how long do you guys sleep at night?

I go to sleep about 11pm - 6.30am on weekdays, 12 - 7/8am on weekends

from 10pm-5:30am on weekdays and 11pm to 10am on weekends

Well, on week days, I am meant to go to bed at 9.30, but I get to sleep at about 11.45 and have to wake up at 7am. I don't really know about week ends. Plus, I sleep talk and walk

10:00pm-7:00am

as long as possible

umm 10:30 to 8 weekends 10:30 to 7 weekdays

about 9:30 pm to 5 am everyday, but it depends if I have morning class I continue wake up but if I have noon class or holiday I sleep again lol...!

9:30pm - 5:00am on weekdays, on weekends (thursday and Friday here) I sleep from about 10:00 (if I don't stay up all night reading) to 5:00am and then after I pray I go back to bed untill about 7:00am.

man I had the worst dream the other day... I was like in an anti-gravity world and I started running but I couldnt stop... i was like falling across the ground if you get what i mean... i like fell sideways into a bush, and I woke up. it was freaky lol

Hmm... talking about dreams...

I don't know about you guys, but I have a dream at every night. I NEVER had a dreamless sleep, I always having dreams everytime I sleep.

And I have weirderst dreams ever!!! Always experienced the weirdest and strangest dreams... I'm not always remember my dream but I'm going to tell you what I remember... I dream of able to fly, seeing ghosts (freakin' ghost--looks like The Ring's ghost), fighting monsters, swimming marathon accross the city (swimming, not running), fall from airplanes, entering caves, encounter skeletons, entering wrecked skycrapper building and trapped there, getting chased by vampires and try to escape the house... etc etc...

They all childish dreams, and adventures ones. I don't know whats wrong with me or with my brain but I keep dreaming and dreaming every night since I was a kid !!!

that means u have a good imagination and all of u thoughts and ideas that u suppresed during the day come out at night...

All my imagination must run out by night, because I can't remember the last time I had a dream!

lol Well apparently everyone has at least 5 dreams every night, but you forget most of them.

Me too! I go to bed when I'm tired.... And I have to wake up at 7 from monday to saturday (for school... I go to school on saturday, too! )

I can't fall asleep early at night. It is so frustrating.

lol I normally lay in bed awake for a long time. They say it takes the average person 7 minutes to get to sleep. Takes me 3 hours!

I dream, then it happens the next day. I rarely have a dream where it doesn't happen.

I can't dream. I don't fall into REM, but it's really hard to wake me up.

My sisters cat sleeps on my chest. My cat walks over and purrs. It's so annoying in the morning.

ahhh, solembum100% and glaedr94 made me do it . I guess I should learn, they got banned! Anyway, on topic, I'm not a good sleeper, I snore, sleep talk, and sleep walk! Once I had a sleepover with my mate, and she was awake and I was asleep. She thought I was awake, so she said something to me, and I sat up, opened my eyes and looked straight at her while I was still asleep! She said it really freaked her out!

When I was on 5th grade, I slept in my bedroom at 2nd floor.. and I woke up several hours later,, in another bedroom at first floor!! My maid told me that she saw me walking down the stairs.. in my sleep!!

lol that's pretty funny! I once walked downstairs, turned the light on and came back up...

I used to sleep on a bunk bed. In the middle of the night (I was on top) I would rool off. My mom would come rushing in. I can't ever remember what it felt like. I would fall asleep on the bed. Wake up on the floor, just goes to show how deep I sleep. LOL!

When I was about 7, I screamed at night. For no reason. No nightmares, no dreams, just random, sleeping screaming.

Hi, my sleeping patterns are realy weird. I need about 9 hours, but left to my own devices I wont wake up until noon. I am nocturnal.

one of my friends cousins was sleepwalking, and coz his doors on the oposite side of the room to hers he started walking into the wall trying to get out of the room

well my sleeping patterns at the moment is that i sleep when im tierd well it usually ends me lieing in bed untill 4am and finally falling asleep and then waking up some time around 1 oclock lol!!

My mother and sisters used to tell me that whenever they would look in on me at like 1:30 am, (don't know why they were still up) I would be talking in my sleep, having full-on, nonsencical conversations with myself, with handmotions and facial expressions! Apparently, there was more than one heated arguement with myself! Of course, I remember absolutely none of this.

what makes you stay awake until 4 ?? What keeps me awake until dawn is when I working at something or play games... I don't read at night.

im not too tired right now, i stay upp till 3-4 am sumtimes on weekdays watching movies, or talking to u guys.
IM HAVING A party in 16 days and i rly cant, itll be my first party that im inviting girls( not like every other of my party with girls) it might be a dance party if i can throw my parennts out of the house, were gonna be sleeping sooooo laaaaaateee. ( its going to be for my bday)

it depend what time i go to bed but on schooldays i have to get up at 7:30 am, when theres no school its more 9ish
