 Read the Hobbit first?I've watched all of the Lord of the Rings movies, and now I want to read the books. Should I read the Hobbit first, or just start with The Fellowship of the Ring?

Re: Read the Hobbit first? I actually read Lord of the Rings first, and still understood everything quite well. That being said I didn't have The Hobbit at the time or I most likely would have read that first aswell.
