Reb screached as the guards forced her on her knees before Galbortrix. " Sire we have found the shade." One of them said.
" I am a shade and I will never work for you." She cried.
" You are simply a child. I will have you work for me by will or by force you get to choose." Galbortrix threatened.
" Unlike your last shade I have dignity. I would die before you are able to force me to work, and murder for you." She spat at him.
" Unlike you I do not have the power to control the things you do so you can keep your dignity, but sell yourself as a slave to me." He said. She scoffed.
" Oh yes I will do that on my own." she said with sarcasm.
" Drag her to the dungeon, and do not feed her anything for awhile, we want her energy level down, so there will be less of a fight." Galbortrix ordered. She screached and was being literaly dragged to the dungeon.

After a few days of solitary confinement, Reb was dragged before Galbortrix once again. He was smirking. " I asume you have thought about my offer?" Galbortrix said.
" Yes, and I refuse. I will not ever bow to you." Reb screamed. Galbortix smiled.
" You chose your destiny. Take her to the holding chamber." Galbortix ordered. Reb was stunned in silence. She hated being cursed by a shade. It had done nothing but ruin her life.

As Galbatorix said his words, Raign pulled off his cloak and smiled at Galbatorix. "You!" he yelled at Raign, "Yes, me, and about to save yet another poor soul from your oppresion." Raign grabbed the shade, then said the magic words and dissapeared taking Reb to a feild not to far from the castle, "so your a shade." said Raign "we'd better get going." although Raign hated the shades, something seemed serene about this one, like it was safe to be around the shade. "A curious thing." thought Raign

Reb nodded, and and followed the man. He was very different, but she like him he was interesting.

Ghansor had been following a Shade for several days and had lost her trail when she was captured and was put on trial against Galbatorix but now he sensed her again out in the open and she was near. "Finally, it is time I extracted my revenge" said Ghansor and he and his powerful dragon Sinak were on their way.

Reb fell to her knees, as pain shot through her head. The hunter had picked up her trail, and was close by. She scrambled to her feet, and ran for the forrest, hoping the man would follow her, if the hunter had known that he had helped her he was sure to die.

Raign turned around and saw the dragon and his rider. "A rider, how interesting." he said "But it seems he wants to attack the very person I worked so hard to save." Raign drew his sword, and readied his staff, thinking of the perfect spell to use on his enemy.

Ghansor stopped short of seeing another companion. "Maybe we should watch a little more closer Sinak" Gansor said. "I don't really care if you kill or watch, I just want to have a bit of fun soon." Sinak said. "Very well then let's attack" said Ghansor and he and Sinak leapt up and went for the seond companion.

" Noooooo." Reb screeched as she saw that they went for her saver. She begged the shade to come out and protect the man, but it wouldn't. " You have made me mad." the shade said angrily.
" I don't care please come out." Reb begged, but it ignored her. She tried to think. Then she saw the man.

" Shade if you come out, there is a dragon and the anoying hunter that has tracked you to kill, please kill it. It will benifit you." Reb said. She gasped as the Shade took over. Reb's eyes turned red, and Reb was locked inside her mind as the shade began walking over to the man that had saved Reb. The shade would have to thank him after all of this was over.

Raign smirked at the man. "Don't be so hasty to attack, chances are it will be turned around upon you." said Raign as he jerked his head back, his eyes turned white, and his muscles tensed, "After all, I am the Berserker, and the berserker is me." said Raign as he lunged at the man with his blade.

OOC: Just a reminder: when a dragon talked it's better when it is in italics.

IC: "[i]Beserker or not, I can still talk you down, Oshri Leta Atrana[/i]" said Ghansor and he cast a spell upon Raign. "You are a strange man, and strong at that as well" said Ghansor. "He is quite a challenge, maybe I should help you with this" said Sinak. "Very well then" said Zayl and Sinak gave him power.

power will not help you here." the shade said sensing the exchange of power.

