i'm with u to cash is way better. Once i asked for something and my dad said that he would'n buy it for me. I was going to buy it with my own mony, but he wouldn't let me do that either.

how about what did everyone get for the holidays now that they are over?!! i was blessed i got a new promise ring from my boyfriend (that we will be married within two years of him graduating college so i still have like four year so we will be together at least 7 years by time we get married which is good) he got me another green saphire ring with diamonds on it. next a robe from the gap (which is very soft i must say) he also go me a guess purse with matching wallet and a xoxo purse. i still have two gifts that are in the mail which i know one is a pair of earrings.
my parents got me cash which is good.

argetlam_samha, I do know that. I was saying that we do not have much money. And have nearly lost our things.

And yes I know there are people who don't have anything and not really any clothing either. You don't have to go down the list and start telling me everything.

i hope you can go to prom it is ssssoooo much fun i only went my junior and senior year but i had soo much fun picking out my dressess and everything else.

i think it has to do with confidence and sometime the clothes people wear helps that and i think people notice someone who is confident then someone who hides in the shadows

One more thing you have to consider princessarya is the price. If it costs alot...not worth it lol. Find a cheap knock off of it lol!

i meant that if u wear clothes that make u feel confident then u are more likely to stand out and people will notice u more. at least that was the case with me (not trying to sound stuck up but that is how it was when i was in high school)

I find the types of clothes people dress in to be stupid...depends on how you look at the situation i guess...

i was just making sure i made sense. no i hardly ever buy desiner clothes only hd i dont believe in it either like firetongue said usually u can find it cheaper with out the name brand

yeah i think most school are like that u stay within ur group and pretty much athat is taht. my high school was the same way but we had kind of like two popular groups and well 2 of every group it was kind of weird

Hmm, my school has the same kind of groups, and it is recognizable at times, but it isn't as bad as you two explain it here. Here, it's more like people that think alike stick together, and the clothes they wear are similar because of that. And there are a bunch of people that don't really fit into any "group", myself included.

Well i am one of those people who have free rome [sp]... i can walk up to any group of people and just talk and get along w/ anybody......
I have my people that i hang out w/ all the time.. like every morning and every lunch....
But i date one of the guys in our little group and one of my friends [the only other girl in the group] dates one of the other guys...
We have known these people for a long time and we are like family with the people that were not dating..

So we both can just get along w/ everybody...
never had a problem w/ the little groups..

I can walk upto the 20/20 clique [self-named group], football, dance team, softball players, basketball players, drill team, seniors, vacherie kids, up the road kids... u name it i can talk to them.

hey i guess it doesnt matter what group ur in as long as ur friends are good to ya, you have fun (behave right!!) other tahn that it shouldnt matter (but it seems to) what u wear or what ever as long as ur a good friend and and ur true to ur self (i dont know if that made sense either, gosh i dont know how many times i said that just tonight i think my brain is a lil loopy lol) whatever!! i dont know alksdjfklasdjfasdfaslkdfjasdlkfj im tired its my bedtime for sure!
