"Yes, he is the one I am looking for. Have you seen him." Crimson asked positioning his sword incase the man attacked him. He watched Keralin incase he decided to attack and also if he did to find, if any, a weakness.

Equinox walked through the village, he was too late. All the villigers laid slaughtered in its middle. He went around to any that clung ot life and tried to heal them if he could. He wished Eris, Quasar, and Throat Ripper were here. Ever since Galedrim had betrayed them they mostly went on their own separate ways. Equinox sniffed the body of a young man. He was surprised when the person stirred.
"Are you... going to kill me. Just do it now my village is pretty much destroyed anyway."
I will not kill you. I am here to try and help. Tell me who did this? Equinox asked.
"I do not know... he was an elf though, very powerful. He looked very familiar though... he remindsw me of Eris."
Do you know Eris? When did you see him?
"Only a few weeks ago. Damn it! That must of been his brother who attacked us. If I wasn't so injured I could help you Equinox."

"How can we not? Eris, his dragon Quasar, and the Urgal... Throat Ripper was his name? They all talked a lot about you."

Crimson glared at him. He didn't trust him, he could try and mind control him, but he had more issues to attend with. "Fine then, but let me warn you. If I learn that you do know of Equinox's location I will have to come and hunt you down. You can take my word for it, I've done it many times before." he said then walked off. As he walked he reached out with his mind to contact Frazer if he was nearby, instead he got Galedrim.
What is it master? Galedrim asked.

Just do it! Crimson ordered. He looked back again than decided for the heck of it to see what the people reaction would be back there. "Brisingr!" he said then walked in the direction he could since Equinox.

Equinox finished healing the injured people to the best he could. He started to fly away from the city when something caught his eye. He glided over and saw a large shiny medallion. It has a symbol inscribed in it. He didn't know what it was, but he the symbol seemed familiar. He ignored it than continued on. He was growing lonely he knew the villagers probably wouldn't appreciate a dragon living in their village.
Two weeks and I haven't seen them. I hope they are ok. he said to himself.

Crimson walked on his very presence frightened some of the people he went by. "Finally sweet revenge. That pack mule should be alone with Quasar and the others hunting Galedrim." Crimson said to himself. He looked up as a bronze, almost now black dragon, came down to him.
I am here master. said Frazer.
"Good, tell me did you find the whereabouts of the scroll."
No yet, but I am getting closer.
"Good, now follow me I am going to meet a certain green dragon."

Equinox examined the medallion he had found. It was large and the color of sandstone. The symbol on it looked familiar.
I think I saw this before in the temple. he thought to himself.
A cold shill crept over him. He stopped and looked in the distance. He felt something, something that shouldn't be here. He sniffed the ground and a strong bitter odor entered his nose.
Whatever, it's probably nothing.

Equinox was getting ready to leave when he noticed someone run up to him. He thought it was another villager at first, but then noticed it was Keralin. Equinox didn't know him to well, but he knew he was a good person. What he said shocked Equinox, but he was used to it. Besides when was that blood drived demonic rider not after him?
Crimson? So he's nearby then? Great just what I need. he said sarcasticlly. Normally he would have been more polite, but with all the past events put him in a sour mood. He looked at the medalion that was on him.
Do you have any idea of where this means? Quasar saw something similar to this at a temple.

Keralin took another look at the medallion which was large and the color of sandstone. The medallion had an engraving on it, a symbol of what had once been for some lost religion Keralin thought.

OOC: Not sure what you have in mind for that... I could make up something if you'd like.

Equinox looked down at it. It made him shiver slightly what ever once held the medallion must of been very powerful and crule.

OOC: I have a slight idea, but not much. What's yours?

OOC: A medallion of a powerful religion that once consumed the world, but now is only remembered through discreet writings in books. Any good?

OOC: Yeah, thats good.

OOC: Ooh wait, I just thought of something better!

Wait a minute. Keralin thought, grabbing the medallion and holding it to the light. "Wait a minute." He said, shifting the angle of the light upon the medallion. "I suddenly remember seeing this before, I mean not this medallion but this symbol upon it." He started to shake a little, and his legs gave way.
"Please, not here." He said to himself. He looked up at Equinox, sadness within his eyes. Why, why is there always another reminder? He asked himself. He then looked back at the village and thought about what might have happened there, he felt partly responsible now that he saw this. "This, this medallion once belonged to a religion hundreds of years old. I was alive when it emerged, well I'm not sure if you could call it living. This religion belongs to me, or at least my other half. These people prayed to me and committed unspeakable acts in my name. This was from when I was evil, when I was the Shade among Shades. My evil spawned this religion who sacrificed beings in order to gain my favor. I never listened to them but they continued to worship me. Always there is a reminder of the years I would rather forget." Keralin said.

Equinox was startled by what Keralin. So that must mean, that the temple Quasar went to was one of their places of worship. Equinox said to himself. He wasn't quite sure what to think. He knew that Keralin wasn't evil, but what about his other part.
Are you saying than, that Nilarek is your other self. So is he the shade then? Equinox asked. He didn't know much about Nilarek, but he did no alittle. So then did the village that was attacked, they must of been part of the religion.