"You'd think that, wouldn't you?" Ghansor asked and was still storing power from his great and mighty dragon, who had been modified a bit.

Cassiopeia raised her eyebrows her red lashes blinking.
To her astonishment the dragon was still there, a dragon?
She powered up some strength of her own then she was unsure who to attack.
She watched the shade and wondered where she recognized her from.

Raign's eyes glared at the shade, "magic is useless against me, for when I am the berserker, I am able to stand against almost all types of magic." Raign stabbed his blade at the man trying to cut out his heart. "You will regret trying to hurt her." he said as his blade came a meer hair from his body.

" Raign i thank you, and so does Reb, but i must go now." The shade said, then Reb regained control. She fell to the ground unconcious, she was drained. Reb imagined the berseker. She had heard stories about him. He hated shades. She must be more carful when she was around him. She mentaly warned the shade, and the shade agreed.

ic: A curious-looking orange-brown kitten padded over to Reb and sat down beside her, watching the battle lazily. She then licked a paw as if she had seen such a million times. The sound of clashing of metal seemed as insignificant as the sound of a gurgling stream. She then turned to the woman beside here. She then thought, What is going on here? She doesn't seem to be wounded. She then looked back at the fighters. Do they realize that Galbatorix's soldiers can be here any minute now? I hope they do.

Ghansor laughed at such idiosy as he knew of what his master was planning. "Just a little longer and this will be over" Ghansor thought and he kept dodging stabs from Raign and was anticipating the right time to strike. "What do you think Sinak?" asked Zayl. "Quite humorous and he kept watching the little diversion precede.

Raign saw the man's grin, and he knew why. "The man thinks that I don't know Galbatorix's ways, of course he also doesn't know that I once was Galbatorix's head warrior." thought Raign as he struck blade's with the man "Too bad the man does not know my secrets."

Reb woke, and was staring up into the face of a soldier. She shrieked and grabbed her sword. The man doged her blow, and she fought with him.
occ: sorry it is so short

OOC: np, i feel like joining...hope you dont mind.

IC: A dark panther, Serias slipped in between the shadows of the trees, watching the pointless battle between what seemed to be two equal sides. His ebony claws scratched against the cool bark, and the leaves crunched silently. A few streaks of sunlight reflected off of his fur, setting his body ablaze. The air was still, and the many scents of the forest crowded him against a mental wall. His body slowly decreased in size, and Serias crept amongst the tree with armored boots. His light body closed of most of the clinking of the mail, but could not drown it completely.
Serias ran up a tree to the length that he could, the somersaulted backwards onto a branch behind him. He then jumped forward with the agility of a cat, spinning with great acrobatics till he finally reached the last tree outside the battle.
A rider fighting a woman and...RAIGN! the surprised hit him quite dully, and fell like a rock. Why should he be surprised. Waiting and watching, Serias crouched on his now comfy branch and watched the battle with a golden glare. Should the odds turn, he would stop it.

IC: Ghansor swung at Reb and hit a tree cutting it deep, Ghansor pulled the sword out with ease and charged Raign. "If he is in danger I will swoop down to defend, I don't care" thought Sinak as he watched the battle going one sided.

Kara's form shimmered. In the cat's place was a young girl with dark hair, wielding duel short swords. She turned to the woman whom she was previously sitting beside.

"What is going on here?" she asked.

Cassiopeia looked around and saw them, soldiers.
She cursed silently and drew her bow and arrow.
Quietly and effectively she oicked off the soldiers, she didn't like it but they had a choice and they'd chosen the wrong one.
And as that phrase formed in her mind once again she cursed Circe put away her bow and drew her sword.
I will fight these men face to face, i do not need to pick at them when they can't defend themselves. and with that she ran into battle with a cry of excitement.

Reb limped to a near by tree and leaned on it. She wiped her blade off and jumped back into battle. The man who had tried to kidnap her was going to die.
