ability to grow larger and get stronger around Naurograms. He found out about there Dauth and his change is similiar. His eyes turn icy blue, his hair grows longer, his fangs grow over his jaw, and he becomes larger. He becomes a force to be reckoned with and he keeps his mind as well. He can even take down a dragon

Character's Physical Description:
Skolirio stands at about 5’10 and has a typical elven build. He is skinny but muscled and fit looking. He has brown shaggy hair that goes to his eyes and hangs around his head. He has one long scar about six inches across diagonally across his right forearm. On his left wrist he wears a black bracelet with a black Yawe symbol on it. He usually wears little to no armor at all. He thinks it slows him down. He wears loose fitting pants, with a little bit of a tighter shirt. He wears a hat to cover his ears when he is around humans; the hat resembles a modern day winter hat (a beanie). Also, he wears his swords on his back and his nives are slung across his back.

Dreams for the Future: -
Skolirio wants to bring down Galbatorix in a fair fight where they clash blades.

Reason for Dreams: -
Skolirio believes that this is the only way the world can recreate itself for the betterment of everyone.