So if he's not it than who else could it be. Equinox wondered. He wondered if by chace Crimson knew about this, he doubted that though. Even if he did Crimson wouldn't have found it worth his case. I see then, perhaps, what if it was the draconians that were the ones that worshiped you first? And they brought it to the humans.

Crimson sat on a hill as Frazer flew to him. He picked up a small rock on the ground and trew it. His his mind he could see what he planed. He saw the city burning and Frazer flying above it. He waited for this moment. He didn't care who got in his way, Equinox would die soon.
"Frazer, gather my slaves we need to get some of them ready for attack.

"The draconians would be the last people to worship me... No, not me." Keralin said with force. I can't believe that after all this time I had forgotten that name.
"Shruiks." (Sh-rue-ick-s) "That was the name they gave me. He was a different man than I am now, and I will never go by that name ever again." Keralin gather his power and spoke a word over the medallion,
"Smooth" And with the use of magic the medallion smoothed over until it was blank. "I hope these people find this as reason enough to stop worship." He suddenly thought of the reason he was here in the first place. "What are we still doing here? Crimson is after you, you should be long gone from here!"

I wondered why they were destroyed though. Perhaps someone who hated that religion. Shruiks... I don't think I've heard that before. I'll ask Quasar if she saw that name in the temple. Equinox felt a pain in his chest. He looked down and said to himself If I ever see them her, Eris, and Throat Ripper again.
Equinox looked in the direction toward the empire. He knew they were off somewhere looking for the four eggs. Curse you Galedrim. said Equinox.
Oh he's after me? Nothing knew I'm used to it. Thanks for telling me though. You should go also Crimson isn't one to be messed with.

Crimson and Frazer walked in the direction of a city he knew about. He hadn't been there for awhile, and they went by an odd religion, one of which he did not know the name of. He looked at Frazer he knew of the dragon's internal struggles. The evil spirit Crimson placed in him was always at work tying to fully take control of Frazer.
Get out! Frazer shouted to himself. He once again tried to force it out, but like usual, every time he tried he was stabbed with a sharp pierce from the spirit.
Your attempt if futile Frazer, just give up. Don't you understand how much power you can have.

Yes you do my young dragon. You need power, you crave power. You will do anything to get it. Become my slave, bow down to the darkness that envelops your soul.
I will not obey! Frazer shouted. But the force from the voice in his head was to powerful. It overwhelmed him and he war forced to retreat to the far corners of his own mind.
The voice just laughed at Frazer's attempt, You dragons say how your mind is superior to that of humans, but you are still weak. You are nothing I can easily take control over you.

Not really for any reason. The only reason he had me hatch for him was because of gaining power for having a dragon hatch for you. I didn't chose him as my rider, he forced me out of the egg shell. e has a strong hatred for dragons, the only reason why he has Frazer serve him is because he is Crimson's slave. The first, and hopefully last dragon he mind controled.[/i]Equinox could still remember what it felt like to be forced through an egg shell. It was quit painfull. Ok, but you should come also. I wouldn't want anyone to get harmed on my account.

Crimson saw in the distance a village that was destroyed. He wondered who did it, it wasn't his work if it was he would have many more slaves. It wasn't Frazer or Galedrim either. He walked toward the ruins Frazer followed close behind.

Equinox flew up into the air away from the village. He wanted to contront Crimson, but now was not the time. Besides he most likely had Frazer or Galedrim with him.

Crimson walked into the village. He told Frazer to make a sweep of the perimeter. Once done Crimson went up to an injured.
"Who- who are you?"
"Your doom. Now tell me, if you value your life have you seen a green dragon with an injured leg?" Crimson ordered.
"Ah, n- no sir."
Crimson tore into his mind and found the man was lying, "Tell me where he is! And who the person was who destroyed this village."
"He- he met some strange elf and they went off that way. As for who destroyed this, it was a man who hates are religion."
"Thanks for the infromation." Crimson said and stabbed the man in the chest.
Crimson heard something behind him. He turned around and whipped out his sword, "Show yourself!" he shouted.
"Be gone worshipper of Shruiks." a voice said from the shadows.
"I do not follow that religion. Now show youself!"
"Futile elf." the from behind a building something jumped out at Crimson. He lashed out his sword and blocked the other one.
"You have quick reflexes for your kind."

Keralin kept running with Crimson as far as he dared.

OOC: Pass really. Can't think of what to do next, unless you got an idea.

OOC: Hmm, I think I have something

IC: Equinox landed near another village. He looked around it, many people had been murdered there as well. He was puzzled. Who would do this? Well, he knew who would, but something told him, just like at the last village this was not the work of Crimson. He flew down and landed. The way the people were killed was very familiar.
Who did this? he asked a survivor.
"A- a man who seemed to be part elf, human, dwarf, and even d- dragon." the person replied frightened.
Part... dragon?
"Y- yes. I don't know how, but his power... was frightening."
Equinox found that odd, he had heard of the races mixing, but how could any of got dragon blood in them? Unless he meant the killer's strength was dragon like.

Crimson jumped back and charged the man. With reflexes that were so fast, Crimson seemed human speed to him, he jumped away. A large smirk formed on his face.
"Crimson, general of Galbatorix, I am not your enemy."
"Ha! I may not be yours, but you are mine!" he replied.
Crimson said words in the ancient language and large pillars of rock shot toward the man. He managed to destroy them and said to Crimson,
"Do you want to die?"
