Hey guys, I noticed that it's rather annoying trying to find a pic in this thread because of the discussion that also goes on.

Now I'm not saying don't discuss, but I think there should be separate threads for picture posting and discussion of pictures.

They do this on another forum I'm a regular user of and it works very well, makes life a lot easier.

That would be too hard to moderate, and it would still clog up.

I don't think it should be as extreme as to have to be sent to a mod to put in, it should still be an open thread, but posting should NOT be tolerated without a picture.

Well, with my idea the thread will be purified so that it's a lot easier to find pictures and a lot less time consuming. If it was for noting but pictures, it would probably take a while to even surpass a page, but with your method it would be similar to this thread anyway, seeing as *most* people talking posted a pic.

That's exactly my point! Lol.

If this topic was for nothing but pics, and all the chat from here was in a separate, dedicated thread, this one would not have even surpassed a page, pics would be easy to find and browse, and the thread for chat would be nicer to use and uninterrupted by pictures being posted in the middle of it.

What's more, why should people be stripped of the right to comment on other's pictures just because they never posted their own?

Besides, there are a number of reasons for not uploading a pic, 2 being having no camera and using your right to privacy. Nobody should feel obliged or pressured to put pictures of themselves onto a worldwide network on which anything can spread within seconds
