Re: High School Musical So true! The movie's terrible! Actually, it doesn't even deserve to be called a movie. I have no idea why or how the third movie is going to be in theaters. The plot is pathetic and the actors were obviously randomly picked people. That's just my opinion though...

Re: High School Musical YAY!!! People who agree! I pretty much thing HSM is an insult to High School students everywhere and, more importantly, to musicals!!! I love musicals and operas and this is just so stupid!!! The story line is lame, the actors aren't that great, the music is cheesey, and the actors have mediocre talent at best! It just irritates me. What annoys me even more is that everywhere I go, I see it! It is plastered all over everything....school supplies, clothing, cereal boxes, I even saw it on a lamers bus!!! AAAARRRRGGG!!!!

Re: High School Musical Yeah, I agree with everyone above. The movies are so predictable and boring, and every character is a prep. It's annoying how everyone in school goes crazy for them. And I also agree with your opinion on the music. It's so irritating! It's the type of music you hate but it still gets stuck in your head.

Re: High School Musical Yeah, this movie is pretty stupid. The 2nd one was even worse. I can't believe the 3rd one is actually going to be in theaters. You'd think that Zac Efron and Vanessa Anne Hudgens would have great chemistry in the movie because they're dating in real life...but they don't. Plus the songs just annoy me. Who on earth actually has a lesson on the last day of school and then begins chanting "Summer, Summer!" as the bell rings?? It's just plain corny if you ask me.

On a more serious note, I agree, the actors have little to no talent. And the songs are pathetic and annoying. Plus, in the movie they give off the worst impression of actual high school students. No one ever does stuff like that. I know it's a musical, but it's still not realistic one bit.
And this might be sort of off topic, but Zac Efron is.....let's just say..... really feminine...

And seriously, have you seen the way she dresses? It's disgusting, and just NOT good for young children to see, or even worse, to imitate 
And I never thought Zac Efron was hot. He's just girly. So is that Lucas guy. I find his collection of hats......quite strange.

I watched the first 10 min of the second one because I couldn't find the remote fast enough!!! It was an assault to my ears. Now, it is assaulting my EYES wherever I go because there is High School Musical merchandise everwhere! As if the movie wasn't bad enough, now I am forced to see clothing, purses, school supplies, even flippin chapstick and cereal boxes with Zac Effron and Vanessa Hudgens' faces plastered all over it! If not them, then Miley Cyrus/Hannah Montana! MAKE IT STOP!!!!
