I don't watch it that often, the only team I support is my local one, and of course England when there's a world cup...

I don't think Americans even have a soccer team, do they? They're too obsessed with the American football, and baseball too.

We do its not that good though, the only good players are Beckam and Donavan and there not that good. good to see that theres another chelsea fan on here firetongue, england stinks, they have amazing players, but they stink as a team, only won world cup once. If anyone needs a good soccer/football website go here. http://uk.eurosport.yahoo.com/football/

Re: Anyone watch professional soccer/football?
ya, there's not much enthusiasm for soccer/football in America. Looks tiring, running up and down that field all the time lol. I did hear of Beckham tho. What team does Mia Hamm play for?

Re: Anyone watch professional soccer/football?
It's just that us Americans think we can win everything. I find it funny that several of our good players come from other countries anyway.

Re: Anyone watch professional soccer/football?
Argentina are the worst cheaters in the history of football! They hand-balled a goal which won them the game against England, and the ref allowed it! Even after that the papers had pictures which proved they cheated, and the player who smacked it into the net with his hand even admitted he had cheated, and called it "The Hand of God"!!! But by then it was too late to change anything. If that hadn't have happened, we probably would have got into the finals and won the cup! Grrrrrrr http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio1/chrismoyles ... dals/2.jpg
