What do u think Eragon would do if Arya died?!

He'd b heartbroken! Especially if he never found out if she REALLY is in love with him or not.

Just imagine . . . poor guy . . . he'd probably consider suicide!!! OH MY GOSH!! I mean, come on, HE LOVES HER!!!!!!!! If she died . . . I just can't go on with that sentence. I hope she doesn't die!!! But in a way I do. . . It would make the books WAY more interesting, but I'd be both angry that she died, but happy that it was so shocking and heart-stopping. Should I b ashamed?

i dont think that eragon would kill himself if arya died. he knows that importance of being a dragon rider plus if he did himself in that would be the end of saphira

i almost think that if she did die then that would kind of make him want to fight even harder to kill glaby!! especially if it was one of his people that killed her! i think he would be devistated adn depressed adn maybe even watn to give up at first but then he would snap out of it and go crazy and kill all the bad people

I doubt he would commit suiceide. For several obvious reasons:

-He has to many responsibilities to just throw everything away and doom everyone.

-Although Eragon's love for Arya is most likely as intense as any great love in any romance novels around, Christopher Paolini does not seem the type to drastically outline his brief showings of love in his books, so therfor would most likely not not have such a dramatic thing happen over something that was so minor campared to the big picture of the plot.

-Eragon would have Saphira and everyone else to comfort him, and to comfort.

-Eragon would not be able to do such a dreadful thing to Saphira. (for killing himself would be killing her, too, and she was not the one who loved Arya)

-Eragon would want revenge on whoever killed her!!

There are many othere reasons as well, but those are the major ones in my oppinion. When I said that he might consider suicide, I merely meant that at first, the grief would be so powerful that at times he would wish he were dead. He would never actually CONSIDER actually DOING it! HE's much too smart for that.

i agree that eragon wouldnt kill himself. that would be a terrible ending for such a character as his.

if Arya died CP would be flushing everything he worked up and all the clues and hints throughout the story down the toilet.
She watches his back just as much as he watches hers, if Arya died he'd be at a disadvantage to do anything, even with Saphira, because there is only so much Saphira can do.
