I like them both, but I'd have to say that I like Eldest more because we see Eragons training and he spends more time with Arya. Oh and he gets more powerfull.

Eldest is more adventerous and actiony whereas Eragon is just like an introduction. There is way more stuff in Eldest.

But come on you cant seperate the two they are basicly the same book just difrent chapters. So I say you can't (in my opinion) like one more then the other.
