Re: Dragonball Evolution Wow.. I remember hearing something about this a long time ago, but I completely doubted it was true until now. The guy they found for Goku looks... surprisingly similar to him, although he doesn't have black hair. Plus those Asian girls behind him are impossible to me to tell who they're supposed to be playing lol.

 But the story's quite different, holds a lot of different characters, and most of all, in Dragonball Piccolo is the bad guy, in Dragonball Z piccolo's only bad in the first couple of episodes, then comes to the good side.. _________________

Re: Dragonball Evolution Well the Eragon trailers and teasers look promising until I finally saw it in the cinema. I believe I saw almost all of the versions of the eragon trailers before I saw the movie.

They kept fighting because Piccolo was jealous of Goku's strength. But later on, Piccolo (because of Kami's persuation) accepted Goku as his friend and trained Gohan in Dragonball Z. Re: Dragonball Evolution yeah, every now and then he would. I think that this movie isn't trying to follow any of the seasons. I think it's just a completely different story with the same characters from all the dragonball series... it looks cool though, I want to see it.

Its just looking at it as real life give it a whole different feeling... Yea i used to watch this show so ill probably go to see the movie... Re: Dragonball Evolution Wow...this going to be horrible. I absolutely loved DB(Z) soooo much when I was a kid. it was such an epic show I don't know if I want anything to taint the memories I have of it.

Re: Dragonball Evolution Hm, sometimes live-action movies get a bunch of stuff wrong, but usually it turns out okay for me. Lol before the release of the movie, a bunch of things seem completely ridiculous (I know from experience). It'll probably turn out alright.

Re: Dragonball Evolution I saw it last night and I was fairly pleased...I didn't have high expectations at all for it. I thought it would be horrible.
If you, like me were a fan of the base series, there are a couple things to keep in mind if you see this movie. Some of the characters are different, in appearence, and in some cases attitude as well. However, it was closer than I expected it to be. It followed the story line pretty well, action scenes weren't bad, and the producers did pay attention to some little details that any true dragonball/z fan will appreciate.
